Had a great experience dealing with Tate Sutter and crew at Crown Automotive. Drove from Paola/Osawatomie area to see what was available and compare to other RAV4's we had looked at. Had a car with color and features that were absolutes on our list and very competitive price, so we went home with a new RAV4. While Tate was explaining/demonstrating all the gizmos I had the opportunity to visit with Chase. He's an example of the type of person everyone want to deal with, straight forward, reasonable and friendly. Everything was up front, open and honest. No arm twisting pressure! First purchase at Crown Automotive.

Decent but not outstanding. Had a problem with the passenger side motor mount causing a rattle that was fixed under warranty at the 5000 mi service. The part was backordered, so there are probably more than a few with this problem. A discoloration of the dash appeared by 2000 miles. Since it read "Toy" it was likely from the factory. There is still a small bubble in the rear window tint film. It drives well. I like the automation now that I'm used to it. It brakes too hard using adaptive cruise control when traffic slows down, but I guess the radar is doing as well as it can. It's not particularly comfortable, but Toyotas aren't known for that. Had to turn the driver's headrest around, as it pushes my head too far forward. I think that's required by law. The infotainment center works fine. They started using a new one after the 2024 debacle. I bought the car to keep it for a few hundred thousand miles. We'll see.

Wow is the first word I would use to explain my experience with Crown VW. Paul Gomez was amazing. He did not leave one stone left unturned. sometimes you hope that what you do is a good thing. That was me on 8/20 when I loaned my car to a neighbor whose car was in the shop for 2 days. On that fateful day he hit another car and then State Farm declared it totaled. I was moving out of state and driving 1800 miles to OR. from MO. A friend assisted in the car search and we headed to Lawrence to check out several cars. When we arrived at Crown Toyota/VW there was a recent trade-in arrival. It was up on a rack with all its wheels off. We looked at the underbelly, the interior and the exterior. It would not finish all its check overs until Tuesday. My friend and I were at the door 9 am that Tuesday. It was through the kindness and attention of Scott Davids that we knew the car was ready for a test drive. He had been very thorough and transparent in the steps to have it ready for me to drive. I did. The 2022 Hyundai Tucson was a good fit, so it was purchased. There was no push. There was no other manager coming out to talk to me. I greatly appreciated the cool, informative approach and NO strong arm pressure. I have been in touch with Scott several times (so far) asking questions about all the technology (my former car was a 2007 H. Tucson), even though he had taken almost an hour to go through it all before I drove it home. I do sometimes forget some facts. It has been a splendid relationship. He is kind, helpful and deserves all the good feedback I can provide.

It's unfortunate the previous owners of the recent reviews had terrible ownership experiences . I have used this car for nearly four years without a single problem. Fun to drive, very spirited, great gas mileage, and outstanding handling at highway speeds. At 95,000 miles, no squeaks, wind noise, or rattles. its still very solid. Would highly recommend if you find a well cared for one. My only complaint is you would be hard pressed to fit four ave. size people at one time. But on the plus side it can fit in small spaces.

A 2014 and 2019 Fusion I’ve had. Still driving the ‘19. ‘14 was that great red color, Se but back then you could load it ( came like that ), An SE model with leather, moonroof heated seats - same as top of line except no Sony radio. Had a 2008 Audi A6 - this Fusion reminded me so much of the Audi, when pulling away has this heavy feel, almost as quiet as A6. almost as smooth- interior - we know who took that. My 2019 has 109K on it - really only one problem, check engine light came on - Oxygen sensor - tires, brakes battery, I read somewhere that Ford stopped it because they didn’t really make any money, the SUV craze. Simple car no problem. First new car for me was 1985 Toyota Corolla - 13 years and 235,000 miles when the head gasket went.

from the first day I had it I haven’t had any issues with it as it handles great and gas economy is awesome. I don’t have a negative to write. I drove Lincoln’s for the last 20 or more years and because they stopped making cars and only Crossovers or SVU’s, I searched high and low to find an equivalent car and googled all the options that were a must and the Subaru Legacy Elite came up and my husband and I went to look and drove out with our new car and couldn’t be happier. The ride is comfortable and the car is just great.

I have had a great experience with this car. It now has over 130,000 miles on it. And still going strong. I've only had to do the brakes. I changed the oil every 3000 miles. I did have to change. The driver's side axle. Toyota had a recall on the paint. So I now have a new paint job. The car looks wonderful. Like brand new? It has a brand new set of tires. Very dependable. It's a little noisy on the highway. But I expected that. The entertainment system. Is excellent. So it drowns out the highway noise. It handles great. The steering is precise. Overall, I would recommend this car. Especially to anyone who is seeking a low budget. Car. With good reliability.

Shout out to you guys "Ford" thank you so much for an outstanding job! Absolutely loves the remote start control, after starting remotely still having too insert the key for switching gears to drive. Very amazing, without the key inserted, once you place your foot on the brakes to try to change gears the engine kills, to me mu opinion am very safe an outstanding security setup for car thefts to be prevented. Especially for the cold winters and needing my vehicle to be warmed and the engine going for when I get in my car the heater wouldn't need time to warm up. I have such relax and ease knowing my car is fine being started while me not being inside of it, that no-one can drive away with my vehicle with having the keys inserted. Yet my car was gifted to me but my grandfather but wow such an amazing gift ever !! I say very sincerely, stating that this the every 1st car reviews I've ever done after having many 🙏💛

Dalton was exceptionally good at his job and made our truck buying experience a breeze. My boyfriend and I recently purchased a 2012 Dodge Ram 2500 from Munsterman Automotive. We showed up at 5:30 pm (30 mins before they close), because we had been holding out on a different truck, but the dealer we had been previously working with kept dicking us around. We called Dalton around 5:00 pm and without hesitation he told us to come up and look at the truck. My boyfriend fell in love with it as soon as we took it for a test ride. Dalton was clear and honest about the flaws that the truck had, but offered solutions to all of them. We also had the pleasure of meeting Michael, who is the owner of the dealership. I came from a 2018 Honda Accord EX to a 2022 Nissan Altima SR VC-Turbo. The reason I switched to Nissan was the high lease price of the Accord in 2022. These cars are very similar in gas mileage, ride quality, trunk space and tech features. The Honda had a slightly smoother ride(but the Nissan does have 19" rims which means you feel the road imperfections more). My only complaint with the Altima is the back up camera. To put it frankly the resolution sucks!! The Accord had a crystal clear back up camera. Finally, my Accord had 190 hp and the Altima has 234 but honestly the acceleration is very similar.

I bought a 2014 VW Passat SE in 2014 Brand New. I have done all the recommended maintenance on the car since I bought it and I have never had it break on me. I just hit 100k last month. I was driving down the highway a few weeks ago and I hit what appeared to be a piece of concrete or asphalt in the road. It made a loud thud under my car and I immediately lost power and the car turned off. I had it towed to the dealership. Whatever I hit took out my fuel pump that is inside the gas tank. They charged me $2100 to fix it. So I can tell you first hand these cars are reliable if you do all the maintenance like you are supposed to. But when they do Break, they cost way more than they should to fix them!

I bought a lease turn-in and it had 31k miles. So far, this car is in mint condition and rides and drives like a dream with a 4 cylinder turbo engine and no problems so far. This is a great looking, very roomy German vehicle with style and passaze. I hope this car last for many years to come.

Elantra 2024 hybrid is a stylish, powerful, great on gas, and nice to drive on highway or around town. Seems durable so far, no issues.
