Honda make a great car and there is little need for repair. The service department got me an appointment immediately and later quickly changed the oil in the vehicle. All great marks for this dealership.

Overall my Pearlita has been beyond reliabe, comfy, Greatbon gas and roomy However hit 65k and worries began. Replaced gasket, recommended spark plugs begore my 100 k mark.. Def recommend warranty. Lodi Honda took care of me!

When we first walked into the dealership Sammy Nasr met us at the front door. It was obvious he was waiting on us as he had to cold, refreshing bottles of water for my wife and I. This is something I've never experienced before. Then as we dug into the purchase details, he walked us thru the process, explaining everything as we went along. I've bought numerous vehicles over the years for my wife and I and our kids. This is the most relaxed and trusting I've experienced. This is my fourth Malibu, first one was a 2004 Maxx, second one was a 2017 Malibu LS, third one was a 2022 LS and now I have a 2024 RS, all four have been good cars with excellent fuel economy and space inside, maybe not as refined as some Japanese models but great cars regardless, give one a try....

My wife and I purchased a used 2018 Accord EX in early 2021. Best sedan we've owned up to date. The only reason we traded it in recently was to buy something bigger (Acura MDX) as our family has outgrown the Accord. I wasn't a big fan of the cvt, but the car makes up for it in other ways. It had all the safety features you would need in day to day life, mpg was never a problem yet had plenty of power to get up and go, overall a very fun car to drive. We live in Southern Iowa, but traveled to Omaha, Minneapolis, and took a family road trip to the Great smoky mountains in Tennessee. The car never gave us a single problem the entire time we owned it. I would highly recommend this vehicle to anyone.

Great buying experience! I drove my car home same day and they drove the vehicle that I had driven back to me the next day! Had my first service done and called on a Friday was able to get it in that following Monday. They even picked my car up at 8:30 and had it back to me w/ everything done by 11:30. They texted me the pic of my car and the services they took care of.

I only had the car 1 month but drove it to Florida (all around) and back and put on 3,500 miles. My car is a GT-Line, Wolf Grey with the Red interior, Bose speakers etc. The car is a real pleasure to drive. Very Quiet on the road, and my mileage exceeded the 37 mpg epa rating, and that’s while maintaining speeds of 80 mph with 2 people and fully loaded with luggage. Little if any wind noise. Note that at times I hit much higher speeds not knowing since it was so quiet & smooth. The engine RPM was mostly between 2 to 2.1 at 80mph. The power of the 2.5 liter is good, and slightly better than the 2019 Camry I had, which was a very good car as well. The Bose system sounded great, and all the alert sensors and some other sensors like keeping your car steering between the lines worked very well, but I preferred to turn that off most of the time. If you turn on your turning signals to changing lanes, and a car is present, not only does your side mirrors alert you, but you’ll get sound notices and the steering wheel will vibrate. Triple redundancy. The handling is very good, and secure, brakes are excellent and has a very good feel to them. A very important note is, I appreciate that the 2.5 engine has both Direct & Port Injectors on each cylinder. Port injectors will help cleaned the valves and clear any carbon build up. This is the same arrangement my Camry 2019 had which greatly reduces or eliminates carbon buildup in these Direct Inject Engines. The Nav system worked flawlessly and quickly. I also love you can remotely start your car with the key FOB (No additional charge) or with Kia Connect though Kia connect is only free the 1st 3 years. Also, happily, it doesn’t have the stop & start engine control which can cause more wear on your starter motor with little gain on MPG. The seats are very comfortable as I can attest driving 12 hours straight on my first stop. The car’s 8 spd auto shifted smoothly in all conditions. Plenty of room inside. Lot of storage in the console area for incidentals and drinks. I enjoyed the Panoramic roof. The negative was the Combine toggle Climate & Media control is a bit counter intuitive and sometimes causes more effort to control. Trunk space is good, as I had lots of luggage. The car feels solid & hopefully reliable down the line. The only other negative which is because I do my own oil changes etc, is this car takes a Cartridge oil filter (Not spin on) and takes 6.1 quarts of oil, (Not 5 qts) but I knew this well before I bought it but it’s location and design is good. So it’s not a real big deal, but this will cost a little more for oil changes. Recommended oil chg is 7,500 but I’ll be doing it every 5 to 6K for sure. BTW recommended oil is 0 -30W. Based on my limited time but very heavy usage I highly recommend this car, and I really enjoy driving it. Very sporty looking.

We purchased our 2017 hatchback new in the summer of 2017. Our only expenses at 134,000 plus miles has been gas, regular oil and filter changes, tire pressure sensor and tires. A VERY reliable car with average mileage 34 mpg, max highway was 55 plus! And normal highway at 70 mpg of 43 mpg. No interior, exterior or mechanical issues or viewable wear. I wish Chevy still produced them for sale in U.S.A. as we would gladly buy another. No other new vehicle this size, mileage, amenities at this price.

We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

Very prompt with contracting and delivery of the vehicle. Customer service was exceptional and we were in and out in less than an hour. Our sales rep was very nice and easy to talk to, and the dealership wasn’t pushy at all like so many dealerships.

I have had a great experience with this car. It now has over 130,000 miles on it. And still going strong. I've only had to do the brakes. I changed the oil every 3000 miles. I did have to change. The driver's side axle. Toyota had a recall on the paint. So I now have a new paint job. The car looks wonderful. Like brand new? It has a brand new set of tires. Very dependable. It's a little noisy on the highway. But I expected that. The entertainment system. Is excellent. So it drowns out the highway noise. It handles great. The steering is precise. Overall, I would recommend this car. Especially to anyone who is seeking a low budget. Car. With good reliability.

I have 34K miles on my '21 Camry and have enjoyed every mile! Traveling from FL to MN and back every year, we get 39+ MPG at 75 MPH (who needs hybrid or electric). The 4 banger engine provides more than adequate power. The transmission is the only weak point - Probably the worst automatic trans I have ever owned. It hunts and shifts to a lower gear needlessly at just about any speed.

Great performance - turbo/supercharge T6 - perfect comfort balanced with very good handling - just the right amount of space - very good technology. Very sad they discontinued it. S90 too big and costly. S60 not quite big enough.

Did not buy a vehicle from them, but they answered my questions and we’re professional.

So I live in NYC and wanted a hybrid. Why? The car I used to have (2000 impala 3.8) was doing 9 to 13 mpg with an 18-gallon tank. No thank you. I looked into all the hybrids and looked at three hybrids. 1. 2018 BMW 530e plug-in hybrid. Much better car than the Accord in MOSTLY every way but three areas. First, somehow it's not as efficient as the accord hybrid in terms of overall range which is odd. I don't have a place to plug in the car to reap the benefits of a plugin. Secondly, reliability and maintenance. Let something go wrong on a BMW let alone a BMW hybrid at that. And after doing some research the maintenance on a BMW is ridiculously! Ill stick with the Honda for that purpose. 2. Any Toyota Hybrid. Proven hybrids but the Camry is boring and ugly Avalon Hybrid is pricey. xxxx no to a Pruis. 3. Accord Hybrid. At first, I did not want an Accord at all. Why? because EVERYONE and their mommas owned one! I noticed that there were a lot of sport trim accords but not hybrids. So I went searching for a hybrid accord. I tested drove one, and brought it immediately! but where is why and here is my noticings. 1. The price I paid for my CPO 2018 Accord Hybrid Touring with 32k miles (no accidents) excellent conditions was $20,500 before taxes and etc. That is a STEAL! because I got an offer where if I sold it I can get 24k for it. 2. It really is a pretty car inside and out. Rides nice. One thing I will say is the road noise can be a little loud but it's not deafening! I changed the tires it came with and it made a difference. 3. MPG. So it is weird. When I purchased it in the winter of 12.31.20, I didn't at first see 47 mpg that it is rated for by the EPA. I saw maybe 38/39 on the highway (and at one point 33 mpg when it was really cold outside going 70+) and 27/28 in the city which isn't bad considering NYC's stop-and-go traffic. Also, batteries don't perform at their best when it is BRICK CITY outside! However, as the weather warms up I can see my average range and mpg creeping up. 47 MPG is achievable though!!!!! I had seen it more often. But don't let this deter you because it is efficient. 4. 12 ish gallon tank. Let's say you average 34/35 mpg, you'll get 420 miles of driving. I'm getting that in mostly 85% city driving rest city. Not too bad. My average speed in NYC is 8/9 miles per hour. However, when I drove to ATL where my average speed was more like 30/40 it will do 45/46. If you going above 65/70+ I average about 40/41 mpg. Still not bad. Cost under $30 to fill. I refuel every 3 weeks or so. 5. Don't let the hybrid badge fool you! It will do 60 in 6.8 sec! Not fast like the 2.0T but faster than the 1.5T. More efficient than both! Not too bad for a hybrid. Oddly enough, it will spin the tires. 6. Tall drivers listen up! I am 6ft 3.4 210 lbs. Some tall folks say they are fine driving it comfortably and others no so much. It not bad if your a giant like me. I would love another inch or two of legroom as a driver. For me, it's all about foot placement but I'm working on trying to move the seat back another inch or so. 7. Rarity. Accord isn't "rare" per see but I don't see a lot of hybrid accords 8. It's a honda. What can possibly go wrong? Do your maintenance when the car recommends and it will run forever and a day. But it is a hybrid so as a safety measure I'm glad I purchased a CPO honda. Doubt I'll ever use it considering that people who had the 2018's from new are reporting little to no problems but it is great to have. You never know! So yes, I like/borderline love it. It's a very nice livable car that happens to be efficient, reliable, and easy to drive.

I had a travel experience in January 2023, while vacationing in Florida, to save money I ordered a subcompact and was up graded to a Chevy Malibu. The LT has the smaller 1.5 L 4 Cylinder which was great on gas, performance was good, not great like my Chevy Avalanche. Missed my flight back to JFK NYC, My fault. Jet Blue got me to LaGuardia AP. Rental Company at JFK was About to Close. The same Company had a branch in LaGuardia they rented me a Malibu at no extra cost. It snowed and the front wheel drive just held the road. That's why I purchased a 2020 Malibu Premier it had everything but the Safety & entertainment. I loved everything else.

The finance portion of the purchase was quick and simple. I didn't have to fill out the same info over and over. I did do the quick finance app online prior to coming in. At no time did I feel pressured or feel like they were trying to trick me into anything (like many car dealers). I was given a tour of the dealership and where to go for future service or parts. Before going home they had someone sit in the car with me and go over how to use some of the functions and even paired my phone with the Bluetooth. Decent but not outstanding. Had a problem with the passenger side motor mount causing a rattle that was fixed under warranty at the 5000 mi service. The part was backordered, so there are probably more than a few with this problem. A discoloration of the dash appeared by 2000 miles. Since it read "Toy" it was likely from the factory. There is still a small bubble in the rear window tint film. It drives well. I like the automation now that I'm used to it. It brakes too hard using adaptive cruise control when traffic slows down, but I guess the radar is doing as well as it can. It's not particularly comfortable, but Toyotas aren't known for that. Had to turn the driver's headrest around, as it pushes my head too far forward. I think that's required by law. The infotainment center works fine. They started using a new one after the 2024 debacle. I bought the car to keep it for a few hundred thousand miles. We'll see.

We ultimately went with the one that will be arriving a little sooner (this fall!) We cannot wait until our new vehicle arrives! The Malibu is a fine car. The 1.5T engine is adequate but not much more than that. It also is unrefined and groans and grumbles. You can get around town relatively well and merge onto the highway but may want to leave space for passing trucks on two lane roads. The trunk is massive and is great for trips. Fuel economy is also stellar. We typically get 500 miles on a tank on road trips. The interior is quiet for the price of the vehicle. The materials on the other hand are sub par. Cheap plastics and cloth. To be fair it is a car that had a sticker of 28k. We have put just under 7,000 miles on the car and have had no reliability concerns. The sound system however is one of the worst I have heard. The sound really only comes out of the tweeters and the system is criminally underpowered. The rear leg room is fantastic and the overall ride and handling are good. The handling is the main redeeming quality of the way the car drives. I haven't pushed it hard but under quicker than normal steering on back roads it does compose itself with not too much body roll. The steering is tight and responsive. Overall I think this is a good car for someone not concerned about all of the newest bells and whistles and wants a sedan they can get a great deal on at the dealership. I have confidence that this will not have any major issues until around 130k miles.
