Over the years I've purchased a lot of cars. My experience with Richmond BMW Midlothian was very positive. Charles Armstrong offered the perfect example of how to treat a serious car buyer, especially when I live two hours away. After my initial contact, he responded within minutes. I told him the inventory stock number of the car I wanted, and said I would buy the car from the dealership that gave me the best price and was honest with me. He sent me a detailed sheet of the numbers. I was surprised that BMW Midlothian could compete with the pricing of the dealers in Northern Virginia and Maryland. They did! Also, my car was in excellent condition, and they gave me a fair price for my trade-in on my 2014 BMW X3. The staff is very professional and doesn't use high pressure tactics that some car dealers do. In short, they respects their customers. If you're going to buy a BMW definitely contact BMW Midlothian first. Oh, and be sure to ask for Charles Armstrong. You'll be glad you did.
This is our third Subaru, purchased through Harry. I think that says a great deal about this person. If we didn't feel like we were being treated fairly, we would have never purchased the first one. We love the car, but that is only half the story. The dealership is like a family member to us. The people in the sales, service and parts departments are first class. I am always treated as if I am their most important task for the day, and they do everything in their power to accommodate me and my request. They are good at providing advice, but not before they listen and understand what it actually is that I am requesting. As I tell everyone, they treat me like family.
Team was helpful over the phone, had the car I wanted to look at ready when I came in, and then even pulled several models side by side so I could choose which trim I wanted. I made it clear from the start what my budget was, and they worked hard to keep me in it. I ended up choosing a slightly higher trim level, but they were respectful of my budget by not then trying to oversell me add ons to keep the costs closer to what I had budgeted.
Found the whole experience refreshing. A salesman that actually listens. Harry is very knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to go that extra mile to understand what is needed. I agree with the other reviews, and I couldn't add more than a big THANK you.

Harry Moseley helped me purchase a new Subaru Outback. He listened to all of my "old lady" questions and provided easy to understand answers. I told him this was my first experience buying a new car on my own and, rather than trying to dazzle me with extras I didn't want or need, he did his very best to explain what I needed and why. I've been driving my new Outback for about two weeks now and LOVE it and LOVE Harry!!! He made it one of the best experiences I've had at a dealership and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new Subaru.
I have always had good service from this dealership. It began when I purchased my vehicle, a 2016 Legacy. I liked the way the car was customizable; I didn't have to choose between packages. I wanted leather seats but not a sunroof and was able to opt for leather seats without the other options that I didn't want in that package. They have been courteous and timely when I have taken the vehicle in for routine service. I have really enjoyed doing business with them, which is something I can say about very few dealerships!
Harry especially was great to work with from beginning to end. I???m a tough customer and he was straightforward, honest, and got me to my price without the ???bull???. Richard in finance was also very nice and very professional.
I had visited three other dealerships prior to visiting Subaru of Richmond. Harry greeted me and I felt extremely comfortable speaking with him. Knowing nearly nothing about Subarus, he offered test drives of two different models. He was extremely good at describing both models to a Subaru-uneducated old woman. After giving it a couple of days, I knew the Subaru Outback was just what I had been looking for in a new car. I owe it all to Harry! He was wonderful and never talked down to me as other salesmen had done. It was a very pleasant experience from beginning to end and I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new car.
I think McGeorge Toyota is a good dealership - good people to deal with, patient, not pushy, know their vehicles, and will work with you to make a good deal. My sales person, Christopher Coleman, was so pleasant - I enjoyed talking with him, test driving with him. I bugged him with questions on several visits, and he bent over backwards to help me. I definitely would recommend McGeorge AND Christopher Coleman to others.
