I was very pleased with my experience. I started at CarMax to "try on" several cars from several manufacturers. The salesman (Jack) was happy to oblige, despite it being cold and rainy. We walked the lot and I sat in ~20 cars. I went home and researched them some more, scheduled a few to test drive and came back on Jack's day off. This time, I worked with Brandon for a few test drives and discussed other vehicles at nearby CarMax locations. They found a vehicle that fit my requirements and transported it in for me to test drive. A few days later, I was back for the final test drive, loved the car and purchased it. Jack and Brandon kept good communication, weren't pushy and were a pleasure to work with. The business office was quick and explained the paperwork and processes effectively. Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

I own a 2014 GS 350 rwd w/premium package & 18" rims. (meteor blue metallic) I give reliability 4 stars because you need to know what state the cars is in and when it needs service, unless you let Lexus handle all of it. I bought it in 2019 with 90k, the front struts were shot and it had clear coat issues. Some fool lowered it, I got 2" back with stock springs. Now that the suspension is fixed and I bought a buffer, the car is hot~. Jumps with a throaty noise and the brakes are always at the top of the pedal. The 18" wheels make the car serious with 235-45Rs, brakes and corners have glue. Its not a top-end sports car, but gives you a taste with the assisted suspension and sport mode's high rpms. It also does just fine on eco mode in traffic going easy on its primo gas. (If it acts doggy someone used regular or missed a tuneup: avoid) '14 Lexus GS 350 will handle any driving job with comfort and class. Lexus has a track(s) available. Its almost as good as the F-Sport, but more discreet.

Bought my Suzuki kiashi used with 150,000 miles on it in 2023. Some issues that needed repair? Heck yeah! It needed new rear shocks and struts. Had that done and absolutely nothing else wrong with it. Is it a sports car? Heck no. It's a beautiful, sensible road car. Good economy, good looks, great, and I really mean great, interior. Comfortable for my 6'1" frame and features (auto wipers, auto dimming rear view mirror, memory driver seat settings, auto and duel ac/heat settings and the Fosgate sound system) make it a true pleasure to drive. I've driven a BMW and the Suzuki Kiashi is so close to that experience I can't truly tell the difference. About the only real complaint I have is the exterior paint. Mine is metallic blue and it has an issue with the clear coat beginning to deteriorate. But after all it is an 11 year old car. Believe me I will keep and care for this car and a paint job isn't that big an issue. Would I buy another Kaishi? Without a seconds hesitation. It's a great used car and I'm just sorry Suzuki stopped importing them to the U. S.
