I LOVE my 2023 KIa K5 GT-Line. I have the Passion Red, and I must say it’s a very sexy color. The panoramic sunroof is my favorite feature. The K5 rides so smooth and handles very well. If you’re considering this car…don’t hesitate any longer. GO BUY IT!!!

I acquired my 2015 Mazda 6 used in late 2018. I have 321,000 on it now and it still runs and drives great. I have only ever had two service issues; drivers side lower control arm squeak ($400) and belt tensioner ($130). I do all my own repairs and maintenance. Still getting 34 mpg on the hwy. it’s not a race car, but has been extremely reliable and I will probably get another one (my 3rd in the new body style) when this one dies or starts “nickel and diming” me.

My recall service appointment on 9/7/23 was reschedule by Jason Jackson. The reason was the tech going to be out for my original appointment which was 9/8/23. Jason Jackson service consultant at Suburban took care of me very well, I also ask him can we do the works package for an oil change with tire rotation. He said sure we can fit that in with your recall. Jason customer service is always on point and over the top.

I bought my car as used from the dealer. I have had no issues so far with it. The radio and heater work better than my old Toyota Corolla.

I?ve never had a bad experience here. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Service is always efficient. I will turn to champion for all my future vehicle needs.

Over the years I have driven different cars. I had Malibus in 1974, 1977 and came back to the Malibu in 2014 and now have a 2018. It is my favorite car and is just the right size for me and family members. Drives nice and is good on gas. I get compliments on my 2018 model. I call myself malibu Man.

I have had my 2014 Fusion Titanium for 10 years, i bought it with 12K miles and now have 145K. this is the best car I have ever owned. besides regular maintenance, i have had 0 issues. Everything still works, no leaks runs great. Definately a good car.

I've gotta say, my car buying experience at Serra Ford for the Ford Ranger was freakin' amazing! The whole team there was top-notch, especially Rachel Kupke, my salesperson. Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

I went to Kia because my wife needs a new vehicle, and that's how I met Michael LongStaff.... great guy, very polite, resourceful, savvy on the technical aspects of the vehicle and great customer support. He presented options based on my wife requirements and we ended with a Seltos 2023, the way she want it... Happy wife, happy life ..... A weeks later, I have issues with my truck, I been a Ford owner for more than 30 yrs with multiples cars, but I was not feeling happy with my current vehicle. Again, reached out to Michael, and based on my requirements, I ended training my 2012 Expedition King Ranch for a new 2023 Kia Telluride. In the last 2 weeks I really confirmed that Kia was a great option for our home. Thanks to the entire staff.

I find it interesting that 3 years after the fusion went out of production people are still writing about how they like it and so it's very interesting Ford has not offered anything to truly replace it. The Mach e is way to expensive, and does not have the range. I love our Fusion, and at my age it will be my last car. I understand why Ford dropped the Fusion I just think it was the wrong decision. Other manufacturers saw that market and the opportunity ,ford said you can have it.

Love the style got the2020 S model put I upset it didn’t have a cd player in it got the 2.5 motor made by Mazda 175 HP . Not fast but OK 👍 rides great. Still turns head till this day or maybe because mines white looks like an undercover police car with tinted windows it has .

If you're like me, taking your car for service is right up there with going to the dentist. just purchase an extremely low miles off lease 2019 MKZ from a local dealer. This car is extremly comfortable and has excellent handling and comfortable ride. Sound system is one of the best i have heard.The 2.0 turbo is powerful and quite. I am normally partial to GM, but this Ford product tops the list. Very satisisfied with this vehicle.

It's a great car. Sports car with 4 doors, very maneuverable despite of the AWD. Fun in the mountains and the kids love it. Get the manual drive.

I have bought 5 cars from this dealership, and I have had nothing but great experiences. From sales, to service and the parts department. Cameron from sales is a great guy, and so is Skylar. The finance manager is wonderful, and works his butt off to get you approved with a payment that is manageable. I only take my vehicles to this dealership for service. I bought my leased Malibu back in 2021 and haven't had a problem with it since then. A few things to know. I used to drive to another state for work every day. Now I only drive about an average of 6-7 miles daily. This, car for what I intended, has been good to me. I work in a chevy service department and see it all. If you're the type that is looking for your car to share some characteristics of vehicles like BMW, don't bother buying this. The CVT has a bulletin from GM that says trans may feel like it's slipping, you may feel hesitations in trans, and a list of other hard to swallow symptoms, but it's ok. The CVT is functioning normally and improve fuel economy these symtoms may appear but it is not a problem. I have had many people overreact and bring the vehicle to me after someone they paid to replace their transmission messed up. It worked fine for a bit but now the car is compromised. I almost overreacted too, but once you get used to the car you realize you're fine. If you believe there's an issue someone out there will take your money to "fix" your problem. My thoughts, it's a good car. I stay on top of my oil changes and recommended maintenance. My only regret is I need all wheel drive where I'm moving and may need to replace it.
