I have been a customer of Royal Auto Group for 5 years now. Just leased my 3rd auto from Royal and always have a great experience. I drive eighty miles round trip to work. My Legacy is quiet, comfortable and the Eye Sight is great! I’m safe and secure knowing my Subaru has my back. I’d like better mpg but at 32 on average I guess I shouldn’t complain. Love my Subie!

Tyler was very helpful. A little disappointed with the tires that came on the car. Rear ones were BARELY LEGAL! Got an incredible deal on this 2022 Outback. Only had 30,000 miles on it. Beautiful Crimson Red Pearl exterior. I'd buy again from them, but not without getting good tires on the next vehicle before we commit to buy.

I have the Limited. This is my 6th Hyundai/Genesis car and they just keep getting better. The technology is fantastic and equals many features in luxury cars at twice the price. In June I took a 3450 mile trip, hit 14 states and a variety of traffic conditions and it just kept chugging along with no effort. Features like HDA help on the long days of 700 miles. Used less gas than my previous car too, 95 gallons on that trip.

I could go on and on about this dealership, but to say they went above and beyond is an understatement! We were on our way to Ithaca from NYC when we hit a huge ROCK that destroyed our tire, and a tire that wasn’t usually in stock. Not only did they take us in immediately, but they were able to procure the tire the very next day and get us in and out in under an hour. Super friendly, efficient, they even fixed this annoying noise that our wiper blades were making, and they gave us a full oil change. My only wish is that these guys were closer to home! This is the type of service that makes me think I’ll be a life-long customer of Honda/Acura (and this is coming from an ex-Lexus owner!). Great job!!

My last four cars have been Honda Accords. This time I purchased a 2025 Accord Hybrid Touring trim. My previous Honda was a 2013 Accord EX-L V6 w/Nav; I liked it better. It accelerated, it was comfortable but not too big, it was dependable, it had the right amount of high tech features. By contrast the 2025 Hybrid Touring accelerates at a more leisurely pace, is comfortable (with exceptions), is hopefully dependable (we'll find out), and is overly technical in the display and elsewhere. It is bigger than my 2013 Accord (more than mid-size in my view), and that concerns me. Everything in the well-less trunk sloshes around. There are no buttons to push to open garage doors; Honda asks the owner to subscribe for and download an app called MyQ and link it with HondaLink in the display for a software solution. The two apps refuse to link in my car, and I am not about to pay a monthly subscription charge for SaaS when buttons would have been fine. Sure, my MPG have risen from 27 to 45, but who really cares? With the Touring, there is no height adjustment on the front passenger seat, and I am not yet fully comfortable with the lumbar support on the driver's seat. There are two many controls on the steering wheel, dashboard, and display. Simplify, Honda! Simplify, simplify, simplify!

Bought my 2012 brand new and 12 years later it still runs great! I have put o er 304,000 miles on it and have had no problems. I have done regular maintenance on the car and it keeps on ticking. The paint is poor condition and weather stripping has deteriorated. The interior has held well! The only thing after 12 years and lots of miles is the CD player is making noises and wearing out. I am going to keep driving until it dies which at this point seems like it might be another 100-200k miles.

As a 50 something woman, buying a car is my least favorite thing to buy--and I LOVE to shop! I was looking for a specific car in my local region and when I couldn't find one, I broadened my search. That's when I found Bidleman Ford. I initially clicked on the "is this car available" tab and by the next day a salesman reached out to me via email to say it was. He wanted to know when I was able to come in for a test drive but I explained that I was almost 3 hours away and was there a way to buy it online. This is my 5th Accord. I have owned one since 1987. Each time I have purchased a used model. I bought my current 2010 Accord with 125,000 miles on it 4 years ago. It now has 180,000 miles and just past inspection. Burns no oil. Has NO leaks (oil, rain or otherwise). No "idiot" lights on the dashboard, and rides like new. In 35 years (and 5 Accords) I have NEVER been stuck! Not once! Don't get too hung up on any negative details you might see or hear of. The resale value is near the best. The gas mileage is more than decent. I am over 6 feet tall and the driver's seat in more comfortable and supportive than any other vehicle I have sat in. This includes BMW, Lexus, Mercedes and Cadillac. As for dependability, it just might be the best. If you're in the market for a used car, I suggest that you at very least, test drive one.
