My 94 year old father-in-law sold his 2002 van to CarMax today. The experience was positive from start to finish. Every step of the way was accurately described and timely. And Denidra, who handled the sales paperwork may have been an actual angel. She treated my F-I-L with the utmost courtesy and respect. Due to his mobility issues Denidra went out to the vehicle in the parking lot to handle the required paperwork and then went back out to present the check. 2016 Scion tC review
This car has been great to own! It has most every feature that you could want plus it’s so stylish! My favorite feature is the touch screen stereo with Bluetooth and usb options. I’ve owned two different Scion tC’s and neither one has given me any engine troubles whatsoever. Great gas mileage as well.

After checking all around for a lightly used Honda or Toyota minivan, I settled on CarMax since they had the ability to transfer several possible cars from nearby stores. I requested a transfer from Birmingham and it arrived earlier than promised. I test drove it, waited a week to make a final decision and made the purchase. The whole transaction was done professionally and without any extra sales pressure or tactics. This is the 2nd car in the last 6 years I've bought from CarMax and I'd certainly shop them again.

My 4th Scion tC I had a 2008 bought new and loved it the most Traded for 2011 and decided just needed a Rav Missed my tC so found a 2015 Traded that and the Rav since was so uside down in value because of the Rav Wanted and found another tC 2016 Love it Has everything I need in it and I love a 2 Door car

2016 Scion tC review
This car satisfied me in every way. It's sporty but economic, compact and nice. Reliable, never had any problems. Easy to fix and find parts. It has a strong enough engine to travel in the mountains and plow through a snow storm. Modern design and amazing in general.

This care is able to go well past 150,000 miles. Nice details on the interior. Exterior looks sporty. Car drives very fast. Has bluetooth apple carplay radio and backup camera.
