This was the first time that I've used CarMax... always felt that the "no-haggle" thing was just a grift. It's not. Very fairly priced car in pristine condition. They even transferred it for free. Transaction was relatively quick and painless as well. They were even able to take care of the REAL tags and title there as well. If you do your pricing research, they are most definitely an option. And thankfully there was no sleazy salesman vibe or upwelling. Would gladly use them again. Oh, and they actually FILLED the tank, which USED TO BE commonplace, and I didn't have to ask.

I don't know what some of these people are talking about. I bought the 200 Standard V6 engine, 200+ horsepower, used from a dealership which bought rentals and resells them. That was in 2015 and after owning a V8 Jeep Cherokee. I was afraid of it being slow on the acceleration but it just took off during the test drive, great passing power and entering a busy highway without being sluggish on pressing the gas pedaI.'ve had little to no problems and aside from basic maintenance. It looks good, drives great, very powerful V6 engine. Car gets 20 mpg local driving and 30 mpg highway.

When I arrived at the BMW of Sterling dealership on Feb 8 for some required maintenance work, I was immediately met by Carlos, a Service Advisor. Carlos documented my concerns and directed me to the waiting area. Carlos continuously kept me informed of the status of my X-5 repair and after receiving the recommended repair work from the mechanic, requested my approval to move forward with the repair work. During the entire time I was waiting at the dealership, Carlos was very professional and helpful. I strongly recommend Carlos as a Service Advisor and BMW of Sterling for the repair of any BMW that requires service and/or maintenance.

I recently purchased a pre-owned Audi Q8 here and had an excellent experience with my sales consultant Bob Derby. I am very pleased with how everything went from start to finish. I have purchased numerous cars over the years and this was by far one of the best experiences yet. Bob was extremely professional, patient and very thorough the entire time. Having grown up in the automotive industry and being somewhat of a car guy I am extremely particular about my vehicles. Bob made it a point to make sure I was fully satisfied with the vehicle records and conditions all around before delivering the car. The sales manager Mark was excellent as well and also made it a point to make sure I was comfortable. I never felt rushed in anyway and they gave me and my wife the time to think it all through on our terms. I highly recommend them and I would call Bob directly if you are looking for great communication and a very pleasant easy going experience.

Talk about reliability. Some drunken idiot totaled the back of my car going 46 mph while I was stationary and you know how the car handled? Like a tank. The rear right door was completely deformed, but other than that, nothing at all. I also find it remarkable that it can seat six people. The steering wheel seems futuristic, and the engine sounds great. Considering it came from the early 1990s, 23 mpg on the highway is amazing. I can only recommend that I give it a 6.8 V10 to sound even tougher than it already is.

Bought the SE version used with 45,000 miles in 2007. With a 5 speed manual, it has been a reliable car. Had to replace the engine rubber mounts after over 130,000 miles. It even survived recently being driven in flooded streets (car floated for awhile) and was able to be recovered after being dried out. It is still being driven today.

It has been a flawless car. Still runs like new cause I keep up maintenance and garage it! Car looks mint still and has only needed the basics after all this time! Just gave it a complete overhaul and paint. Should be good till I have to buy electric. Amazing car.

I have been talking to multiple dealerships these past months and this one specifically stuck out the most to me. Even though I'm all the way down in Arkansas, Alberto was extremely kind and helpful during the entire buying process. He was never rude or pushy at any time and even made the time to message me during his day off. I cannot express enough how efficient and considerate he was and am saddened that I was unable to give him the sale due to being unable to get approved for the loan. Economical luxury sedan. Good looking, classic grille. Handles great for sedan, corners well, controlled ride that isn’t typical luxury barge floating, solid and reliable hybrid power train. Best comprise that isn’t a plug-in, all electric, boxy SUV, nor truck height.

We recently purchased a CPO 2021 Q7 Prestige at Audi Tysons Corners. We had a wonderful, friendly and fiscally sound experience with Matthew Ryan. Matt really engaged with us and, importantly, listened to our needs and concerns. After some animated, albeit friendly conversation, we traded our BMW and purchased the Q7 at a reasonable price with a extended warranty and a loan negotiated on site with our preferred bank. I’m about 2500 miles into purchasing this car used with 28k miles on it. It still feels brand new. I love the power, the comfort, the style, and can’t beat Lexus reliability and resale value. This is my first luxury car, but not my first Toyota. It feels like a very fancy and wonderfully quiet Toyota.

Today, 3/14/2023 My wife and I drove to Manassas VA from our home in PA 175 miles each way to look at and purchase a 2020 Ford F250 Lariat at Victory motors. We were very pleased with the complete buying experience. We had an appointment for 12 noon with Paul but we were about a half hour early. Paul met us at the door, greeted us and allowed us to take truck for a test drive. Truck was better than expected, in fact everything was better than expected. In, out and done in about 1.5 hours. The only car that ONLY comes with a six speed stick. Solid, powerful and fun. Incredible grip. Looks like a Toyota Corolla with a wing. Six pot Brembos have the best grip and modulation I’ve ever experienced!

Paul was so helpful and was willing to send me a video of the car I was interested in very quickly! If I lived a little closer I would have purchased it.. I have the 2021 XSE Nightshade edition. Runs super smooth and great for long trips. Bought it new and have had no issues only compliments from other Toyota owners. This car will probably outlast me. Gas mileage is awesome. Less power but that’s what you sacrifice when getting the hybrid so it’s worth the trade off.

I found a vehicle on the Prime Motors LLC Virginia website. It is conveniently located if you are driving from Washing D.C. or Maryland. I read the mixed reviews online and decided to come have my own experience. I'm glad I came! The night before, Saturday, I sent a text message to the company letting them know which vehicle I was interested in. The next day Richard responded to my text message. He asked when did I want to come see the vehicle and I told him in a few hours that Sunday morning. He was very accommodating. I continued to text Richard as I prepared to go to the dealership. I texted so many questions and Richard answered them all. There was nothing left but to see the vehicle. This dealership has a friendly and cozy feel to it. Richard met my son and I with a smile and we headed to the vehicle immediately. We just met and Richard was so open and honest about the vehicle. He was patient and took his time going over each aspect of the vehicle. Richard accompanied my son and I as we test drove the vehicle and he took the opportunity to share more details about the car. After this experience I was sold. I did not expect to drive home with my car the same day. I thought I would have to come back in the week to pick it up because it was Sunday and other essential staff were not there. Kevin, who handled the tags was not there. To make sure I drove home with the car the same day he was called in. He walked through the door with a smile after coming in on his day off. They really put customers first! What more can you ask for? This encounter left me feeling like I made the right decision purchasing my car from this establishment. I arrived as a stranger and left as a friend! I advise anyone not to always pay attention to reviews. I recommend this dealership to anyone. Have your own experience!

This is my American dream car! It's luxurious, beautiful, comfortable, great driving, stylish, and so much more. It's in a class by itself. I get stopped often by curious minds to ask what type of car it is. Most say they've never seen one. So it stands out in a beautiful way. The maintenance costs are at American prices, vs what one would pay for a foreign vehicle. It's perfect! And I LOVE Kia!

I took a 2022 Avalon in for periodic maintenance and saw the Crown. After a test ride I liked it so much that the dealership worked out a deal I couldn't refuse. My wife is 5'3" and fits much better in the passenger seat than any other car I have owned. We drove from FL to NC and the car was smooth, quiet and very comfortable. Whether short term rides in the city, or long distance highway trips, the car is great.

I purchased this vehicle sight unseen through Keith at Brookdale Toyota here in MinneSnowta. Considering my last two cars were new Camaro’s, this Toyota Crown Platinum has been an experience! The only major glitch I ran into with this vehicle within the first 5k miles was having Toyota replace the entire transmission and computer at a total cost of $20,000 + 15 hours labor, all covered by the factory warranty. In addition, my wheels were damaged at Burnsville Toyota during my cars first 5000 mile service. I was taken back when the service manager, Mike Poulin, offered to swap them out with a new vehicle when it arrived (with the current supply chain shortage, perhaps 1 to 2 years?) And then they would sell a new vehicle with used wheels? You have to wonder how many other part swaps they have done with their new inventory…👀 I would not recommend Burnsville Toyota to anyone for service or sales!👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 I had my insurance company provide me with new wheels through Maplewood Toyota. The Crown just turned 12,000 miles and I am enjoying every mile with it!❤️

I just bought my second car at Sport Honda and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. This time, I worked first with the GM, Robert Fogarty, and the salesman, Dawit Hagos. Both were great to work with. Dawit deserves a call out for a no-pressure sales approach. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and an all around good guy. He guided me through the process of the test drive, ordering the soon-to-be-built car I wanted, getting me up to speed on the car once it arrived, and helping me when I couldn't figure out a setup step after purchase. For service on my previous car, I used the Downtown Silver Spring location (walkable for me) and was pleased with them too. Sport is a great place for sales and service.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

I'm driving my 4th Mazda. It looks good, it's reliable, and it's fun to drive. Only issue is road noise, but it is better in this model than in previous ones I owned.
