The Ford Fusion was a modest priced sedan, low maintenance, great mileage and the hybrids are so smooth compared to all the other brands. I've own 6 of them since 2010. When Ford stopped making the Fusion after 2020 and decided to give away their sedan line, the copy cat models of Hyundai and Toyota both increased sales in the 20% range. Gas, oil and little electricity for the plug-in and these near maintenance free cars just go and go. I've put as much as 165,000 on them without issue.

Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

Great car for commuting. Have high safety scores which I tested on March 30th. I was hit from behind at 50mph and I walked away. My 2022 Monarch Orange/Black Sentra SR was shortened by 3 feet front and back. I just bought a 2023 Gun metal/Black SR Premium to replace the 2022. Best small car I driven to date.

Met salesman Bob Gray when walking on lot. He allowed us to walk around without pressuring us. Found car and test drove and went over in it in detail. Cleared some questions up we had. Went back after new years and car was ready to go upon arrival. Settlement was fast and easy. Just the way buying a car should be. No pressure about buying and no upselling anything! Perfect. So I live in NYC and wanted a hybrid. Why? The car I used to have (2000 impala 3.8) was doing 9 to 13 mpg with an 18-gallon tank. No thank you. I looked into all the hybrids and looked at three hybrids. 1. 2018 BMW 530e plug-in hybrid. Much better car than the Accord in MOSTLY every way but three areas. First, somehow it's not as efficient as the accord hybrid in terms of overall range which is odd. I don't have a place to plug in the car to reap the benefits of a plugin. Secondly, reliability and maintenance. Let something go wrong on a BMW let alone a BMW hybrid at that. And after doing some research the maintenance on a BMW is ridiculously! Ill stick with the Honda for that purpose. 2. Any Toyota Hybrid. Proven hybrids but the Camry is boring and ugly Avalon Hybrid is pricey. xxxx no to a Pruis. 3. Accord Hybrid. At first, I did not want an Accord at all. Why? because EVERYONE and their mommas owned one! I noticed that there were a lot of sport trim accords but not hybrids. So I went searching for a hybrid accord. I tested drove one, and brought it immediately! but where is why and here is my noticings. 1. The price I paid for my CPO 2018 Accord Hybrid Touring with 32k miles (no accidents) excellent conditions was $20,500 before taxes and etc. That is a STEAL! because I got an offer where if I sold it I can get 24k for it. 2. It really is a pretty car inside and out. Rides nice. One thing I will say is the road noise can be a little loud but it's not deafening! I changed the tires it came with and it made a difference. 3. MPG. So it is weird. When I purchased it in the winter of 12.31.20, I didn't at first see 47 mpg that it is rated for by the EPA. I saw maybe 38/39 on the highway (and at one point 33 mpg when it was really cold outside going 70+) and 27/28 in the city which isn't bad considering NYC's stop-and-go traffic. Also, batteries don't perform at their best when it is BRICK CITY outside! However, as the weather warms up I can see my average range and mpg creeping up. 47 MPG is achievable though!!!!! I had seen it more often. But don't let this deter you because it is efficient. 4. 12 ish gallon tank. Let's say you average 34/35 mpg, you'll get 420 miles of driving. I'm getting that in mostly 85% city driving rest city. Not too bad. My average speed in NYC is 8/9 miles per hour. However, when I drove to ATL where my average speed was more like 30/40 it will do 45/46. If you going above 65/70+ I average about 40/41 mpg. Still not bad. Cost under $30 to fill. I refuel every 3 weeks or so. 5. Don't let the hybrid badge fool you! It will do 60 in 6.8 sec! Not fast like the 2.0T but faster than the 1.5T. More efficient than both! Not too bad for a hybrid. Oddly enough, it will spin the tires. 6. Tall drivers listen up! I am 6ft 3.4 210 lbs. Some tall folks say they are fine driving it comfortably and others no so much. It not bad if your a giant like me. I would love another inch or two of legroom as a driver. For me, it's all about foot placement but I'm working on trying to move the seat back another inch or so. 7. Rarity. Accord isn't "rare" per see but I don't see a lot of hybrid accords 8. It's a honda. What can possibly go wrong? Do your maintenance when the car recommends and it will run forever and a day. But it is a hybrid so as a safety measure I'm glad I purchased a CPO honda. Doubt I'll ever use it considering that people who had the 2018's from new are reporting little to no problems but it is great to have. You never know! So yes, I like/borderline love it. It's a very nice livable car that happens to be efficient, reliable, and easy to drive.

The goods: Perfectly blends performance and comfort. Easily gets ~40 mpg during the summer time on highway drives without sacrificing any power (2.0T Premium Plus Quattro) . DSG is pretty fun when driven aggresively. Tech still feels fresh for a 2017. B&O sound is stellar. Very reliable despite the VW/Audi reputation in the past. This is the ultimate daily sleeper in my opinion. The not so good: DSG shifts quite harshly on low speed or during bitter cold months when the car is not warm enough. DSG maintenance is also quite costly and has to be done every 40k miles. Other nitpicky items: Audi non-sport seats have pretty short thigh support, so get the sport package with the thigh extenders, they are totally worth it. The need to use infotainment screen to put wiper in service position and check oil level (yup, no dipsticks) is unnecesary. Brake pad wear sensors are annoying when they go off. Major service reminder reset needs to be done at dealership, so it can be a little pricey. Overall, I think this is one of the best cars I've ever owned. I usually like to get the top trims, but Premium Plus (mid trim) is the way to go and has a lot more equipment than you'll need. The nickpicky items I think are common in modern cars, so not really a deal breaker.

After a mix up with scheduling by phone and nearly an hour gone by without any contact from the service department, Andrew Knox stepped in and went above and beyond to fit the service on our vehicle in while making sure my infant son and I were comfortable and happy. He remained calm and personable, and stayed in contact through the remainder of the visit to let us know how things were going. He was even able to expedite new tires to be installed to go along with the alignment, oil change, and inspection we needed. This car's reaching it's tenth birthday in the coming year, and has definitely earned itself a good reputation in reliability, to a point. Had to have the engine rebuilt at around 100k due to a recognized flaw where the seals around the pistons (one, in my case) would shave off the side of the inner piston chamber wall. Volvo was good about it, and rebuilt it for free, but I have heard about this being an issue with a percentage (although a small percentage) of 2015 S60's. If you own a 2015.5 S60, you should be okay (released at the half-year, they changed something in their engine design so this no longer happens). The 2015 model I own is a T-5 Drive-E, but even then the engines feel strong, and the acceleration is amazing given the engine downgrade for better mileage. Pros - Smooth, quiet, fast ride - Platinum package still makes this car shine given how far infotainment systems have come in 9 years - Takes 87 gas - Cold-oriented heating options. I lived in New Hampshire most of my life, and this thing took snow and ice like a champ. Good to know Volvo durability hasn't disappeared. Never failed to start, and the electric defrost option was a Godsend. - iPod/iPhone USB slot. Honestly wish this was in modern cars. You can play music from your iPhone (or iPod if you're a person of culture) as soon as you can hook it up to the charging port. Also charges your phone. Neutrals - Nav system. Pretty basic, but once you get good with the voice commands, is amazing. Other than that you have to put in addresses with one of the DIALS on the dashboard, which is lower than T9 typing. - Auto Climate setting. This is just more goofy than anything. You'll press it thinking it will slowly acclimate based on outside temps and engine warm-up and all sorts of things. No, it hilariously just turns your AC on max. Not even mad, its just super funny to think about. Cons - Start/Stop button. I don't care how much gas I "save", when you turn an engine off and on in any instance, you're wearing down parts faster. - No oil dipstick. Have to rely on electronically checking it, which has shown me close to max for the last few months, which I doubt. - Backseat legroom. It's not horrible if you're used to small sedans, and especially if you're used to super compact cars. - Turn radius. Holy crap do not invest in this car if you like parking somewhere (well) in a single turn. This thing parks like a grizzly bear with a saddle on it---mostly forwards and backs. Maybe I just prioritize good parking too much, but I don't like looking like that one guy in the Walmart parking lot who's content with 45 degree angles. The backup cam makes this not as much of an issue. All in all, a promising Volvo. Lacks the issues of the newer models, while looking pretty modern. If possible, I'd suggest trying to find a trim level higher than the default, but any trim level will be reliable. My biggest takeaway and suggestion for this would be to regularly maintain it. Get your oil changed regularly, keep your engine bay clean, invest in high-quality tires, and don't put 93 ethanol gas in for fun. It should last you as long as it did me.

Bought brand new off the lot in January 2020 and I've put just under 20K miles into it so far. Here's what I've seen so far: Good: - AWD keeps you on the road in even the most slushy and icy conditions. Driven this car through a few snow storms and never had to worry about losing control. - The driving assist safety features work very well, definitely has saved me from a couple minor incidents. Also the adaptive cruise control has revolutionized long roadtrips and I'll absolutely never be able to go back - Interior looks fresh and clean, seats are very comfortable. I'm always surprised how much trunk space this car has, plus the folding back seat make transporting some bulkier items easy. Bad: - I absolutely despise the entertainment system. The huge touch screen is cool but it is sluggish and unreliable. Often the inputs will lag several seconds or not register at all, which sucks when you're trying to turn on the AC on a hot day or the heat in the winter. The worst part is that sometimes when you start the car up, the user interface software won't start correctly and will crash, disabling all of the vehicle's safety features. Usually this fixes itself with an automatic reboot but that often takes a couple minutes. Once or twice I've had to pull of the road, turn off the car and turn it on again to manually cycle power to the console interface. - There's absolutely no reason to buy the sport mode when the CVT is so sluggish. Paddle shifters seem like they're almost disconnected as the difference between the "gears" is so minimal. - No way to disable the auto start/stop system, have to hit the touchscreen button every time. Overall: - I'd still recommend this car since the good definitely outweighs the bad. It's a car that does a lot of things decently but nothing exceedingly well. If you want a sports sedan, get the WRX. If you want a car that can handle rough driving conditions, get the Outback. If you want something more akin to a luxury sedan, go up a trim level to the Limited XT CVT. If you want a car that does all these things but doesn't lean too hard into any of them, this is your pick.

A family member encouraged me to consider a Honda CR V, when I was looking to replace my American made SUV. Online I found a 2010, with one owner, a clean Carfax, 27 maintenance records for $13K at JL Freed Honda. It seems too good to be true. Exactly what I was hoping for really existed. Then my experience got even better. My salesman was Geoff Smith. His “how can I help you” style was a pleasure. I especially appreciated how he did not “let me get my manager” me. And didn’t waste my time lowballing me on my trade-in, unlike another dealership I was at in Quakertown. To top it all off..,Chris, in the detailing department, did an amazing job. The car sparkles! This is my fourth Malibu, first one was a 2004 Maxx, second one was a 2017 Malibu LS, third one was a 2022 LS and now I have a 2024 RS, all four have been good cars with excellent fuel economy and space inside, maybe not as refined as some Japanese models but great cars regardless, give one a try....
