I was traveling across country from the East Coast to the West. I had severe brake issues on my 2016 Expedition. With all my gear, my son and my service dog I approached the service manager with my problem. He was extremely professional and offered to take a look, but could not promise work, as they were already booked for the day. After taking a look, they found the issue was a recall concern and covered all the repair on their dime. Best of all, they did the work that day and had me back on my way in 5 hours, thus saving me hotel bills and added stress. Throughout the repair, I was informed of progress and treated like a VIP. In addition, their spaces were organized and extremely clean of debris and clutter. I have never had such service in any dealership in all the 45 years I’ve been driving. The Ford Fusion was a modest priced sedan, low maintenance, great mileage and the hybrids are so smooth compared to all the other brands. I've own 6 of them since 2010. When Ford stopped making the Fusion after 2020 and decided to give away their sedan line, the copy cat models of Hyundai and Toyota both increased sales in the 20% range. Gas, oil and little electricity for the plug-in and these near maintenance free cars just go and go. I've put as much as 165,000 on them without issue.

Purchased a 2018 titanium hybrid with 77K miles on it in 2019, for commuting purposes. I have driven 51K. I had to replace the emergency eletrical brake motor, put a new battery in (not HV), new spark plugs, regular maintenance. I run 400 mls. each week. This car is troublefree. I am totally impressed with performance and reliability, gas consumption (36.8 mpg) since I have a lead foot and on top of that, the car looks sleek. Excellent exterior design and impressive interior. I would have preferred to have the driver seat slide back a couple more inches, but it is very comfortable nevertheless. Great acceleration for passing and is peppy enough to satisfy my aggressive driving (which I have under control). The sound system is incredible. Old school so I love the bass. Great car.

The car is so quiet! At first, I didn't realize it was even on. It drives well. I think I have figured out the bells and whistles. In the fall, I think I will be taking it to PA, so I am anxious to see how it performs on a long trip.

We just purchased a 2021 Buick Enclave from Lambert about 2 weeks ago after searching for the right Vehicle at a good price the last few months. I'm totally satisfied with my camry. It's the most advanced automobile I've ever driven.I commute 50 miles per day round trip and I get on average 53 miles per gallon. The traffic assist feature is my most used as I'm always in bumper to bumper traffic, this is when the camry hybrid shines best as it makes its own electricity. I've never owned a Toyota before. I traded my malibu for it & have never looked back.

I have the Sport AWD trim in Velocity Red. I’m coming off a 2015 Subaru Legacy Limited, which I loved. There is no comparison between the two cars. Even in sport mode the CT4 has a more comfortable ride. The Legacy’s cabin was a little roomier but the fit and finish on the Cadillac is top notch. Handling is much better too.

I bought my Elantra new. Never had to take it in for mechanical problems just front end due to pot holes. The car gave me an average mileage of 5.3/100km. I finally traded up to a newer Elantra. My old car had 483000km, no warning lights or repairs to the engine or transmission. Keep up with your maintenance

My uncle had a 2008 and he always had it in his garage . When he passed I got it and the dash in front around the passengers airbag the dash is peeling up and also peeled up around defrost.

I have had my 2014 Fusion Titanium for 10 years, i bought it with 12K miles and now have 145K. this is the best car I have ever owned. besides regular maintenance, i have had 0 issues. Everything still works, no leaks runs great. Definately a good car.

I had about 3grand to find a car with. I went to numerous places and met with numerous people that were selling their cars and no luck WHATSOEVER! It was hard cause these days 3grand ain't much so I was scared I'd get ripped off and end up buying a beater! I was getting to the point where I really needed a car now so I was ready to kinda just buy anything.I was sick of going place to place and always ending up with 'no Car'! This car is essentially a taurus sho in a suit and there is nothing wrong with that. My family owned this car from 2015 till 2021 we put 60,000 miles on it it was a fantastic vehicle obviously if you're buying one of these you want to check the water pump as long as that is done the motors tend to be fine because it's based on a taurus SHO it has decent power and at this point the infotainment is dated but that's to be expected. The interior is decent it's a step up from the Ford and most of the materials feels nicer however I don't like the touch sensitive buttons which I'm sure looked high-tech in 2013 but now they break that being said it's easy to fix with a hammer you don't feel the typical cheap Ford plastic all of it is at least covered in vinyl and everything feels decent to touch it is not the quality of let's say a Mercedes E-Class but it is an improvement from a Ford Taurus. The car doesn't look that bad when you live with it it kind of looks ugly in the pictures but if you get one in the right color it doesn't look terrible once again the same as the Taurus which it's based off of it has decent trunk space and it does sedan things fairly well also like the Taurus it does really well on the highway though it is geared less aggressive you can get a massage doing 85mph with little to no road noise with the audio system in the EcoBoost being adequate enough. The usual issues being the water pump there were some other problems the chrome wheels were starting to chip despite the fact that we tried our best to take care of them and there was rust in the drivers door from NJ and Vermont winters besides that fantastic car they're a good deal right now and they're a nice Factory sleeper

I purchased mine used with 15,000 miles. She runs great and I get compliments on her often. Supersonic red with black top. The only reason I purchased this car is because my 2000 Camry is getting hard to find parts for. He still runs great. But, since I do not know when I will need to repair anything expensive on him, I had to get another Camry. For fear of not being able to repair my 2000 Camry (which still looks amazing new). I can vouch that gas powered Toyota's will last forever. Look at all of them on the road. So, I know this one will last forever.

I have owned my 2008 Corolla since it was a year old. It currently has 184,000 miles on it. Other than regular maintenance I have not spent one cent on repairs. The gas mileage is so great I never worry about the price of gas. It is so dependable and reliable it is almost like a good friend.

Wanted a plug in hybrid.. We got an Escape PHEV. After a year it has been problem free. Great dealer support. Great gas mileage, great price, tax rebate and financing. We saved about $14,000 vs other PHEV cars. The tax rebate allowed us to take a vacation. Also got 0% loan which allowed us to add dealer services to the car til we had 85,000 miles on the car. This is our 4th Ford. Left Toyota and Subaru because of unsatisfactory dealer practices. 4 of our neighbors on this street have Fords from this dealer as well.

I have always driven a Ford and had a 2012 Ford Fusion SE, and drove it to 266,000 miles. My 2020 Fusion Titanium is awesome!!
