Got a 2013 about a month ago with 60K in nearly perfect condition. I have spent some time and money fixing little things - these cars are complicated and loaded with delicate technology. The CUE radio has been replaced, as has the electronic dash - which are both a very nice feature but are known to fail. It drives beautifully, has tons of room, is a fantastic value proposition, and looks very nice. The overall finish is very high and of very good quality on these cars. The owners complaining here are the ones that drive them hard and the only attention the car gets is when they drop it off to the dealer for something and then agree to fix things. Plan to spend a lot of money keeping one going if this is you. If you can do most things yourself, and keep it properly looked after, it's typical of any common luxury car. They ALL have their quirks. If you really wanted a toyota or a honda economy car then this isn't the car for you - go buy one of those, you'll hate owning one of these. Me? I just love it! Next costly maintenance is the magneride suspension - it does wear out, and typical engine cleaning - valves, injectors, plugs, etc. All fluids are new, brakes are new, tires are new. Everything is expensive for these cars.

Marty Ball, our service representative at Volkswagen of Ann Arbor, offered outstanding service always. He knows my car and always returned calls and /or left detailed messages: we’ve worked with Marty for years but we really appreciated his attention and support when , unexpectedly, our engine harness required replacement (discovered during a check engine light service call.) This is my 5th Accord. I have owned one since 1987. Each time I have purchased a used model. I bought my current 2010 Accord with 125,000 miles on it 4 years ago. It now has 180,000 miles and just past inspection. Burns no oil. Has NO leaks (oil, rain or otherwise). No "idiot" lights on the dashboard, and rides like new. In 35 years (and 5 Accords) I have NEVER been stuck! Not once! Don't get too hung up on any negative details you might see or hear of. The resale value is near the best. The gas mileage is more than decent. I am over 6 feet tall and the driver's seat in more comfortable and supportive than any other vehicle I have sat in. This includes BMW, Lexus, Mercedes and Cadillac. As for dependability, it just might be the best. If you're in the market for a used car, I suggest that you at very least, test drive one.

I was a walk in first time customer and assigned to Mr. Raj Pallai an experienced salesman. He was affable, intelligent, competent and quite responsive both to phone calls and email requests. His pricing was very competitive and he followed through on what he said he was going to deliver. It was refreshing to work with such a professional.

This is my 2nd Mk6 Jetta. The first one I leased had zero issues with it. It was a 2017 1.4t S trim. My current Jetta a 2016 Sport 1.8t trim is a great vehicle! I bought it in 2019 as a CPO with 38k miles and now it has 127,500 miles and counting! Has give me zero problems. All I’ve done was kept up with its regular maintenance. I’ve used it to get around town and for long trips. Great on gas, roomy, nice backup camera and Apple CarPlay still works with the factory head unit! It also has VW’s built in Navigation system and Sirius XM which has come in handy a few times. The trunk is spacious with rear seats that fold down. The center rear seat comes with an arm rest and a pass through to the trunk. I also love the heated two tones white and black leatherette seats that come with the Sport trim. Driving wise, it handles great with good acceleration for a compact sedan. Easy to park as well!

We moved to Livonia a few months ago, and when it was time for service on my CRV, I wanted to find an honest Honda dealer--one that wouldn't tack on unnecessary services like a previous dealership did or take advantage of my lack of knowledge about cars. I was impressed with Suburban Honda of Farmington Hills from the start. When I discovered I had a scheduling conflict, Sandra (the employee who handles appointments) quickly accommodated me by finding a time later the same day. She was friendly and helpful. Bob Spurgeon, the director who was in charge of my service, was professional and polite. I explained to him that I wanted just an oil change and tires rotated, and that is exactly what was done, with no attempts to tack on any other services or superfluous charges that my husband and I have encountered in some places. Mr. Spurgeon seated us in his office to complete the work order and conversed with us in an amiable way before he showed us to the waiting room. We had been told that the entire appointment might take 1-1/2 hours, which includes a car wash, but it took just a little over a half hour for them to finish the work. The bill matched the estimate we had been given, with no suggestion that any "problems" exist that need attention. The only suggestion I could make is for the person who changes the oil to ask whether or not the owner wants the Oil % indicator to remain on the dash rather than be eliminated. I had to call the dealership later to find out how to shut it off. I didn't want that big Oil Can image to stay on the screen, but I couldn't find clear directions on how to delete it. They did offer to do it for me the next time I am near the dealership if I had any problem with the directions. (I am an elderly female.) At this point, I highly recommend this dealership for the friendly, professional way the employees treat the customer and the efficient way they do the work. We weren't sure where to find a good, honest dealership in this area, but from all indications, I think Suburban Honda is one that is fair and shows personal interest in the customer.

My last one was at 262000 miles and still going strong until I totaled it. Drove it on long trips all over. I loved the AWD. Wish I had another one.

Although I had some issues with the closing a call to the manager and it was resolved within the hour. The salesman was great!

I keep having problems with engine running hot! I bought it new I keep the oil changed regularly The car only has 86,000 miles on it..please see if you can help.

Best car I’ve ever owned hands down. Name another car you can put 40 2x4x8’s in the car and close the trunk. Oh did I mention it also has 278k on it and I drive it from Washington to California monthly? Take care of it and it will take care of you.

After buying Toyota vehicles for years, I found out that they were outsourcing their CVT’s and Honda was making their own CVT’s and after driving a new Toyota Corolla and then a new Honda Civic, I was more impressed with the Honda Civic. My three previous cars were Toyota Corolla’s and I loved them. I am very happy with my 2021 Honda Civic EX and I would not hesitate to recommend Honda.

Bought my 2015 Honda Accord LX used in 2018 with 42K on the odometer. It now has just over 100K and has for most of the past 7 years been a very good vehicle overall, requiring only manufacturer recommended routine maintenance. Within the past year, however, it has needed to have the starter replaced and repair work done on the air conditioning unit. The cost of those repairs totaled about $1,200. Not too bad for over 7 years of regular driving. I'm still really pleased with the performance of the vehicle. Handling, acceleration and braking are truly excellent. I'm most impressed by the gas mileage. On a recent 2,400 mile round-trip from Florida to Pennsylvania the car averaged just over 41 mpg. In local mixed driving it consistently gets between 35-37 mpg. Getting that type of gas mileage with the kind of performance it provides is hard to beat!

I interacted with many dealerships big and small to choose my new vehicle. I LOVE how easy it is to talk with this dealership. When you make contact they put you in an optional text chat so anytime you have a question you text it and they get back to you usually very quickly. We worked with Garrett and even. Though we were very wishy washy and changed our minds on what we wanted many times he was very patient and helpful. He also gave many suggestions that actually we turned out to love better than what we were originally looking for. They worked hard for us on financing and options and gave us several options to choose from. After the sale Garrett didnt disappear...he still answered our messages and talked with his manager about some questions we had. We were very happy that he helped us even after the sale! This is my second WRX. My first (which I still have) is a 2002 Impreza WRX. I bought this car (2024) for long trips with the family and dog (cane corso). The foreseeable future does not see me daily driving it, tho I am sure it could handle it without any fuss. It has room for storage on trips and to the grocery store. Excellent platform for autocross, rally cross, track days, overlanding and as stated before long trips. This is a car that is hard to beat for its value and versatility.

I'm totally satisfied with my camry. It's the most advanced automobile I've ever driven.I commute 50 miles per day round trip and I get on average 53 miles per gallon. The traffic assist feature is my most used as I'm always in bumper to bumper traffic, this is when the camry hybrid shines best as it makes its own electricity. I've never owned a Toyota before. I traded my malibu for it & have never looked back.

There isn't a car out there that can come close to the reliability and quiet comfort that this car delivers. My model goes 0 to 60 in 5.4 seconds so I don't know what the performance reviews are all about. If I wanted to drive any faster I might as well move to Germany buy a fast Beemer or Mercedes and drive the Auto Bon for 2 hours a day. You can pay more and REALLY pay more in the long run. This car BLOWS away those cars in quite perfect comfort. Did I mention my car doesn't break down? I love its understated classy look.

My husband an I bought a 2019 camry in 2020 with 35k. It's now 2025 and besides replacing the o2 sensors, this car is extremely good on gas, very comfortable, sporty, very reliable, and timeless. We have the le model with 148k on it. We've done all regular maintenance. We haven't had time to have the transmission fluid serviced, due to health issues. 100k of the miles are all highway miles. I'm a mechanic that rebuilds vehicles to flip. By far this is the best vehicle for the money and we will keep our camry and keep her going until it's time to replace the engine.. I don't see that happening for years to come. These little 4 bangers are bullet proof. Oh, I absolutely love the trans shifts, a cross between regular clutches and cvt. Would highly recommend

My husband and I were recently on an extended trip from NC to Alabama to Michigan and upstate NY. Our S550 decided to break down just outside Lansing. The airmatic suspension failed and car was not safe to drive. Lucky for us we were only a few miles from this dealership. We called and Eric Shier took us right in when we arrived. Had the car assessed by Ali in short order. He was able to order the parts and had us back on the road in two days - no quibbling about not having time to get to us till next week, etc. And Ali even helped us transfer our luggage to the rental vehicle and reassured us that he knows his way around the S class. We count ourselves very lucky to have had that breakdown near your dealership. Excellent care from both these gentlemen. Might even have to visit family in Michigan the next time we are in the market for a car. Thank you

Best car exer - except cost cuts for 2017- no more leather and wood accents like thy were in my 2011 ES3500. Maybe next one will be more posh? ;-)
