Great buying experience. We live just over an hour away and received an excellent and honest phone description of the vehicle we were considering. All of the staff including the owner and his wife are very courteous and our salesman Mike was waiting for us when we arrived. We decided to buy the vehicle during the test drive and called Mike to negotiate an out the door price. We continued our test drive and drove 20 minutes to a branch office of our bank to get a check. I called Mike from the bank with the rest of the details and all of the paperwork was ready by the time we got back. Couldn't be happier with the experience.

The car was clean and ready to go. I love the style and the gas mileage is incredible. It has great features and runs really well.

Recommending this is vehicle as an owner of am Ford Fusion, would be absolutely absurd if I did not! What such an amazing car that the Ford industry has manufactured!! Shout out to you guys "Ford" thank you so much for an outstanding job! Absolutely loves the remote start control, after starting remotely still having too insert the key for switching gears to drive. Very amazing, without the key inserted, once you place your foot on the brakes to try to change gears the engine kills, to me mu opinion am very safe an outstanding security setup for car thefts to be prevented. Especially for the cold winters and needing my vehicle to be warmed and the engine going for when I get in my car the heater wouldn't need time to warm up. I have such relax and ease knowing my car is fine being started while me not being inside of it, that no-one can drive away with my vehicle with having the keys inserted. Yet my car was gifted to me but my grandfather but wow such an amazing gift ever !! I say very sincerely, stating that this the every 1st car reviews I've ever done after having many 🙏💛

We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

This is my 5th Accord. I have owned one since 1987. Each time I have purchased a used model. I bought my current 2010 Accord with 125,000 miles on it 4 years ago. It now has 180,000 miles and just past inspection. Burns no oil. Has NO leaks (oil, rain or otherwise). No "idiot" lights on the dashboard, and rides like new. In 35 years (and 5 Accords) I have NEVER been stuck! Not once! Don't get too hung up on any negative details you might see or hear of. The resale value is near the best. The gas mileage is more than decent. I am over 6 feet tall and the driver's seat in more comfortable and supportive than any other vehicle I have sat in. This includes BMW, Lexus, Mercedes and Cadillac. As for dependability, it just might be the best. If you're in the market for a used car, I suggest that you at very least, test drive one.

it is a very nice car! it is all wheel drive. it only comes on one of the models. very roomy with all the modern features. The only negative is the Sun Roof is not available in the All Wheel Drive Model.

This car saved my mom’s life. In a five-car accident, she was left spinning and hitting multiple cars. The car’s numerous airbags kept her in place, and the safety figures left her with minor bruises and scratches. The doctors said she’s lucky to be alive. I’ve had the car for two and a half years and only had to replace one part. One note: DO OIL CHANGES; it’s very important for the motor in this car. Loved this car.

Never owned a diesel, but very easy to get accustomed to. The Jetta is very comfortable and gets great gas mileage 45mpg. Jetta also has performance if you need or want it. Overall this car has turned me into a VW enthusiast.

Emissions Recall taken care of no cost at a DCJ dealership...top two fav. features are: the rounded dash near int. windshield and the OEM rims...genuine MOPAR, all the way! i wish for the resons given that they could have extended production by another year or two...three years was not long enough...Thank You so much 'FiatChrysler'...as well, Jeff Hammoud and Christian Farcas...an awesome car if there ever was...again, a "true legend"! Car buying has ALWAYS been a stressful experience. No matter how prepared I am, the grand cacophony of texts and emails is overwhelming. This time around was no exception...until...Mike from Nissan of Macomb rose above the hubbub. He didn't send a message that said, "Call to schedule a drive" like all the others. Instead, he answered our initial inquiry about a specific car. Rather than simply saying it was "available" he took the time to detail the entire cost so we knew immediately that it was in our family's budget. This is how we prefer to work. His attentiveness "drove" us to start our physical search at Nissan of Macomb. The dealership was clean and we were welcomed immediately. Throughout the entire process Mike was kind, professional and patient. He answered our questions, listened to what we were looking for and was never pushy. We had come in a couple of hours before closing and never felt rushed to leave. Our first choice in vehicle was available on site and he pulled it around for us himself. The other two were not available, but he brought out one of their equivalents. He took his time explaining features and answering our questions. He also encouraged us to take a test drive for longer than we'd planned. We loved the car that was our first choice. We'd come in with pre-approved financing from our bank. However, Nissan is running end-of-month incentives and we were able to get a better rate through Nissan. Mike took us to the reception area, showed us the window where we could see the service area and offered us refreshments. While sitting there to wait for our application to be processed, I realized we had grossly underreported our income. I ran to find Mike in a panic. That's when I met Noah who was very friendly and professional. He found Mike for me within moments of my talking to him. Mike took me to Corey who was just about to send our application. My adrenaline was rushing so my thought process was slowed. Corey and Mike stood with me while I calmed down and Corey (who was also incredibly friendly) worked through the math with me. I mean, I was totally frazzled and both of them were so incredibly helpful and patient. Our application was processed quickly and before we even realized it, our new car was taken for detailing. We knew when we started this process that we wanted to buy soon. We had done our homework, but we honestly hadn't thought that we would go in and come out with our car the same night. Mike guided us through everything remaining friendly and patient the whole time, even as it grew past closing time. We were taken to do our paperwork. I believe the gentleman who helped us is named, Richard, but I was so tired at that point I may have that wrong. So sorry if I do. "Richard" guided us through the paperwork without being pushy and was very professional. At this point, I'm sure everyone wanted to go home, but we were still treated so well by every single person we met. Corey even came out to congratulate us on our new car as Mike was handing us the keys and going over a few features. I know this review is long, and perhaps won't be thoroughly read by consumers, but I hope the owners and managers of Nissan of Macomb do read every word. Mike, Corey, Noah and Richard as well as everyone else we encountered were absolutely wonderful. We are thrilled with our purchase and the entire process. We look forward to continuing our relationship through the service department and will make this our first stop when it's time to replace our other car. I bought my Nissan Altima in August at Lee Nissan in topsham, Maine. I absolutely love it . It rides great steers amazing and has the get up and go that I have missed . It’s sharp looking and I have had a lot of compliments on the color it says grey but looks purple sometimes or at night it looks white..

I recommend this car to anyone! I had the car for 4 years to get me through college and unfortunately I hit a deer and completely totaled the car. Nissan gets too much hate, this was an absolutely solid car. Bought the car with 48,000 miles and the odometer read 235,000 miles right before I totaled it. I have never had a single mechanical issue with the car, the only thing that needed to be replaced was my AC system at 140,000 miles. If you want a car that last forever buy an Altima you won’t be disappointed. I have owned a 2008 Rogue, 2009 Versa, the 2015 Altima, and now I own a 2023 Nissan Rogue and I have never had a problem with any of my cars. I will be buying Nissan again again.
