The minute my husband told him it would be my car Jimmy went above and beyond to show me multiple options, all while really listening to what I liked/disliked about each car I test drove. Took Tundra in for routine service. Certainly a long wait to have an oil change and tire rotation completed, but they are always busy and did offer to take me to my office and back. I elected to stay and work from dealership. Was quiet and had plenty of space. Also completed my service in less time than promised.

I brought my 2024 Hyundai Tucson in for regularly-scheduled service today. From the time I drive up to Bob Howard Hyundai for service, the whole service is efficient and easy. Sarah was the service representative and she was efficient with this service and getting me scheduled for the next one. My original salesperson, Nancy, gave me a repeat review of some functions inside my vehicle that I had forgotten how to use. Waiting for service on your vehicle is very comfortable and pleasant.

I appreciate the sales rep respecting my preferences, communicating regularly but not too the point of being obnoxious. I have heard from several different folks there (hope I did not leave one out) but all were professional and courteous.
