The 2021 Altima is a good but not great car. I have the SL trim which comes with more interior comfort and 1 of 2 extra features. I like the sporty style and tech features but the CVT transmission sucks sometimes. If I had to buy a sedan again I would choose a BMW 3 series instead cuz I like excellence in cars. But overall for anyone who would like to have something good and basic pros, yes the Altima can make it.

I had an amazing experience at this dealership, Taurus was awesome, knowledgeable and most of all he wasn’t like the old fashion salesman. He understood my needs/wants and also my vibe and never was push or aggressive. Andre the manager was so funny. He was honest and I felt like I was talking to friends. I have only owned this car for 1 month but I am very pleased with my purchase, smooth, quiet, comfortable, great sound system. This car rides like a much higher priced car even with the 19” wheels. If you are looking for an everyday car with great ride and gas mileage this is the one for you.

Our 2016 Honda Pilot broke down driving form Nashville to Orlando. The service department was awesome and got the repairs done quickly. They were very honest and kept us informed during the process. I highly recommended them!!

Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

While traveling from New York to Florida, I had the unfortunate experience of striking something in the road with my 2021 Chevrolet Traverse. The left front tire deflated and while I was able to get the temporary spare on, I couldn't get to my destination without the original wheel and tire. I called the service department and spoke with Paul. He offered excellent advice, understood my problem and told me to bring the car in the very next morning. The next day, Christian took over my service repair case and had your staff check out my vehicle, wheel and tire. They assured me everything was fine and I was on my way in a timely manner. Both of those service advisors and technician staff took a weight off my shoulders and allowed me and my family to complete our trip. Kudos to all.

Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

Just bought the Honda Civic 2020 Sport Coupe and I’m really happy with it. The car looks sharp, drives smoothly, and has enough power to make daily driving fun without sacrificing fuel economy. Interior is comfortable and modern, with all the tech I need. Overall, a great blend of sporty looks, efficiency, and reliability. I would Highly recommend this car.

In and out within about an hour or so. Quick approval process and getting things set up, and of course having a car in mind speeds things along. Worked with me to get my monthly payments where I wanted and they were able to finance through my own bank at a great rate. Answered all my questions about the car and the loan, and took my old clunker off my hands.

Good car good buying process just wobbles a little at around 70-80 mph while on highway. Might just be a small alignment with only my car may not be a consistent problem.

Very sporty inside and out. Great gas mileage. I like that it has just the right amount of buttons and dials, not too much. The seats are very comfortable.

Overall, our experience was amazing as first time buyers. Ben, was super nice and very considerate to our expectations. He made everything go very smoothly and had everything ready for us the next day when we returned, for our dream truck. He was awesome! Very very nice guy and we will be back to see him for our next purchase!

I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

Best used car buying experience I have ever had. I have bought five cars over the years and this was the first time I didn’t feel like I needed a shower afterwards. No pressure, very professional staff. Sold me the car I wanted at a fair price with no upselling. They even had a mobile locksmith come to my house to make a second key for the car when I asked. I had already paid for the car and was out the door, they didn’t have too. I’ll buy my next one from them.

I’m a first time Honda owner and I’m extremely pleased with my purchase. I own a 2024 Accord. I chose it for its safety, functionality, and convenience features. I love it for its sleek style, design, and sophistication.

Not only did they outperform and out price ANY dealer in Jacksonville, they treated us like friends. They didn't sell us a car...they sold us on them. Not only did we buy the car but my family here plans on buying theirs in Lake City as well. Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

I have been going to Gainesville Honda for a loooooong time and I make a point to see the same person and that is David Linville. For nearly 20 years, I have gone to David and no matter how busy or crazy his day might be going, he keeps his cool and remains calm and helpful. He is really good at focusing on the client during their time with him. I must have taken my ’96 Civic to him a zillion times lol to keep that sucker running and he was helpful each and every time… up until when I decided to let it go {sniff sniff ☹}. Now, I bring the 2015 which I don’t love as much as my ’96 but I still get good service! I appreciate the mechanics and everyone in the Service Department and shout out to Gene; he always makes me laugh.

I purchased mine used with 15,000 miles. She runs great and I get compliments on her often. Supersonic red with black top. The only reason I purchased this car is because my 2000 Camry is getting hard to find parts for. He still runs great. But, since I do not know when I will need to repair anything expensive on him, I had to get another Camry. For fear of not being able to repair my 2000 Camry (which still looks amazing new). I can vouch that gas powered Toyota's will last forever. Look at all of them on the road. So, I know this one will last forever.

I absolutely love this car. I’ve owned it for over a year purchased and certified preowned with 26,000 miles and currently has 48,000 miles. I previously owned a 2022 Lexus iS 350 which I also liked and a 2017 Lexus iS 300 really enjoyed owning both but this one is the best of both worlds. Its fuel efficient and a joy to drive every day. Maintenance will be slightly higher than the Japanese brand. It’s a delightful vehicle for long trips. Highly recommend.
