This car is exactly what I was wanting for my regional/local transportation. It is quick, comfortable, stylish, dependable, reliable, fun, eye catching and easy to operate. I do wish there was more range but I've had no problems in my regional travel: just need to be realistic about the range facts. My passengers are pleasantly surprised by the styling, comfort and performance.

My family and I recently visited this dealership to look at a used Lincoln Nautilus. We called ahead and were told there was a sales event happening. My cousin arrived first—during a heavy downpour—and right away, Brandon came out in the rain to assist. That kind of service set the tone for the whole experience. We came prepared to buy with a check from Navy Federal, but weren’t able to make a deal on the Nautilus. It could’ve been a disappointing day—but instead, Johan (Finance) stepped in and helped secure a better interest rate than Navy Federal was offering and got my cousin into a brand new Ford Bronco. What started as a frustrating visit turned into an exciting and satisfying purchase, thanks to the professionalism and hustle from both Brandon and Johan. As for me, I’m now seriously considering getting the Ford Expedition—and I’ll absolutely be coming back to this dealership when I’m ready. Bonus points: if you value diversity, this place has it. It's a great car. Sports car with 4 doors, very maneuverable despite of the AWD. Fun in the mountains and the kids love it. Get the manual drive.

The Ford Fusion SE FWD has proved itself to be a solid choice. It is reliable in stop-and-go traffic and is nimble enough to overtake other cars on highways. It is also quite comfortable, although the headrest is quite uncomfortably placed. The suspension absorbs most of the road's vibrations. When turned on at lower speeds, the motor can be louder than expected, but the transition between electric and ICE power is quite smooth. The design is aggressive, and it looks quite good. The car is also reliable, and parts aren't hard to find. The infotainment system, however, is not as sophisticated as expected, but not in a pleasant way. Overall, I would still recommend the car; it's practical, reliable, and nimble.

This is hands down the best car I have ever owned!! I've had it 11 years and my 2014 Honda Accord has never needed a repair. I have only ever had to do regular maintenance on it (battery, brake pads, tires, etc). What an incredible value at $22K!!! One feature that has been buggy is the infotainment/Bluetooth but I can live with it.

Decent but not outstanding. Had a problem with the passenger side motor mount causing a rattle that was fixed under warranty at the 5000 mi service. The part was backordered, so there are probably more than a few with this problem. A discoloration of the dash appeared by 2000 miles. Since it read "Toy" it was likely from the factory. There is still a small bubble in the rear window tint film. It drives well. I like the automation now that I'm used to it. It brakes too hard using adaptive cruise control when traffic slows down, but I guess the radar is doing as well as it can. It's not particularly comfortable, but Toyotas aren't known for that. Had to turn the driver's headrest around, as it pushes my head too far forward. I think that's required by law. The infotainment center works fine. They started using a new one after the 2024 debacle. I bought the car to keep it for a few hundred thousand miles. We'll see.

Out of all the cars that I have taken for a test drive. The 2025 Chevy Malibu is the best. It has style, it drives and handles well, and has some awesome features to go along with it. But more importantly it is a by name it is one of the most reliable vehicles you can buy and never go wrong.

I bought a 2017 Prius C from you in 2021 and have been entirely pleased with it and with Rice's excellent and courteous service, so much so that II have continued to come to you for service since I moved to Raleigh early last year. PS I especially like working with your female service managers!. They are both knowledgable and efficient. The previous owner was a smoker and I, a long time ex-smoker. It took two treatments; but your salesman managed that admirably. (I am a life-long salesperson myself and know how aggravating it is to be taken away from selling to take care of the ancillary chores!) Bought a turbo with only 8k miles and it runs amazing. What you get for the money I consider it Definitely a bargain with all the options. Not crazy about the interface and rather small back seat but the trunk makes up for it.

We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

I’m glad I got my first car back from the 1994 Honda accord Black coupe to a 2017 Honda Accord Black coupe. I only had my first car 2 months.

The Ford Fusion was a modest priced sedan, low maintenance, great mileage and the hybrids are so smooth compared to all the other brands. I've own 6 of them since 2010. When Ford stopped making the Fusion after 2020 and decided to give away their sedan line, the copy cat models of Hyundai and Toyota both increased sales in the 20% range. Gas, oil and little electricity for the plug-in and these near maintenance free cars just go and go. I've put as much as 165,000 on them without issue.

Purchased a 2018 titanium hybrid with 77K miles on it in 2019, for commuting purposes. I have driven 51K. I had to replace the emergency eletrical brake motor, put a new battery in (not HV), new spark plugs, regular maintenance. I run 400 mls. each week. This car is troublefree. I am totally impressed with performance and reliability, gas consumption (36.8 mpg) since I have a lead foot and on top of that, the car looks sleek. Excellent exterior design and impressive interior. I would have preferred to have the driver seat slide back a couple more inches, but it is very comfortable nevertheless. Great acceleration for passing and is peppy enough to satisfy my aggressive driving (which I have under control). The sound system is incredible. Old school so I love the bass. Great car.

Purchased at 35k , now at 50k miles. No issues so far. Rides like new. Very,very stable on freeway and when making turns. Hybrid model has a heavy battery pinning down the car for extra road grip. My wife loves how stable it is. Our other SUV tilts during turns, but Fusion gives you a peace of mind that it won't overturn. Lumbar support seats are awesome, and pretty well designed. Also enjoying power seat adjust on front seats. Ideal commuter. Impressed to get 38 mpg town/freeway. I love toyota prius too but fusion is a better looking car IMHO. Only con is a small screen especially when backing up , but we have SE trim,so that's why. Loving fuel tank that's capless, 1 less thing to twist. Just insert that hose at a gas station and remove when done! The interior is also very quiet so taking a phone call is a breeze. Really loving intuitive physical button controls. We entertained an idea of getting another car with a big sensor screen and on-screen buttons, but we are not giving up our physical controls on Ford after all! I have read this is a very reliable car among American manufacturers. Piece of advise: but $20 lug nuts and replace stock ones on wheels ,because they get swollen, buldge and impossible to remove in field conditions.

The car is so quiet! At first, I didn't realize it was even on. It drives well. I think I have figured out the bells and whistles. In the fall, I think I will be taking it to PA, so I am anxious to see how it performs on a long trip.
