This car is very comfortable with great leg room front & back. The trunk is enormous as well, which I find awesome when traveling with my family & friends. Also, it’s great on gas and the speed is easy you don’t even realize your doing 80 mph because it glides and handle curves so easy!

I have owned the car for about 15 months. It is a good car. There is an issue with burning a little oil. This is a known issue. I almost traded it in when I realized the oil consumption issue, but I stuck with it. I add almost a quote every two gas fill ups. I purchased it with 62,000 miles. I am a salesman and I put nearly 30,000 miles on it in the past 15 mos. Mostly highway. I had to repack the bearings in the rear wheels. This set me back about $1,200. Not good. Other than that, the car has been fine. I plan on driving it another year.

The plastic plate across the front of the car comes off and have had to replace it once and now can't afford to put a new one back on!!!! The car has less then 40,000 not bad for 2012 when I bought with 139 miles...LOL! Breaks need to be replaced and the interior of the car needs deep cleaning. I love my Cruze man!!!

We have been buying cars from Star Ford in Streator Illinois for the past 30+ years. Do I like other cars...sure! But what brings me back to Star Ford is the great service you get from the salesman down to the service department. We bought a slightly used car with few miles from them this past April. (2017) We also bought the extended warranty. Needless to say we encountered a "BIG" engine problem. A loaner car was immediately given to us and they started to look for the problem. After 37 days and 2 adjusters my car was returned fixed. No charge. Of course it wasn't as easy as that. Keith (service manager) fought for me to get things covered under my warrenty. I can't thank him enough for that! But you see....he and others are what keeps us coming back. They go above and beyond to make things right for the customer. When looking for a car, I recommend Star Ford of Streator. You can't go wrong. They care.

140,000 trouble free miles so far. Nothing more than scheduled maintenance. Drives great, acceleration very good with a 240 hp tubo. May get a new one when available.

I recently bought a preowned Tahoe. I knowingly bought the vehicle in as is condition. The day after I bought it, I took it to my mechanic who found a couple of things that need to be repaired. I called Jordan the sales mgr. and he simply said get them fixed and mail a copy of the bill to him. I received a check back in less than a week. Robert my salesman was not pushy and made the buying experience pleasurable. Outstanding over all experience. I would and will recommend Bill Walsh to anybody. BTW. I recently purchased a loaded, light ice blue, 2009 Lincoln Town Car Signature Limited, with a navy blue, full, cloth coach roof, in mint condition. It is a shame Town Cars are no longer made, however since I do not like any of the new cars, due to their small size, bucket seating, lack of American style and comfort, I shall proudly & comfortably drive the last full size American luxury four door sedan.
