I have been a customer at Metro Toyota for 15 years. And I can honestly say they have always treated me very well. And my last visit there was no exception. I had a fantastic service manager Zach. I purchased mine used with 15,000 miles. She runs great and I get compliments on her often. Supersonic red with black top. The only reason I purchased this car is because my 2000 Camry is getting hard to find parts for. He still runs great. But, since I do not know when I will need to repair anything expensive on him, I had to get another Camry. For fear of not being able to repair my 2000 Camry (which still looks amazing new). I can vouch that gas powered Toyota's will last forever. Look at all of them on the road. So, I know this one will last forever.

The Toyota team is second to none. I worked with Kyle in service and he not only listened to my concerns but made sure they were taken care of in a timely manner. if you have any service done in Kalamazoo ask for Kyle. Decent but not outstanding. Had a problem with the passenger side motor mount causing a rattle that was fixed under warranty at the 5000 mi service. The part was backordered, so there are probably more than a few with this problem. A discoloration of the dash appeared by 2000 miles. Since it read "Toy" it was likely from the factory. There is still a small bubble in the rear window tint film. It drives well. I like the automation now that I'm used to it. It brakes too hard using adaptive cruise control when traffic slows down, but I guess the radar is doing as well as it can. It's not particularly comfortable, but Toyotas aren't known for that. Had to turn the driver's headrest around, as it pushes my head too far forward. I think that's required by law. The infotainment center works fine. They started using a new one after the 2024 debacle. I bought the car to keep it for a few hundred thousand miles. We'll see.

Tried to help me to the best of there abilities just didn't have a car I was looking for. Would recommend them to anyone great service.

I love my new Corolla. It drives so smooth . I highly recommend this car. Perfect for driving to work and taking family trips. I love the color I chose(celestial)

This is my fourth Toyota Corolla in a row. Absolutely. Love these cars and their durability. Love the fact that they went back to the darker interior for the new Corolla. Very comfortable And reliable car.

Service manager Elliott Heaney did a fantastic job! My 2010 RAV4 had to be towed in for service due to a roadside breakdown on June 5. When I first talked to the service scheduler they said the soonest they could work on it was June 21. Later that day Elliot called me saying they received my vehicle from the tow service. I described the problem and the service date to him. He said he’ll try to at least get diagnostics run on it to see what the problem was. When We talked the next day he revealed the problem and said they’d try to work it into their schedule. Long story short, my RAV4 was repaired and ready for pick up on June 21. Elliotts customer service exceeded my wildest expectations and was second to none!! It was the best auto service experience of my life!! Thanks Elliott!!

Love this car! Have 45,000 miles on vehicle and have only done brakes and tires… Super happy with the way it looks and responds. Most reliable car I have owned. Would happily go to another Kia after this one!

kobe did a nice job for me except when it came to the interior color options of the truck. i don't believe he ever said that there were apparently only 2 Options available for interior Color. Had I known, I would have selected Black instead of Light Grey. black will hide Dirt Smudges (on the Rear Seat) that the Current Grey won't. I need to get a Seat Cover for the Rear Seat (that fits exactly right). Does ford offer any Seat Covers for my Truck? Scott

I have had mine 2018 Ford Fusion since 2019 and just had battery replaced last year 2024,and replaced brake pads this year 2025 IT IS MAKING ME HAPPY !

Agreed on price over the phone. Vehicle was exactly as described. Simple and easy place to do business. Bought a 19' Ram with 11k miles.

This is my 3rd Nissan Altima and have been pleased with the service and the reliabilty of the car. Comfortable ride and very quiet. If you are looking for a 4 door Sedan you might want take a closer look at this one.
