The plastic plate across the front of the car comes off and have had to replace it once and now can't afford to put a new one back on!!!! The car has less then 40,000 not bad for 2012 when I bought with 139 miles...LOL! Breaks need to be replaced and the interior of the car needs deep cleaning. I love my Cruze man!!!

I have been pleased with the experience so far. Being able to test drive independently for pretty much as long as I want is great. I have easily made appointments and then added on some additional cars once I got there. The no haggle pricing takes away some stress, but that also means if there is something to be fixed on a car, there's no negotiation. They have at least offered me what I consider is reasonable for my trade - more than most places have. I am taking a car for a prepurchase inspection to my mechanic tomorrow, so if it goes well, we'll see how the actual buying process goes after that.

IF you want to take a powerful car on a smooth ride, buy this car. It is so luxurious and has almost every bell and whistle I can think of. The value was great. The dealership not so great, but, I love my new car. It is so spacious and almost no detail went unthought of. Definitely a 5 of 4.9. The only thing I don't care for is the shifter doesn't make sense. Why is the Park setting a button while the shifter is separate. It should be the regular shifter. Doesn't make sense to me at all. That's the only complaint I have. But in time, I'm getting used to it.

I have the Limited. This is my 6th Hyundai/Genesis car and they just keep getting better. The technology is fantastic and equals many features in luxury cars at twice the price. In June I took a 3450 mile trip, hit 14 states and a variety of traffic conditions and it just kept chugging along with no effort. Features like HDA help on the long days of 700 miles. Used less gas than my previous car too, 95 gallons on that trip.

Even though my car is the 2.5 L and not the 3.7 it is plenty fast enough to get up to freeway speed and still plenty of fun in the city! I swear by my car’s reliability

I needed a car with an automatic transmission because my knee was getting worse. I had a 2011 Cruze with a manual transmission and liked it but I traded it in for a 2019 Cruze. Going on six years now and I don't want another vehicle. Reliable? Very. I don't drive like a maniac and I keep up with maintenance. My usb port went kaput but I replaced it myself. My phone would not connect to the infotainment system. I fixed that by removing the fuse to the radio while it was on then turning off the car and then plugging it back in. It rebooted the system. I garage my Cruze and watch where I park it, so no dents anywhere. I intend to keep this car for as long as possible.

I bought my car in 2016 with 40k miles on it. I've owned it for 9 years and it now has 183k miles on it! The engine still purs like a kitten after all these years. It's a very reliable car with plenty of power and awesome performance, especially around the corners! It's a really fun car to drive and I look forward to adding plenty more enjoyable miles to it! I have owned 7 BMW's including a 1982 BMW 320i, a 1985 325e, a 1990 535i 5speed SPORT with BBS WHEELS, a 1998 735i, a 2000 740i SPORT (One of my FAVORITES), a 2008 750Li SPORT, and finally this 2012 BMW 750Li xDrive "INDIVIDUAL COMPOSITION" MODEL (Another one of my FAVORITES). This 2012 is a powerful Beast and yet you are surrounded by LUXURY and COMFORT. BMW's have a BAD REPUTATION for NOT BEING RELIABLE BUT I HAVE FOUND THEM TO BE VERY RELIABLE. NO CAR IS PERFECT BUT I WOULD SAY BMW's COME PRETTY CLOSE WHEN IT COMES TO MECHANICAL REPAIRS. Just perform your regular OIL AND FILTER CHANGES PLUS TUNE-UPS AND YOU ARE GOOD TO GO. I would also recommend purchasing a USED BMW, NOT NEW as they DEPRECIATE BADLY BUT are a VERY GOOD VALUE WHEN PURCHASED USED. I can purchase a used LOADED 7 SERIES like this 2012 with only 60K miles for $20,000 and drive it 100,000 more miles and still SELL IT for $6,000 to $8,000 Dollars. Tell me another loaded luxury car that you can drive 100,000 miles for just $12K to $14K? I LOVE BMW's!!!! THEY ARE GREAT CARS!!!!

I purchased used 2019 Nissan Versa from Hosick motors in Vandalia IL. Customer service was great no complaints they treat you like family. I've only had the vehicle a day, no complaints so far. If you are looking for fast acceleration this vehicle is a four cylinder and drives accordingly.
