I found Coyle online while shopping for a new 2016 Nissan Rouge. There weren't many left as the 2017 model is out and there were great discounts available for that reason. They were about the only dealership that had what I was looking for and were responsive to my inquiries about the vehicle. So, I drove about 85 miles to get the car and even though I got there rather late, they had the car prepped and ready to go. We got the deal done quickly and I was very impressed with the no nonsense approach by the dealership. It was a truly enjoyable experience.

I purchased this model New from big local Nissan dealer in my city in 2016. Mine is the blue model. Has great gas mileage, to this day. Was a good deal, on a basic car, with no frills. Worked great until 3 summer, right after 3 year warranty expired, the A/C totally quit. Had it checked, was the compressor. Over $1,000 fix. About the same time, strangely the paint started bubbling up in the between the rear doors on both side, and in crease where rear window meets the trunk. Flake after flake, will not stop and now a large section is gone on both back sides. For a 3 year old new car at the time, I was not happy. It is now 7 years old, and the chipping continues. Disappointing, and I have seen many of the same complaints online.

My overall experience with Neil Huffman has been OK. They haven't done anything to make them stand above the rest nor any worse. One gripe that I have with all dealerships though is the time it takes to complete the sale. It took over 2 hours from the time we agreed on the price for the new vehicle until we started signing the paperwork. Again that's pretty common with buying a car but still excessive. My daughter also had already bought a used VW from Neil Huffman and had an issue with it on day one. The issue was that the Engine Oil level low light came on. They told her that the sensor needed to be reset and everything was OK. Shortly after leaving the dealership the light returned. I checked the oil level and found that it was in fact low (has the light indicated). The car was serviced and she has not had an issue since. I have a few maintenance visits for the car that I bought so I'll see how it goes, but for now I'm not to impressed with them from that prospective.

I love my Altima. It looks good and it handles beautifully. The gas mileage is good, especially on the highway. The car is comfortable, too.

The prices for used or pre-owned autos were spot on! Great pics of vehicles on website. Only problem, I am not ready to make a purchase at this time 😩.

Shout out to you guys "Ford" thank you so much for an outstanding job! Absolutely loves the remote start control, after starting remotely still having too insert the key for switching gears to drive. Very amazing, without the key inserted, once you place your foot on the brakes to try to change gears the engine kills, to me mu opinion am very safe an outstanding security setup for car thefts to be prevented. Especially for the cold winters and needing my vehicle to be warmed and the engine going for when I get in my car the heater wouldn't need time to warm up. I have such relax and ease knowing my car is fine being started while me not being inside of it, that no-one can drive away with my vehicle with having the keys inserted. Yet my car was gifted to me but my grandfather but wow such an amazing gift ever !! I say very sincerely, stating that this the every 1st car reviews I've ever done after having many 🙏💛

Purchased a former Enterprise rental Carolla with 60K on the odometer. Overall it meets all the buzz about Toyota reliability. Other than a Battery and oil changes it's been good to me. Occasionally drive it as an Uber and it gives good service.. you actually earn money instead of putting all your earnings back into the tank. The only issues I hate is the low front end that occasionally scrapes the asphalt coming in and out of steep driveways and dips in Oklahoma roads.. and the main console is finiky connecting with my phone in Android auto.

While I did not buy a vehicle during this trip, I will be back. Their website is very easy to use and contains a up-to-date listing of what they offer. Mike Brady (the owner) and Chris Clark (salesman) were VERY professional and personable. They were informative but not pushy. The only reason I did not buy from them is that I couldn't get my wife back to do a test drive before the vehicle sold. They even offered for me to drive the car to her (across town) but I refused... My loss. I think Brady Automotive is a hidden gem in the Louisville area.

Absolutely no pressure at all had an issue with the vehicle a day or so later they told me to bring it in and they took care of it no questions asked. I actually purchased my 2014 ATS 2.0T awd Luxury on eBay in Sep of 2019. The car had 55k and I won the auction at $8400! So for me, this was, and remains the best purchase I’ve ever made. Despite having a salvage title, the car looked great, and performed flawlessly. I’m currently at 112500 miles and I’ve only had to replace the radiator expansion tank (common issue easily resolved for less than $150 and under an hour DIY. My experience was $88 parts and 30 minutes to replace.). When it came time for brake pad replacement, I decided to switch out the 4 rotors for drilled/slotted, but this was just to get a sportier look, all it really needed was the brake pads replaced. I’ve changed the oil every 4 - 5k miles with Mobil1 full synthetic. Just remembered that I had to replace the CUE screen as well, this was $120 parts and 90 minutes DIY. Plenty of YouTube videos to walk anyone through it. As of right now, the automatic transmission is shifting somewhat hard, both up and down, and this seems to come and go. My plan is to have a local shop do a transmission flush and replace the filter. Hopefully that works. The other issue that seems to come and go is the mixing box for the front passenger vents, sometimes it only blows hot air. Overall, I’ve been very happy with my ATS. At the time I purchased it I was just simply looking for a somewhat sporty all-wheel-drive vehicle so I could go visit my son in Colorado during snowboarding season. My car is made several trips up there and handles excellent in the snow. Overall, I love the look of the car from every angle. My example is Red Obsession Tintcoat with Black wheels. I deleted the chrome trim around the windows using plasti dip. This was a personal preference, I then added chrome, spike style lug, nuts, lol to accent the door handles. This car has been wonderful to me and these five years of ownership. Pros: Appearance Performance (Beat a 2017 Hemi Charger equipped with exhaust and several bolt ones.) Reliability Brand Recognition Comfort for driver and FRONT passenger Cons; Premium Fuel. (It says recommended, but the consensus from all the owners forums is to only use 91 minimum. Standard headlights weren’t enough for me. I replaced with LEDs for under $100 on Amazon. Rear passenger access/egress and comfort is lacking, despite having a four door sedan. No spare tire. Sticker price of 40 K when new in 2014 seems more than a little high, definitely worth picking up a used example. Maybe you’ll get as lucky as I did.

Just picked up a Pre-owned 2022 with 15k miles. I owned three previous Toyota Vehicles,two Camry's and one Lexus. Unfortunately I've been one of the unlucky owners. Had quite a few weird issues with all three. I still wanted Japanese but luxury. I'm not a fan of SUV's. The Infiniti Q50 Styling hasn't changed really over in a decade. The Q60 although sharp was just too small. Then i decided to go for Acura TLX. I Wasn't interested in a A-pec too much going on. So I ended up getting a Technology Package which is perfect for me. I live in the Midwest, but have taken two road trips back to the Eastcoast. The TLX is quick and responsive. I've gotten compliments, and love the sleek design. She does use Premium Gas, but because she is a Turbo 4cyl it doesn't take alot to fill up. Honestly if something happened to my TLX like a accident etc, I'd get another one.

Bought my 2013 Accord EX-L used in 2021 and I love my car. Incredible gas mileage, a sunroof, an excellent factory stereo system, and smooth, zero to sixty in about eight seconds acceleration. Corners like a dream. Heated leather seats. Roomy backseat for the Pibble and a generous trunk. Very little cabin noise. I have total confidence that if I maintain scheduled maintenance on this car, and I will, it'll last me for another hundred thousand miles. I honestly think that the 9th generation Honda Accord was one of the best years for this car.

I love this car! It looks great, handles wonderfully and the ride is exceptional. I went with the 2020 model because I don't care for the grill design implemented since 2021. I got the traditional grill with hood ornament which is what I preferred. The only disappointment for me was not having a touch screen. It's a bit cumbersome to manually navigate through all the screens using multiple inputs (especially while driving) but I'm getting accustomed to it. I would recommend this car to anyone!!

I recently bought a 2020 Elantra with very low miles (39k). It looks great, like new, and drives like a large sedan should. And the gas mileage is great! Driving around town yesterday it got 37 mpg in normal traffic, when the spec is 30. And on the freeway I was getting well over 57 mpg on a very slight, non-visible decline at 77 mph. It "feels" comfortable. My only knock so far is the information on the center console could be brighter and I haven't figured out how to make it yet. The owner's manual was not included in the sale.

I gave only 4 stars on performance but 5 stars on everything else. The power output has been the same since 2004 using the same engine platform from day 1 and needed some more poines (I always thought they should have been 6 cylinders and turbcharged), reliability has always been pretty good for me with these cars but overall it gets a soild 5 stars. I've had 6 Subarus and all of them have been great cars.

I bought this car brand new in 2012. Paid 17k. Worth every penny. It has 63k miles onit right now. Have never done anything other than change the oil and filter. It runs like it is expected. Slow and easy. You won't win no races with it. But it gets my wife to work with no issues. { 5 miles} Rain or snow. We have taken it on several road trips. Including a couple 1000 plus mile trips. Running wide open the whole way. It has no problem. I am a big guy. Very un comfy in most cars. But this I fall right into it and am able to climb back out with ease. The interior is cloth. Its starting to fade. But still no tears or wear marks. Theres nothing fancy about this car. But my wife loves it.
