Fantastic little car. Some people complain about the pickup and I would say 2 things to that. 1, its a 106 horse power car. What did you expect? 2. You are probably driving the automatic CVT, which I can say did feel quite boring. However, if you get this in a manual (if you can find it in the states!) then this car is very nice. Its still not going to keep up with the average 200+ HP car on the road today. Even Minivans have turbos in them now, but you won't feel too awful. The reliability is out of this world IF you ensure you do a carbon clean during oil changes, get a manual (automatic transmission is one of its only failure points), change the transmission fluid, do basic maintenance, engine air filter every year, synthetic every 6-7k miles (5k if you want to be anal about it), and ill reiterate do a carbon cleaning if you get knock and its not the spark plugs or the ignition coils. These engines are direct injected, which means the top of the cylinders get lots of burn off carbon and gunk up. Then they don't function so well, you get check engine on startup, and rough idling. A guy I knew basically gave me this car, and he was thought it was a dud. I took it, cleaned out the carbon, started it up and it ran perfectly for a month. Changed every coil and plug, did all maintenance, and his 30k car that was a "dud" is now going on 90k miles 4 years later without a single issue. Took it to Mazda and they said it was practically brand new and expect it to run for 250k+. That is after putting 60k of delivery driving miles on it. Cars like this are so fun because most of the issues with cars can be fixed. Those cars you get rid of thinking they went bad, are probably fine. Unless its engine or transmission related, its generally fixable. Note: I am not a mechanic, I am just a normal guy who watched videos and made friends with mechanics and paid them to let me sit in and help anytime I got work done on my car. This is one of the best economy cars to ever exist. Up their with Corollas and Civics. In fact, I plan on buying a Miata because of how much I love the dynamics of this car. It feels amazing with the piddling 106HP it has. I can't imagine what a Miata with nearly twice the torque and 176HP feels like while being 2/3rds the size.

Before buying used, have an independent mechanic check it over. I had a bad experience with the dealer with several expensive issues shortly after my purchase. Brakes, alignment/tires, shock and steering wheel electronics (voice command, radio). The steering wheel electronics problem is common.

Today I purchased a beautiful 2014 Toyota Highlander Limited (Burgundy exterior and Almond interior). I called the dealership last week and spoke to the salesman named Will. Will answered all my questions and sent me videos and pictures of the car addressing all my concerns. He was a great help and very pleasant to work with. After driving the car home for over 200 miles, the ride was very smooth and nice. Everyone in the office were also very nice and helpful. Worked on one for a friend and this car is smooth and easy to work on. It's big and roomy and very stylish even today. The only thing I seen that I did not like was it doesn't get good gas mileage and it's a V6. Kinda to much weight for a V6 to be pulling but once you get it on the highway it's definitely a cruiser and smooth.

The staff was very nice and able to assist with purchasing the vehicle I wanted and the monthly payment I needed.

I have be driving Chrysler products since 1968. This is my second Chrysler 300 and I love it. It is big enough, comfortable, and gets good mileage. Couldn’t ask for more.

2011 4.6 v8. Bought used 5 years ago with 80k. Now has 111k. Regular maintenance, replacement alternator and battery. That’s it. Got tired of unreliable, super expensive repairs with bmw and Mercedes’. Car is 90% driving feel of my 540i and 400 e. Without the headache of finding a shop that can fix it. Put magma flows on it. Sounds great and it is really quick for a boat. Make sure the abs module was done under recall? And change the transmission fluid! Hemi chargers chew on the rear view mirrors of this thing!

this car never needed brakes until 103k miles, unbelievable, she has 117k now, and running strong, i get over 330 miles to the tank around town

I bought a used 2018 touring edition. This is my first non-Big 3 vehicle and first hybrid. It has a bit of a learning curve but overall I am pleased with my purchase. I'm able to drive in electric mode most of the time. It has lots of interior room and trunk space. It's not sporty, you can feel it's a heavy car when driving through curves etc. A few foibles. The low tire pressure warning doesn't indicate which tire is low and has to be reset after filling. Inexcusable, I have 2012 cars that indicate the tire and don't have to be reset. You have to pay attention to the drive mode, it defaults to EV which is great unless you're on a long trip. You do not want to let the charge get to zero which is easy to do if you stop on the interstate and forget to switch it back to HV mode. Once it hits zero it no longer charges the battery with regenerative braking, weird. Again, overall I'm happy with the car and would buy it again.

We met with Silas and he was very helpful in choosing the best car for us. He worked very hard and they stood by their word. We were there on a saturday afternoon and were approved and drove home with the car on tuesday afternoon. We ended up with a 2018 for a great price. I would highly recomend this dealership. this is an awesome car. Mine was white withe the black top red leather seats, which is very hard to find. I found one bought it out of state delivered to my home 10 months ago. Almost a month ago some jerk speeding hit the front. Totaled my car. wont ever be another like it. it was a lot of fun to drive, handling was great around turns, very reliable sporty car powerful and fast

As this was my first time dealing with this institution I found that the process was extremely quick and the friendly service was even better. they took the time to make sure you get exactly what you want. this was the first dealership where I felt like I was in control. I have 34K miles on my '21 Camry and have enjoyed every mile! Traveling from FL to MN and back every year, we get 39+ MPG at 75 MPH (who needs hybrid or electric). The 4 banger engine provides more than adequate power. The transmission is the only weak point - Probably the worst automatic trans I have ever owned. It hunts and shifts to a lower gear needlessly at just about any speed.

Would not hesitate to buy again from them. The problems were caused by my being a senior citizen and not knowledgeable about how I caused them. I had never heard of the Honda Insight, but due to a change in job location, I have a longer commute...unfortunately, the price of gas has increased and I felt the mpg of my current vehicle wouldn’t make sense so I went into a local dealer and I was introduced to a Honda Insight...great mpg and value

Overall, a well-built automobile. Over the terrible roads that exist in New Jersey, the car can be a bit harsh but stable. I am happy with the choice of model and it performs very well.
