Went in for a horn replacement. The horns that were ordered would not work for my application. I was given a loaner to use until the correct ones were ordered and my old ones were replaced. Work was done correctly and I was treated very decently.

I bought this car 9 years ago as an ex hertz car. It had 24000 miles and now it's only got 52000 miles. The reliability is bulletproof so far nothing has ever gone wrong (touch wood). I've owned 33 cars and this car has Honda/Toyota build quality and reliability. The downsides are I find it very thirsty, I've never managed better than 22mpg in mixed highway driving. i find that the car is quite gutless but it's fit for purpose. The resale on these is worthless so I plan to keep this car until it dies. I have other cars but this is still my daily driver.

Just got a new Mazda thus week. I have had Mazdas since 1992 and never disappointed. They are dependable and reliable. The only time I have had any problems was when I was rear-ended by a semi years ago and even that was not the fault of my car. They are a dependable vehicle and not bad on price or looks! Signed a 3 year for this car in November of 2019 and ended up buying it because of COVID. I'm not mad at it. This elegant beauty is quite the head turner - sporty, reliable, and luxurious. The CLS 450 was ahead of it's time, with plush massaging leather seats, an inline 6 with a beautiful purr to it. Luxury scenting, dual massaging seats, and autonomous driving make it a pleasure to drive for short and long distances. This is more of a massive 2 seater in my opinion, but that doesn't matter if you don't plan on having backseat passengers. Friends tell me it looks like an NBA players car, and people are constantly complimenting it 5 years later. This car is a looker - the only issue being the fragile 20" OEM wheels. They are gorgeous, but don't drive over any potholes. Never had a single mechanical issue with this beauty, and plan on keeping it for years to come.

I had a travel experience in January 2023, while vacationing in Florida, to save money I ordered a subcompact and was up graded to a Chevy Malibu. The LT has the smaller 1.5 L 4 Cylinder which was great on gas, performance was good, not great like my Chevy Avalanche. Missed my flight back to JFK NYC, My fault. Jet Blue got me to LaGuardia AP. Rental Company at JFK was About to Close. The same Company had a branch in LaGuardia they rented me a Malibu at no extra cost. It snowed and the front wheel drive just held the road. That's why I purchased a 2020 Malibu Premier it had everything but the Safety & entertainment. I loved everything else.

Before buying used, have an independent mechanic check it over. I had a bad experience with the dealer with several expensive issues shortly after my purchase. Brakes, alignment/tires, shock and steering wheel electronics (voice command, radio). The steering wheel electronics problem is common.

I purchased this car for my 16 year old son, now I'm looking at getting one for myself. This car has a quiet ride, a spacious interior, the fit and fill is top-notch for being a Hyundai, and the car is just my favorite out of my five different automobiles. I'm currently talking to my dealer to get me another one.

Bought the vehicle used with 90,000k. At 147,000k now for 3 years. Mostly highway driving. Downsides...Bad battery placement, poor alternator design, had to replace due to the pulley clutch. My 4cyl. Is a dog; way underpowered. The main power and is around 4,000rpm. That's really pushing this little 4 banger. The engine struggles over almost any grade in the road, especially in cruse. There are huge blind spots at the rear A pillar. The unprotected wires for the airbag sensors under the seats cause the airbag light to come on. Now the upsides. Best looking sedan in it's class, hands down. Alloy wheels, steering wheel controls, lighted cup holders, clean interior. Relatively comfortable seats. Excellent gas mileage (23-28mpg). The 6 speed automatic transmission makes the dogish 4cyl make the car driveable, as well as the slap manual for shifting. The radio has a HDD drive that holds a gig of music storage. Excellent sound system. Large trunk, rear seat access through the armrest. Overall; with preventive maintenance, driving responsibly, and regular oil changes/tune-ups I would expect another 100,000k (knock on wood).

So, we had a new E450 on order and the supply chain issues delayed the process for months...we got frustrated and started looking at options. We found our garage kept, under warranty, low miles CLS53 and it shares garage space with our '22 Tesla MSLR. It is really interesting to compare the cars in daily driving. The CLS is far more luxurious...massaging heated seats with active bolsters just give you a hug in tight turns. Not quite as much of a rocket ship as the Tesla, but make no mistake...it is a friggin' rocket ship. I was concerned about an AMG six cylinder, but the turbos are spectacular with amazing performance...all while getting fairly reasonable mileage. It is a little funny, we didn't want another showy SL, and we wanted the extra seats to carry grandkids, so the CLS is perfect. We like the idea of being a little understated, and the CLS is perfect. Quite possible that non-car people don't even notice it, but car people do...and the low key badging and clean lines make for a great sleeper. Very quiet, very well made. If I have a quibble it is that the learning curve for all the systems is a little steep. Low production volume means there isn't a huge community to support these cars and it means not a whole lot of YouTubes on how things work...but figuring it out is fun. Stunning car and great addition to the AMG community.
