Riley Harmon created a flawless car-buying experience for me, even as an out-of-state buyer. As a life-long car enthusiast, I consider myself a demanding buyer. I know what I want from the car, and I want the car-buying experience to be fun by being easy. To ensure that, Riley was responsive, communicative, clear, friendly, professional, patient, and informative, among other things. He responded to every phone call, email, text message in a very reasonable time, and was clear in communication and explanation of their process. The car I bought was the only one in the country in the right color and options combo, which is why I was making the purchase from out-of-state. Not once did he pressure me in any way, despite the unique inventory. The Alfa Romeo I bought has been a life goal, but I wanted to remain rational about the major purchase, so not feeling pressured was important. I flew to Kansas City (my first visit) before the paperwork was completed due my late decision to move forward the previous day. Riley picked me up from the airport, no questions asked. I enjoyed the ride over to Aristocrat Motors while he told me about the city and its history, as well as about the dealership, its management and practices. I truly enjoyed that drive and already felt justified in my decision to make a trip to buy a car. When we pulled up to the dealership, I knew to expect a large, multi-brand campus. It was even nicer than I had expected. Given that the car was a life goal as well as having a sticker price double what I have ever paid for a car before, I was hoping for that ‘above and beyond’ sales experience you always see in commercial, but also knowing that the car I wanted was still a fraction of the most expensive cars that Aristocrat offers. What happened next sealed the deal. The car was not parked in a delivery area outside, not set up in a staging room inside the building; the car was in the middle of the prettiest, most impressive showroom room that I have ever seen, under a massive domed ceiling with indirect lighting, on a stoned floor, surrounded by other Alfas and Maseratis. I was blown away that this is how they treated me. After a quick test-drive just to make sure everything was in its right place, Riley reviewed the online paperwork and pricing that I had gone over the night before. Their online purchasing system is transparent. I could see everything I needed to in one spot, including selecting any applicable manufacturer discounts that applied on my own. The number he showed me matched what I saw the day before, no surprises. Now, the last step before a very long drive home, was the finance office. I was still expecting to walk into Ben Jones’ office and get hit with offers for last-chance, just-in-case add-ons; I was wrong. Ben rattled off the same numbers I saw at home, the same numbers I reviewed with Riley. A handful of signatures in what couldn’t have been longer than 5 minutes, and I was done. My head still spins at how fast that process was, as well as respectful of me as a buyer and my time. I walked out of the office, back over to my new car. Riley thanked me, gave me a parting gift then I quite literally drove off into the sunset. I almost cried looking around myself, seated in a beautiful new Alfa Romeo, with not a single regret nor speed bump to give me second thoughts. The sole thing left to be desired is an Aristocrat Motors location in my home area. Thank you so very much to Riley and all of the Aristocrat Motors staff, it was an absolute pleasure.

Second "S" that I have owned. This AMG model is comfortable with good acceleration for everyday driving. Transmission is a little finicky at takeoff and takes some getting use to for smooth pullaway. Much better overall than my first car (non-AMG). Convenience features are intuitive and make this a wonderful car to drive.

We worked with Eddie Arnold and can't say enough nice things about him. He listened to us and kept an eye out for a car that would work for us. We ended up purchasing a used vehicle elsewhere, but would do business with Eddie any time. Don't be afraid to contact him. He won't bombard you with calls and emails. Ive always wanted a 300c. I ended up getting a 08 pearl blue full time awd 5.7 hemi 300c with black interior as a second weekend car. In 08 they revamped the interior and let me tell you its very nice the black is definitely the best interior color. All the touch points are nice the seats are cushy, nice leather and the quality of the interior is top notch and has a nice bit of retro styling sprinkled into it to which i like. The steering wheel is pretty big as well which i actually like. As far as driving this car is a great cruiser but is also fun to drive it can carve corners. Its a heavy car but its cause the body is sturdy which i like besides the bumpers its made with nice thick sheet metal. The general build quality of the car is great the whole car feels sturdy and quality which i like and its held up perfectly over the years. The styling of the car is great its very american and has that early 2000s modern retro styling which i love. For 2008 and 2009 only they introduced a new pearl blue color which is by far the best color you can get these cars in. Cause its awd it comes with the awd wheels which look nice. Its a 08 model so it comes with the full time Mercedes awd and bigger brakes and some other goodies. It comes with the older pre eagle 5.7 hemi which is the better motor to. It needed and still needs some maintenance and repairs. as far as repairs go this car is a bit of a bear to work on but its doable. Had some electrical gremlins i had to fix but its a chrysler so what do you expect. Dont like multi displacement system the 5.7 has but im currently rebuilding the motor so mds will be gone when im done. Another issue is the stock exhaust manifolds on the 5.7 suck and they have issues with cracking or warping causing an exhaust manifold leak.(this can be fixed permanently by installing osme aftermarket manifolds though) Very cool cars that i think should be saved. Maybe a Future classic? They say dont meet your heros but this car outdid my expectations in every way truly a brilliant car and i plan to keep it for a long long time.

Great car overall. Drives very well and quite punchy and fun with a good turbo. Reliable, haven't had much issues so far. Value is great especially since they are loaded well and its less then 10k for a decent one. VERY VERY safe car, Saab's are extremely safe and this car gives you confidence that you are safe. I have a 2.0T which gets good mpg for its class, I once got around 40 mpg highway. The 2.0T is fun and punchy with impressive acceleration, most reliable too. If your willing to spend a little more and have significant funds for maintenance and repairs go for a 2.8T V6, which is fast. It handles well. Pros: 1. Well priced, good value 2. Stylish and unique design 3. Great cornering headlights xenon 4. Good engine, reliable if maintained, fast/quick 5. Very Safe, Swedish Metal 6. Jet fighter interior look Cons: 1. Rear seat legroom is a little disappointing but not a major issue for me, but if you have a large family i wouldn't recommend this car, go for a 9-5 instead. 2. Paint damages easily when older, these 9-3s can have paint peel issues in the long run if you live in hotter climates. 3. Some interior pieces aren't the best of quality for it's class. Door handles and small things, it can be creaky. Overall: Here and there it has minor disappointments but it definitely makes up for it very well. Great and fun car. I highly recommend this as a first car or commuter, maybe even for a small family.

I bought a new 1990 Lexus ls400 when they first came out in 1989. Wonderful car. Drove it until 2000 and never had a single problem with the exception of a light bulb going out.

Overall, A good value. Fairly Dependable V6..A few issues would make it a much more dependable car. Starter catches oil drips, ruining the starter. Speedometer needle fell off. Odometer light goes out periodically, paint fading on roof and hood.. Small issues take away from the Taurus overall.

Best Bose stereo! Ivory white, including leather interior! Bot used 2010, $7000, less than 90,000 miles. Rides like on a cloud. Issues: now at 130,000 miles: low gas mileage in town{14}, sensors having to be replaced, replaced a/c compressor, and serpentine belt. Expensive repairs! Engine warning on! Air bag warning! Ignition won't let key turn on car now. Security warning on, and alarm. Cruise quit. Gas guage not working, rims letting air out of {4 new tires}, but I LOVE this car!

This is the most reliable car I’ve ever owned. Drove her off the lot brand new and 16 years later and 150K miles, she’s still smooth as silk. Only repairs are a window and windshield wiper!! So sad they don’t make these cars anymore.

This was my first ever car and it was the best first car you could ask for! I had it for years and had virtually no issues until the very end and that’s after many cold Manitoba nights (always started even when I forgot to plug in). My car finally died after nearly making it to 500k!

Bought my used Marquis for 800 $ , 144,000 original miles. Its exceeded my expectations, very easy to work on . Would recommend for long trips. The previous owner had another car and wasn't using my car at all. He basically left it sitting for what seems an eternity. I thought it would need a few things before I drove away , surprisingly not I drove it home the same day . The only thing that bothered me was the leather seats , I switched them out for cloth seats and it feels much better. It does waste a good bit of gas but I'd say its worth it . Ps. Paying homage to one of the last rear wheel drive v8 sedans 👍
