My recent experience at Parkway Honda was mixed, but because of the follow-up care that I received, my rating is 5 stars. I brought my mom's car in for a regular service on a Thursday feeling lucky that I was able to get an immediate appointment. The mechanics could not finish the job and I was asked to return the next morning which I did. I was offered Uber service, but chose to wait for the car. After 3 1/2 hrs, Nick, the service advisor, offered me a courtesy car remembering that I mentioned an appointment I had to be at that afternoon. He was exceptional in his interactions with me in every way. I accepted the car which was a new Pilot. Very nice. Here's where it gets good. I damaged the car. James, the service manager, carefully explored repair options, preventing me from paying hundreds of dollars out of pocket for repairs. Huge relief! So, while I was bummed that a regular service on Mom's car took 2 days and the use of a loaner car, I credit Nick for making the experience bearable, even pleasant. He was courteous, empathetic and accommodating. I was additionally so bummed to have damaged the loaner, and I credit James for working in my best interest to solve the repair issue and with efficiency, kindness and professionalism. Could have gone very differently. I have been bringing Mom's car there for years, and will continue to give them my small, but loyal business. Feeling grateful for Nick and James at Parkway Honda.

This is my 5th Accord. I have owned one since 1987. Each time I have purchased a used model. I bought my current 2010 Accord with 125,000 miles on it 4 years ago. It now has 180,000 miles and just past inspection. Burns no oil. Has NO leaks (oil, rain or otherwise). No "idiot" lights on the dashboard, and rides like new. In 35 years (and 5 Accords) I have NEVER been stuck! Not once! Don't get too hung up on any negative details you might see or hear of. The resale value is near the best. The gas mileage is more than decent. I am over 6 feet tall and the driver's seat in more comfortable and supportive than any other vehicle I have sat in. This includes BMW, Lexus, Mercedes and Cadillac. As for dependability, it just might be the best. If you're in the market for a used car, I suggest that you at very least, test drive one.

Jarid was very straight forward. Easy to work with and gave us many options to choose from. He was patient and helped make the best decision for our family.

This is a solid comfortable car nearing luxury status. My only concern is the infotainment system freezing at times and ignition loses connection with the FOB every once in awhile.

We just purchased a 2022 Veloce. Gray with red interior. Love the car. Fast and sexy, unique. I get asked what is it? We haven't had long, but so far no issues. Seats are very supportive and comfortable. Only negative is the back up camera, screen small and dim. We get 33 MPG on trips but about 22 MPG with daily driving around town.

Fantastic car. The adapt cruise and other safety features are incredible. The car is so safe its hard to notice all of the other features.

What amazing car that doesn't give any problem what's so ever. I bought mine at westshore honda in tampa. Great amazing people there they treat you like family. My family already bought two more cars from them. In the service department Mr. Kalef Torres my service advisor what a amazing guy he is the knowledge that he knows is beyond this world. Frequent visitor, always treated well and fairly. Staff is very informative and never aggressive. Work is explained with safety as a priority and they provide alternatives is cost is a concern.

The 2021 Altima is a good but not great car. I have the SL trim which comes with more interior comfort and 1 of 2 extra features. I like the sporty style and tech features but the CVT transmission sucks sometimes. If I had to buy a sedan again I would choose a BMW 3 series instead cuz I like excellence in cars. But overall for anyone who would like to have something good and basic pros, yes the Altima can make it.

My wife and I have had wonderful experience buying the new RAV4 XLE 2022 from Westboro Toyota. Ricky was the first salesperson with whom we discussed the need for a new car. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful and explained everything that we need to know about the new car buying process very patiently. We had to wait for more than 2 months to get the car with the color of our choice. Whenever I called him or texted him, we have received responses which encouraged us to wait patiently. 3 days ago, we have received a call from BB, a genuinely nice, knowledgeable, and respectful salesperson or manager who explained to us the availability of the Car with the color of our choice. We have had friendly conversation with BB and the Finance Manager, and we got the car in 2 days after completing all works related to Car buying. It has been a wonderful experience. This is no luxury car but if you are looking for a smaller car with great reliabilty and lower maintenance costs this is a great option. I am a petite female and the car is quite comfortable for me. I drive 18 miles one way into Minneapolis and the ride is enjoyable enough. This is my 2nd Mazda 3, ironically same color as my previous only because of availabilty. This model year all wheel drive was available and served me well in our Minnesota winters. Standard safety features are appreciated. I don't need all the bells and whistles but I do like connecting my phone to my car.

The sound system is amazing. I upgraded my old Mazda 3, 2015 to a 2023. The inside is much quieter. I love my heated seats. We've owned many Mazdas and have loved them all. The reliable little cars with great gas mileage.

As always we had a great experience. There was no pressure and they listened to our needs and we were able to get exactly what we wanted and the entire experience was smooth and painless. Highly recommend.

Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

Love my 2020 Accord EX-L...very roomy and it has a very comfortable interior. It has a few things missing that surprises me on an EX-L trim such as courtesy lights in the doors. Honda has the knockouts but no wiring harness. The lights are only available on the most expensive Touring model which is ridiculous as this is a $20 item. Honda also has chosen to not have the lights on the trunk light up when you hit the brakes...they are only reflectors but do light up on the Touring model. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT MY PAINT DOES NOT CHIP OFF LIKE IS HAPPENING ON SO MANY HONDA'S. I had the paint chip off the car on my 2008 Civic and on the roof of my 2014 PIlot. Of course Honda takes no responsibility for this even though its happening to countless Honda customers across many years and models. They have already chosen to remove the sunroof as standard on many Pilot models as well.

I came from a 2018 Honda Accord EX to a 2022 Nissan Altima SR VC-Turbo. The reason I switched to Nissan was the high lease price of the Accord in 2022. These cars are very similar in gas mileage, ride quality, trunk space and tech features. The Honda had a slightly smoother ride(but the Nissan does have 19" rims which means you feel the road imperfections more). My only complaint with the Altima is the back up camera. To put it frankly the resolution sucks!! The Accord had a crystal clear back up camera. Finally, my Accord had 190 hp and the Altima has 234 but honestly the acceleration is very similar.

yes my car has 2014 miles on it just bought it from the auction the car was dealer kept from day one the car is in mint condition in and out i took it to the dealer and they love the car and said no problems you should get 300.000 miles out of it. it is dark gray color and black .i will be driving 6000 miles a year. so dont let the miles fool you. no oil leaks i have all the service records one owner. i said its in mint condition

3 main qualities I look for when shopping for a car are good mpg, plenty of space, and a bit of get up n go power. I feel like I easily got everything I wanted and as a bonus also ended up with a great looking car as well as reliable. You can easily achieve low 40’s mpg on the highway with the 1.5L motor. That’s even better than my wife’s hybrid suv. My one and only minor complaint is that I feel like the wheels are a bit too big. Maybe I’m just acting like an old man, even at 42 years old LoL but I prefer rims a bit smaller but with meatier tires. Unfortunately Honda didn’t make very many of the LX models which come with 17” rims instead of the 19’s like my Sport has. So you do feel bumps in the road pretty good with those low profile tires.

Overall my Pearlita has been beyond reliabe, comfy, Greatbon gas and roomy However hit 65k and worries began. Replaced gasket, recommended spark plugs begore my 100 k mark.. Def recommend warranty. Lodi Honda took care of me!
