Niche car that's what I needed

This is my 4th Electric Car. It has limitations (no fast charging), but it also is fun to drive and has a lot of storage places inside...seriously. I used to have a LEAF and still have a BMW I3, Tesla Model X and this in the garage. The ED is my go to for quick around town drives. Yes it takes 3 hours to charge if empty...but I knew that going in...and have never come home empty in any of the EVs.

By far the best dealership I've been too. It is very rare when you come across a salesperson that's honest and has great work ethic; and that is exactly what I got from Matt! I simply told him what I was looking for and gave him my budget on a Tuesday afternoon and come Wednesday morning I not only got my vehicle but it was delivered to me. Now that's great customer service! Bob (the finance manager) came across some difficulty when it came to my credit but that didn't stop him, he came through for me and I am extremely grateful. They did not try to pitch another vehicle (like every other dealership did) but instead did their best in getting me approved for the vehicle I wanted. Matt and his team were honest from the beginning and its because of that honesty and hard work that my experience was a great one. Thank you Chicago Fine Motors!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. The gasoline engine version is choppy and annoying. The electric is smooth and fun to drive. Zero to forty is speedy as hell. It handles well in up to four inches of snow. Remarkably comfortable to enter and exit and occupy for up to 6'6" people. Great value for the money and an excellent second vehicle.

I love this car and love the process I went through to buy it. I had wanted an all-electric vehicle, but thought all the them were too expensive. I read a review of the Smart car, and was amazed at the price. I started shopping right away, and went to Flagship Automotive in Lynnfield, MA. I am 63 years old and have been buying cars since I was 18. I have never yet enjoyed the experience until now. I was treated well, and with no pressure of any kind. All of my questions were answered, and my treatment after buying got even better. The car was delivered to me at my home, and if THAT isn't top-notch service , I don't know what is. I had one question after delivery and a phone call got an answer in less than 5 minutes. I am very pleased with the car and the dealership. I have already recommended both, and will continue to do so.

Second generation electric smarts are slower & smaller than the latest version. The ones coming off a 3 year lease are dirt cheep to buy & run. Mileage on them generally is low, because they are typically used as a second car. For around town, grabbing a few sacks of groceries what could be better? The utilitarian ability of the little car is really surprising. The front passenger seat folds almost flat, allowing space for long stuff. It is quick enough off the line and even has a little glass roof that allows you get some sun while you are zipping around town. I average 90 miles on a charge and just plug it into the 110 volt outlet in my garage. For the cost of a 5 year old crappy Yaris, you can have a 3 year old smart EV and reduce your carbon footprint.

Bought the car because it fits in my RV. Its a cabriolet so tooling around with the top down electrically fun. High price but offset with $7500 credit from the government. Mercedes quality. Cons: More range....does not have enough range to make it to the dealer without trailering.

My husband and I have had such great experience with our first dealer from our first SUV 3 years back that we have always wanted to meet someone as good as he was. Fast forward 3 years, we needed another vehicle and we met Ustino. He listened to our preferences, gave us his best insights and suggestions, and gave us the best deal for a 2019 Mercedes Benz GLC. All we asked for were keychains for freebies, but he handed us more than what we wanted. He was no formal-square traditional guy. With regard to my recent lease of a 2018 GLE 350, it is important to highlight the healthy experience I had with Edwin Escarraman. He was welcoming, attentive, thoughtful, detailed and definitive while endeavoring to facilitate my needs. His thoroughness through the transaction and follow-up after I left with my new car were appreciated, as well. I want to add that during the last two decades others have been impressive representatives of Euro Motorcars, including my service representative Dennis Strewsberry, the receptionist Barbara Goodman, and sales manager Jonathan Logue. And, of course Juan Hernandez, who handled the lease paperwork, was great ... as usual. Enough said for now. I am not really sure where to begin but I wanted to share my experience with other consumers so they know what to expect when purchasing a vehicle from Universal Auto Group. I guess I’ll start with how I came to know them. I was in the market for a Japanese built luxury vehicle and used multiple websites to look at dealer reviews first. As a member of USAA, I used their car buying service to accomplish this and narrowed down over 100 dealerships to 4 that I felt would be honest and treat me respectfully. As I did so, I noticed Universal Auto Group had 5 stars on every site I looked at and no negative reviews. At first, I was skeptical and thought they could not be from actual customers but after submitting an inquiry on a Mercedes, I realized that everything that was written about them was true. Aside from receiving a prompt response stating that they would honor the USAA pricing, they also offered to assist me with selecting a vehicle to fit my needs. As I stated, I was in the market for a Japanese luxury vehicle but one visit to their showroom convinced me that I needed to consider a Mercedes. All of their vehicles are pre-owned and some have a history of being involved in an incident but these are also priced accordingly. After test driving the vehicle I was most interested in, I left their showroom without because I wanted to do some independent research and ensure I was getting the very best deal for the money I was spending. That night, I located another Mercedes from another dealership and decided to evaluate their vehicle as well. It came from a Mercedes dealership but was not nearly as nice as the one at Universal Auto Group. Although it was the same model, it lacked package 1 and package 2 and was priced higher than the vehicle I drove. I was offered to take the vehicle for the day and did so. It rode differently in that the person that leased it did not take very good care of it. The vehicles at Universal Auto Group became the standard by which I measured all other vehicles against. I would evaluate if they were as good for the money I was spending. Finally, I decided to purchase the vehicle from UAG and contacted them to let them know. The entire staff at UAG is the absolute best and I am fortunate to have interacted with all of them. The father, Abby Sarraf, and son, Sean Sarraf, are true gentlemen in every sense of the word. They made sure that I did not feel pressured and let the cars sell themselves. On my test drive, every option was explained to me and even after I purchased the vehicle, Sean spent time explaining everything to my wife. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had and I can’t thank Sean enough for making it this way. He even offered to provide contacts for regular maintenance, repairs, parts, etc… at a discounted price because he felt it was an important part of establishing a customer relationship beyond the purchase. I would not only recommend them but would suggest that everyone that is in the market for a vehicle should visit them whether they are considering a Mercedes or not. Although they go above what is necessary to sell a vehicle, I truly appreciate the manner in which they treated us and it felt awesome to thank them by purchasing a car from them.

Mark Cruz is the best! Hands down the most thorough and detailed "introduction" to my 2017 Toyota Prius. My first was in 2008 from a dealership that never explained how to start a hybrid. MarkCruz sat in the car with me for 40 minutes and set up my Bluetooth connections, my music, my navigation, updated the tech features using my phone, explained the safety features, and ALL the other bells and whistles. There was no pressure in his sales. He made sure we were happy with our purchase. He was totally legit. Not pushy or aggressive just chill and patient. Very helpful and professional... My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

live in a adult community & had a golf cart to get around. we live about 15 miles to nearest shopping & dr. couldn't get that far in cart & put a lot of miles & gas into car so bought this smart4-2 coupe & it is great. will keep up with the big cars & is so smooth & a pleasure 2 drive. it also has most of the luxury's in my big car. installed a 220 v charger & now completes a charge in 4 hr or less. my down side is I have 2 travel a long distance 2 have it serviced when needed & wish others could service besides M- Bz or all M-Bz would service.

Excellent experience and, upgrade of entire facility since I purchased my 2006 E350 was nothing short of amazing! Even recent service from time I pulled in on Saturday 2 June early morning to the (almost) excellent car wash (found 2 beads of water running down drivers door, LOL), everything was perfect! Nicely done folks, nicely done. Scott did a great job of follow through & speed of entire crew was amazing. Have never seen anything operate so well. Even car wash was quick & well done. Sales experience with Joseph & Financial with Victor; top notch. No hard sell on upgrades, warranty, wheel-insurance ans such. Overall a 10.0!
