I felt absolutely no pressure and he made sure I had everything, and it was set up before I left. I med was also very helpful in the finance department, and Mike the manager. I have purchased six Camrys. So, when it was time to purchase a new one, I didn't check the features. I was pleasantly surprised by the radar cruise control that maintains your distance from the car in front regardless of the speed setting. It also flashes on your mirrors when a car is in your blind spot. The large screen on the radio is super. There are many other great features you will love!

My car was stolen and destroyed, and I was left without transportation. This was devastating to me, but I had to keep it moving as life does not wait so, I had to look for new transportation. I ended up at Alexandria Toyota. Never in my life have I met so many nice and wonderful people in one place and never has such a huge process been so easy! The manager, the finance team and all the salespeople were all just top notch, and I am so glad I chose them to help me start a new chapter in my life! Special shout out to Tre Neal who made sure I got everything I wanted in a new car and even went all the way to Maryland to personally pick up my new ride!!! Bought my 2013 Accord EX-L used in 2021 and I love my car. Incredible gas mileage, a sunroof, an excellent factory stereo system, and smooth, zero to sixty in about eight seconds acceleration. Corners like a dream. Heated leather seats. Roomy backseat for the Pibble and a generous trunk. Very little cabin noise. I have total confidence that if I maintain scheduled maintenance on this car, and I will, it'll last me for another hundred thousand miles. I honestly think that the 9th generation Honda Accord was one of the best years for this car.

Decent but not outstanding. Had a problem with the passenger side motor mount causing a rattle that was fixed under warranty at the 5000 mi service. The part was backordered, so there are probably more than a few with this problem. A discoloration of the dash appeared by 2000 miles. Since it read "Toy" it was likely from the factory. There is still a small bubble in the rear window tint film. It drives well. I like the automation now that I'm used to it. It brakes too hard using adaptive cruise control when traffic slows down, but I guess the radar is doing as well as it can. It's not particularly comfortable, but Toyotas aren't known for that. Had to turn the driver's headrest around, as it pushes my head too far forward. I think that's required by law. The infotainment center works fine. They started using a new one after the 2024 debacle. I bought the car to keep it for a few hundred thousand miles. We'll see.

We bought Kona from this Dealership. We went there multiple times and asked many questions. They are always caring and responsive. We were impressed about their ability to find the right car for us with the right trim/options. We know we got the best deal from them. Dan and Joon were the people who helped us. Financial process was quicker than any other dealerships that I ever been. I will surely come back to buy/lease my next car from Alexandria Hyundai again.

Last year we purchased our Hyundai Elantra from this dealership. We worked with Dan Heo and Jae Lee. Our experience was top notch. The dealership gave us a great price and then there was no change. We were from Richmond and they worked with us and our financing company to complete the transaction. If I ever buy a Hyundai then it will be with Alexandria Hyundai and with same guys. Bought my 2017 used in 2020 with 14,000 original miles. Very happy with it. The shifter took some getting used to as it's not as smooth as other cars in its class. Otherwise it's been very dependable, good at plowing through drift left by snow xxxxxxat my driveway. Good under carriage clearance. Great heating and cooling system.

We’ve been using Hyundai Alexandria for awhile now and Troy is the best. He is honest, accurate, thorough, and great with customer service. He makes sure to explain everything going on with the car, asks for permission before doing anything outside of traditional services if they’re required, and is up front about cost, need for a service, etc. He’s the best and we look forward to working with him again.

I have only had this car for 1 month but so far it runs well. My only issue, so far, is the front bumper and black grill. The bumper came loose ( I bought used) and now, the black grill has come loose... the hood seems to be tighter on one side than the other but works fine... just is not even...carfax said no wreck though. The exterior of cars these days seem cheap and flimsy. I never had that problem with my Honda CRV. I cannot tell you how many cars I see on the road with loose bumpers.

These reviews are so surprising. It seems the newer cars are treated better than the older models, which is not good. I bought my Accent at Alexandria Hyundai, used, but not serioiusly (4,000) miles. Each appointment was different as far as customer service. Sometimes it was ready early, sometimes much later than promised, and other times right on time. The trick is not to leave a message with the receptionist or someone else in maintenance. Go right to the dealership manager. If they are not available right then, ask again and again to see the manager until you see them. Remember this is Covid-19 season. All services are delayed or forgotten from time to time. Services are overbooked and tempers are frayed. As far as MY Accent? Everything was taken care of, I got phone calls, the manager was so helpful and I will be replacing my Accent within the year for a newer model. I bought my beautiful 2007 light blue car with 4,000 miles. I now have 104,044 miles and the car runs like a champ! I've gotten major, expected repairs done on time and oil changes faithfully.. Don't give up on Alexandria Hyundai. Just know who to talk to. Like any other business. You'll get more accomplished with the Managers. If not, change dealers - just make sure to give them a chance to make it better. Happy New Year!

Decided to leave this review, I have read lots of horror stories on Google/Reddit about bad car dealers and seen enough advice videos on YouTube on how to deal with slimy car dealers that you start believing there aren’t any good dealers out there. Now I cannot vouch for everyone, but I can say my experience with Alexandria Hyundai was pleasant and professional. I had been looking for a Certified Hyundai Palisade for a while which was less than 2 years old with less than 20K miles and I found one listed at Alexandria Hyundai. It was a 2024 with ~13K miles. The listed price was very close to what I would consider fair and within my budget. I emailed their Certified Pre-Owned team and was surprised to receive a quick response. Interestingly there was no attempt to force me into a phone call. They at no point asked me my phone number and ware happy to answer my questions and then provide a "out the door" price (After I had provided some of my details for them to calculate TAX/Registration etc.). I would like to point out that my search was extended 200Mile from my zip code and Alexandria Hyundai was on the edge of that 200 Miles. I am based in NJ and they are in VA. The quote they provided had no surprise additional costs, just the Price of the Car as on the website, TAX, Title/Registration and Documentation fees. They indicated they were not looking to haggle, but they were only slightly of the number I was looking for. I let them know that I was very motivated to close the deal, and they did move slightly to meet my budget. Their prices don't leave a lot of room for haggling, which is always good. I wanted to be certain that they would be honoring this quote as I needed to travel 200Mile to pick up the car and they confirm that, and they did honor it !! :) I ended up using my own financing, they tried to get me a better number, but my Credit Union had pre-approved me for a better rate. Here too I would like to point out, there were no pressure tactics; no last minute pressure to buy expensive extended warranty. An extended warranty was offered to me, but it was entirely my choice. Overall, I would say to some extent my faith in humanity is restored (At least I have utmost faith in Alexandria Hyundai). I would personally like to thank Eduardo Pozo who was patient with me and answered all my questions and was always quick to respond on email. I would also like to thank Peter Kim (Finance Manager) who helped me close the deal and had me out of the dealership in under 2 hrs. on a rainy Saturday. I would wholeheartedly recommend Alexandria Hyundai and their team!!

We purchased this 2013 Honda Civic new , it now has roughly 135,000 miles now in January 2025 and has only received regular service maintenance. It has not needed any repairs , with the exception of tires, two battery replacements , and proactively replaced brake pads and rotors.

I've had a 17 Ford Fiesta Se car since 2017. Bought it brand new off the lot. Got ripped a new one due to the price I paid, however it was worth it. She's got a bit over 200,000 miles and the only major problems were the timing belt was walking off, and the original belt snapped put of the blue once. Cars a/C is still perfect, lacks horsepower but a very economical and spunky car. Time for maintenance on the sus as of now, but I still love driving it. Bluetooth took a crap, and it still drives great. I live in the mountains so it's taken a beating, but she keeps going!

I bought 2017 Maxima in 2024...it is an awesome car looks sporty and is fast..great low and high end torque....I do use premium fuel as it recommends, note:I did purchase a warranty because I knew of some of the cars having cvt issues..so I took to Nissan they saw code recommended replacement of transmission with warranyi paid 200 dollars replaced...life is good so far 🙏🏾👍🏿

This car is has plenty of legroom and is very comfortable. It was a large trunk, and the back seats fold down to allow even large objects to fit. It has been extremely reliable.

They were super helpful and low pressure, and the car is exactly what we need. The financing was easy and they can work with folks with a lower credit score. They have a large inventory from which to choose with odometer readings under 90,000, and the car came professionally detailed. My husband and I are very happy with this purchase!

I recently bought a 2020 Elantra with very low miles (39k). It looks great, like new, and drives like a large sedan should. And the gas mileage is great! Driving around town yesterday it got 37 mpg in normal traffic, when the spec is 30. And on the freeway I was getting well over 57 mpg on a very slight, non-visible decline at 77 mph. It "feels" comfortable. My only knock so far is the information on the center console could be brighter and I haven't figured out how to make it yet. The owner's manual was not included in the sale.

This has been a solid vehicle all around. The tech has been responsive with little to no lag for infotainment which can be a big deal with other manufacturers. All the safety features work great with no malfunctions. Long trips I average around 35mpg on premium but it’s not very comfortable after a few hours. Road and wind noise is about what you’d expect from a Subaru but the interior doesn’t rattle the slightest even on rough roads. Haven’t had any real issues arise after 10,000 miles. It’s currently at 28,000 miles and I’ve only done simple maintenance items and a set of tires. I do want to bring up the capability of this car in the snow because its the best I’ve ever experienced. After owning multiple 4Motion VW’s this is all around better for traction in several inches of fresh snow and light ice. Gives you a ton of confidence because this car will make it through a rough storm or two. It’s been a great commuter for the wife and a fun car for me with spirited driving on tracks for the price you pay.

Forward collision is dangerous it slams on the brakes and have you spinning. Roof is too low. Speakers are not good. Exterior falls apart very cheaply made car. Great on gas great body design. Love the synthetic leather & the infotainment screen.
