traded my 2021 for a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport limited edition last month. I'm very happy with it. Mitsubishi has made some improvements. bigger screen, leather steering wheel and shifter. I like that I have heated seats and telescoping steering wheel now! and it's 4 wheel drive. helps when I go fishing. 😂 great gas mileage! just needs a little more power under the hood. but for the price and reliability it's very worth it. plus an amazing warranty!

I have a 2020 1500 RST with the 5.3 engine and 8 speed transmission. My truck now has 67,000 miles. The acceleration is outstanding and smooth from gears 3-8. Probably could use more torque for gears 1-2, but not weak by any means. I have had no mechanical problems outside of the clunking rear suspension which was fixed by retorqueing the rear leaf spring suspension bolts. Other than that minor issue, it has been very reliable. I have heard these transmissions have had issues, but nothing that has caused issues for me. It has the 60-70 MPH shutter that is common to these transmissions, but I have learned how to drive to avoid the shutter, as I did with my 2011 1500. Overall pretty satisfied at this point. Comfort and amenities could be better for the front seats for the price, but I bought it knowing that. FYI my front brakes at this point are still 50%, and I have invested very little outside of a few fluid exchanges and routine maintenance. Excellent fuel mileage: 20 mpg with 50% highway vs city driving.

I am in my seventies and didn't want to buy new so i I looked at over twenty used vehicles during my search. This Subaru Outback was the best driving vehicle of all that I tried. My husband, our four children and I were traveling across our state on a drive to pick up an online purchase when I decided to look for a new family vehicle online. I looked on Craigslist first as I thought we might have an easier time with a FSBO purchase than a dealership because about a month ago we tried Carmax and it was terrible with a lot of runaround, terrible interest rates (ugly double digits) and them wanting our max amount of money down with those terrible interest rates. Enough about them…..*deep cleansing breath*. Then I saw this awesome SUV on a Craigslisting . It would fit all of us with room to spare, it had lots of cutting-edge features, and it would allow me to maintain a sense of edgy punk-rocker self while being a soccer mom. WIN WIN WIN! My husband thought it looks awesome but immediately thought that even though this was at the top of our budget, the price was too good to be true. So we decided to give a call. I called and left a message and within minutes Bridget called me back. I explained that we were interested in this particular vehicle, asked a few questions which she was immediately prepared for. Y’all, she is super down to earth, so friendly, knows her stuff and so helpful. Here’s the thing, we live 4.5-5 hours away from this vehicle and this dealership. I don’t know these folks from Adam, they don’t know me. But wait…. There’s’ more…. Bridget gets the ball rolling with our credit application all online, all esigned, all while we are driving across the state. The numbers people crunched some numbers and when they called back with those (or maybe they texted, can’t remember) they were out of our monthly price range so we understood and were not expecting much when they said to give them a moment to shift some things around and try another option. Number's people, I don’t know your names, I’m sorry but I just want to say ‘YOU ROCK!’ They came back with some options for us that worked beautifully for our monthly budget. So we were ready to sign some paperwork and plan our trip the coming weekend to Chattanooga after putting a good faith amount down. Andrew (If I got your name wrong I’m so sorry, we appreciate you) worked up an awesome 3 year and 30, 000 mile warranty and we are so thankful. I was about to hit the reserve our VRBO rental button when I get a call from Bridget with her sales Manager Jacob on the phone. This precious man right here asked me what we would think about having the car driven to us, across the state and a very busy capital city, right to our doorstep. He said he would arrange everything, like all of it. He said they aren’t always able to accommodate this way but it just so happened that he had someone that could drive the vehicle and we could have it by the next day. That’s right…. THE NEXT DAY. I though, this has to be too good to be true. At this point I began looking up this automotive group’s every detail to make sure we weren’t being scammed. LOL. We weren’t. They are absolutely, 100% verifiably real. Jacob and Bridget get virtual hugs from all of our family and so do Mr. Jack and his sweet wife who drove the vehicle to us the next day before lunch-time. We had the car right in front of my front step in less than 24 hours from purchase 4.5 hours away and it is magnificent! The dealership name Integrity goes far beyond trustworthy for these folks, you can trust them AND they will make you feel like family. Thank you all so much!

Great car! Overpaid a bit; but, bought top of the line with only 23k miles. Loved it and didn't want to dicker over price. Rudes well. Acceleration is good. Roomy, spacious passenger cabin and cargo bay. Amazing technology. I recommend this vehicle highly. Take a serious look at this one. You wont be disappointed.

I bought my Elantra new. Never had to take it in for mechanical problems just front end due to pot holes. The car gave me an average mileage of 5.3/100km. I finally traded up to a newer Elantra. My old car had 483000km, no warning lights or repairs to the engine or transmission. Keep up with your maintenance

I originally bought the Car Max warranty when I made my purchase 3 years ago. The $250 deductible was hard to swallow but it was there when I needed it. Thank you Zach for great customer care. He stood behind the warranty and gave us a loaner while our car was serviced.

I bought a used 2020 Ford escape hybrid titanium with 33,000 miles. I came from a 2015 X3 and I am surprised how well this car handles and feels firmly planted. I love the electric driving at slow speeds and you can hear the gas engine come on and it’s louder than my BMW, but I am still pleasantly surprised by the low level of road noise at highway speeds. Mine is Persian green, which is rare, and absolutely beautiful after I waxed it. The exterior is pretty good, considering its price range, and the interior is subpar with the hard plastic on the doors, but overall, the controls are very intuitive, easily reachable, and after I learned how to use all the options, my favorite feature is the adaptive cruise control with stop and go and lane centering. The car basically just drives itself, even in the city at low speeds. I just have to make the turns and stop at red lights and stop signs if there is no car in front of me. I also love the short stopping distances with the brakes, which feel great and confidence-inspiring, and the steering actually feels better than in my BMW, which was too light at highway speeds. Another feature that sold me was how much legroom there is in the backseat, especially the fact that you can recline the backseat a little bit and also push it a few inches back to create more legroom. There is definitely more legroom in the front and back than in my BMW, even though my BMW was a few inches longer than this car. I love the look of the RAV4 hybrid XLE and it has more cargo room, but if you check the user reviews, you’ll see that the Escape hybrid actually beats it in mpg and in my area, I would’ve paid $8k - $9k more for a similar used RAV4 so I felt like the Escape hybrid was a better value overall. I rarely buy extended warranties with cars, but I did with this one since it was such a good deal at only $4000 but it gave me seven years of extended coverage and up to 80,000 more miles, whichever comes first. Considering how tariffs will affect car part pricing and car repair bills, I thought this was a an exceptional value, just like the car itself. I’ve only had it for three weeks, but I am really enjoying driving the car and seeing how little gas it sips.

I love my Tucson. I've had no bad experiences with Tootie the Tucson. Minor problems are repaired as soon as the problems are presented. I take my breakfast to the service center and settle down until my car is ready. I seldom wait long.

Bought my 2015 Silverado in 2023. It’s been a great running truck. It’s roomy and runs very smooth and is very good on gas mileage.

This review is for a 2.0 turbo AWD Equinox Premier that I bought new six years ago and put 95,000 miles on. Sadly, this 252 HP engine was discontinued shortly after I bought it. Only maintenance in its life were infrequent car washes, twelve oil changes, twelve tire rotations, four new tires at 66,000 miles, rear brakes at 72,000 miles, air and cabin filters replaced twice. I’m still on my original battery and original front brakes. It should be noted that I only use 5W-30 Mobil 1 oil and I change the oil myself religiously as the car tells me to, and rotate tires the same week. For disposal, I pour the oil back into the same container that it was purchased in, so I can say without a doubt that the car has never burned (or leaked) a single shot glass of oil in its entire life. I have never reset the odometer since the car left the factory, so I can say that it has averaged 26.2 miles per gallon over its life, terrific given the power that it has, though I will say that almost all of its miles are highway. That also explains why my mileage on my tires and brakes are so good. And I should add a comment on the auto stop/start that so many in here don’t seem to like. I love it.

I stopped in to look at a used truck and met with Brad who spent lots of time sharing information about the vehicle and comparisons with other vehicles in the same class he seemed very knowledgeable and yet was comfortable to talk to with no high pressure gimmicks....after the sale Brad took the time to show me how to operate controls on vehicle and programmed the blue tooth for my cell phone...I was impressed with the amount of service and maintenance they had done to vehicle including new timing belt, water pump and all fluids and filters replaced ....I recommend Brad and this dealership 😁

I've owned this car for at least a year now. And the ride comfort is better than they say. It is on the road I'm impressed with the off-road. Ability of this vehicle. Love the looks and the style. I was actually looking for a truck. When I bought this but I'm glad I made my decision for the forerunner.

This 2021 Nissan Rogue SL is a great car. It is very comfortable and loaded with features. I am very pleased with fuel efficiency. There has been no problems to report since I bought this car.

They work me in the next day when I had a problem come up. I was surprised at how fast they got everything done along with maintenance given other places having a workers storage. I don?t go anywhere to service my vehicle because I know they are honest & do good work.

Since I've owned it, so far so good. I like my truck and I appreciate it everyday. A little bit of shaking in the steering at high speeds but I'm not concerned with it. Overall, pretty great.

This truck met all of my needs for work and for work around the house hauling materials to build and update as needed and for wood to heat the house.

2021 LT Trail Boss has great styling, powerful engines, and tons of technology in a great package. A commanding view of the road, a nice comfortable interior, amazing Bose Stereo system, tons of storage and tons of space for adults in the crew cab. But there are issues, side mirrors are too small, harsher ride (which I expected), and DFM, GDI engines, and questions on the 10 speed transmissions. I recommend disabling DFM ASAP or using the L9 trick to overide the system, to help prolong the life of the engines from lifter failure. Mine is under warranty for another 18K miles, if it acts up at all its into the dealership for warranty service.

Purchased new a 2020 Chevrolet custom Trail Boss in Satin Steel metallic, it has been great. I just turned 80,000 miles with no issues, it’s been a pleasure to drive, just replaced brakes and tires for the first time at 75,000 miles . I have also purchased new a 86 F-250 and a 01 GMC 1500 which also were great trucks and sold with 190,000 miles on them. Maintenance is key Chevrolet did a great job on the exterior of this truck, love the look and color. Nothing bad to say only a positive experience.

Everyone was very professional and helpful. Had looked, read reviews on cars, and looked at histories, for several months on line. Visited several lots encountered a couple that I did not trust to stand behind their cars. But felt comfortable with Cleveland Fords dependability. BUT did not like that they told me one price only to go in and sign paperwork to find out they tacked on almost $1,400 for a package they put on all used cars. They did remove so bought car and very happy with it.

I really like the eco boost makes the truck get up and go and the ride is smooth and comfortable and has a lot of functionality inside and outside the vehicle and I really like the style of the inside and outside of the truck this truck drives great
