My experience with Auto Quest was smooth from start to finish. I worked with Kevin to get into a beautiful BMW and took it home within 2 hours. They had the vehicle ready out front for me to test drive, let me drive solo, and didn’t tell me when to be back. In the finance department, Scott helped me out with a fair loan offer. Overall, the selection at Auto Quest is top shelf. The cars sell themselves. I didn’t feel pushed into anything. All my questions were answered honestly. I recommend doing business with them!
Karina Kirkmire did an outstanding job of assisting me with any questions I had, and being a top notch professional. She was not pushy and she was very helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend her. Finance Manager Rachel Abielmona was also very helpful and a great communicator with any questions I had.
Keith in sales is top drawer, he found the vehicle with the options that best suited our business, and gave us all the information we needed to make a comprehensive decision - with out pressure to buy. He then turned us over to Coleah in finance , for a seamless close to our purchase. Nice job MB Seattle, we will be back.
I initially posted a negative review after we purchased from Landmark and found out a few months later that our suspension needed a significant amount of work, despite having been told that it was serviced prior to purchase. However, within an hour of posting my review the Landmark GM, Sunil, called to follow up with me to see what the problem was and how they could resolve it for me. I took my car back in, Landmark’s service department took another look, and in the end they did all the suspension work that was required. They really went above and beyond to make sure what could have been a negative experience turned out to be a positive one, and I am very grateful to Sunil and the whole team.
I always come to AutoQuest when buying a pre-owned car because they carry a variety of quality luxury vehicles in great condition. I recently made my 3rd purchase with them. My 2 previous Lexus RXs lasted me a long time with no major problems which is why I returned to upgrade my car here.

I came to Mercedes-Benz of Tacoma in the beginning of October and I was greeted by Augustus in the sales department. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and took me around to show me different cars that might work for me when I am ready. With every other car buying experience I’ve had, if I would have told the salesman that I was not ready to buy they would not have given me the time of day or would have been so pushy. But this time was so refreshing. Will definitely go through Augustus and Mercedes of Tacoma when I am ready!
Everyone was perfect, personable and welcoming (so important to respect and treat your staff well to empower them to pass that kindness and respect to the customers). Just one small thing and the details are so important, remind all the car wash staff who vacuum to get the seat crevices that collect crumbs on the top of the seat.
