Upon our first meeting, Michael provided me with CarFax reports on the vehicle and introduced me to Sean, his Sales Manager, who answered additional questions about the dealership and their approach to selling vehicles (Sean also served up an excellent espresso, which was a nice touch). Michael provided me with a thorough overview of the car's exterior and interior, and reviewed details on safely operating the vehicle. The test drive was relaxing (Michael asked if I would like to take a test drive solo, or have him accompany me, which was my preference). I liked the "no-haggle" approach of Ron Marhofer Hyundai; and based on the test drive and excellent condition of the vehicle, and the extremely competitive asking price, I made the decision to purchase the vehicle. Brandon, the financing specialist, managed the paperwork flow exceptionally, and the documents were finalized and signed in record time. I was handed the keys and headed home with the best car purchasing experience now in my rear-view mirror. Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

I have owned a Kia Forte for 7 years now. My husband and I love it! We do regular oil changes and maintenance, and keep the car in the garage. At almost 60,000 miles it needed new tires and brakes, but that's not a big surprise. We LOVE the performance of this car -- the turbo function makes it fun to drive and great for passing. It's compact enough that we can park anywhere. And the hatchback is surprisingly large! We ended up selling our Toyota Camry and keeping our Kia because the Kia is a workhorse that hauled furniture and boxes for my husband's business. Way more room than the Camry when we needed to haul things or take our electric bikes on an adventure.

I fell in love with the new bodystyle Maxima when it came out in 2016. I have it now for 7 years now with 99,212 miles and it is still drives smoothly. It's my baby. I am planning to put another 100,000 miles. I have no single problem at all but of course I am faithfully get it serviced. Sad that this will be the last year that they are making the Maxima. By the way, I named her Maxie.

Having driven my 2021 Lexus IS for a year, I started looking for a change...Yes, Lexus is a great car and I must admit - built quality, reliability and safety is by far one of the best...Yet, I was constantly having a bug in my head, especially while driving on highways...there was something that was not complete with this car and I was having a second thought about it...until finally I realized- I was not enjoying driving this car! Again, safety and reliability were great but was it really what I wanted from a luxury car (many would argue that it’s Toyota after all, but hey- Lexus has so many great features so don’t be cynic)! All my friends, who had BMWs, would tell me that I had to try a bimmer. And here I am, sold my Lexus and decided to give it a try with an entry level 2021 BMW 228i xdrive gran coupe (CPO). Man, were my friends right! What a joy to drive this vehicle (and I must say that BMW enthusiasts do not even classify 2 series as fun as 3 series RWD, for example)...Yet, my BMW’s engaging driving hooked me- this is what I was missing - car that is an ultimate driving machine! And better yet, my CPO vehicle comes with 2 more years of warranty and 1 year free maintenance! Enjoying every moment driving this car... Handling, acceleration (especially in a sport mode) is by far so much better than my former Lexus…and it drives complements! It has one weakness though - you will fall in love with this car and will likely never look back at any another brand! My next one will be the M model if I can afford it...one day!

I have a 2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid with 199k miles. Mostly highway trips but still running and driving like a new car. Always serviced by dealer. Screen freeze was a small problem but not a serious one. Hybrid still strong and mpg about 43 per gallon average. I love the features and ride on this car. I have most of the options and they are great. Bought it below wholesale and enjoying it every day

The Passat is a solid sedan and very reliable. I like the way it drives and feels on the road. The interior is very good size with more backseat and trunk room by far. The R Line is the best

I own a 23' Hyundai Elantra Limited, it has 37,000 miles on it. For the Elantra being the smallest sedan that Hyundai makes, I have been surprised by this car. My 2 previous cars were a Sonata Sport and a Sonata Limited. Pros: comfortable ride - I drive 60+ miles daily to work and I have no complaints about the ride of this car. Sound System: This features Bose speakers, as it is a Limited model. For a factory sound system, it sounds very good. Fuel Mileage: I get between 35 - 37 MPG with some of my daily drive being in stop and go traffic. Maintenance: the only things I have had to do were the normal oil changes, filter changes, and I have replaced the tires. Cool feature is the BlueLink phone app so you can remotely lock, unlock, start the engine to cool down or warm up the interior of the car Cons: hyundai took away the ability to save music to the car stereo and replaced the feature with "nature sounds" Homelink garage door opener was not an option in the Elantra Limited. I would recommend this car to someone that has a limited budget and is looking for a car that is fun to drive and has been reliable.

We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

We purchased our 2017 hatchback new in the summer of 2017. Our only expenses at 134,000 plus miles has been gas, regular oil and filter changes, tire pressure sensor and tires. A VERY reliable car with average mileage 34 mpg, max highway was 55 plus! And normal highway at 70 mpg of 43 mpg. No interior, exterior or mechanical issues or viewable wear. I wish Chevy still produced them for sale in U.S.A. as we would gladly buy another. No other new vehicle this size, mileage, amenities at this price.

Have a 2020 Sonata SEL with convenience package and it's now 11/24. 26 thousand miles and never had an issue. Car is comfortable reliable and my wife and daughter have our their feet down when I wanted to get another vehicle. My daughter wants it in a few years as I drive carefully, service the car every 4,000 miles. She wants a free car with under 50k miles that will last 200k miles. I have taught her well. She understands a good value. So glad I got the 2.5 non turbo as I believe the engine will be worry free for another 175k miles

After searching the western/upstate NY area for a used truck and not finding what I was looking for, I ended up finding a few near each other in NE Ohio. One of those was here at Haasz. I got hooked up with Geno. Fantastic guy! Had the truck waiting for me, and tossed me the keys for a test ride the second I hit the lot. As it turned out, one of the trucks at another dealer was better suited for me - no reflection on Geno or his manager Justin. Had a great conversation with them, and though they really wanted to sell me their truck, they certainly didn’t make it an overly pressured, uncomfortable, or distasteful experience, and understood where I was coming from. I wouldn’t hesitate to make the ride down there again to do business with them…5 hours away!

I have the Limited. This is my 6th Hyundai/Genesis car and they just keep getting better. The technology is fantastic and equals many features in luxury cars at twice the price. In June I took a 3450 mile trip, hit 14 states and a variety of traffic conditions and it just kept chugging along with no effort. Features like HDA help on the long days of 700 miles. Used less gas than my previous car too, 95 gallons on that trip.

I bought a 2016 Cruze Limited brand new in December 2015 and just this week parted ways with it at 100k miles. This was a great little car that I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again! The interior is comfortable and roomy and for the price, it has all the tech that you really need. Like most cars, it started needing more than the regular maintenance when it started getting close to 100k miles, but it’s still a reliable car and a great value. If you’re truly looking for a car to get you from A to B with a little extra in the way of amenities and you don’t have a complex about impressing people you don’t know with things you can’t afford, this car is a wonderful option.
