I have purchased my last two used vehicles from Willy Herold for my teen and now college aged daughter. The second purchase was simply an upgrade from the first :) My in house buying experience has been more than outstanding. Our 2021 Terrain SLT is really a nice auto. Gets great 30 MPG approximately, But, 0 to 60 is lacking horsepower. Great Little highway auto. Comfortable.....

The truck is designed with the best quality and engineering I've ever experienced with any other truck brand. Beautiful design inside and out. It drives like a charm. The wheels steer like a sedan. I won't buy any other car other than a Tundra in the future.

The LX570 is extremely well designed and is a very attractive automobile. The LX has always provided me with comfortable, dependable, safe transportation. I have owned at least seven or more Lexus automobiles and everything has been a first rate experience with class starting with the company support, the automobiles, dealer organization/ sales/service, and warranty or paid for repairs.

I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

Luxurious car but the tech interface is a disaster (especially voice recognition, but also latency and general UI), and I bought the car only for the tech so I am disappointed.

Buying from out of state was nerve racking. UNTIL I spoke with Bob. Fulfilled requests quickly for videos. The no hassle negotiation. Bob met me at the airport with the car. STL to ATL and back with a car in less than 12 hours. The car was also exactly as describes.

Own 2 Toyota Land Cruisers. OwnED a Range Rover. Land Cruiser far surpasses Land Rover Range Rover in durability, longevity, and value. LC rarely have problems but are easy and affordable to maintain and fix if something happens

STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! The Ranger is a great light duty pickup for urban use. The 4-cyl 2.3L Turbo engine is plenty strong and gets great MPG at highway speeds. Around town I get right at 20 MPG, but at highway speeds it is closer to 28 MPG. It also tows my 3,000 lb boat with ease and gets 1 5 - 18 MPG while doing so. I would have liked a 6' bed, but Ford right-sized this vehicle for those that don't need a full-sized pickup.

I took my car in to be serviced and for a recall. Kia of Columbus services were great from start to finish. I greeted warmly on a very cold windy day. I was taken to Chris at the service desk after being asked if I wanted to see any specific person. Chris provided me all the services I requested and pricing so there would be any surprises. They have a variety of snacks and beverages while you wait. I actually bought my vehicle at this dealership in 2019 and will continue to do business there.

Very happy with our purchase! It's got lots of power & very comfortable. With 2nd row folded down we can get 24 bags of groceries in it. Seats are comfortable & my husband who's 6'6" has plenty of leg room. Now I understand why I see so many Kias on the road!!! It's a joy to drive!

Got used in mid 2025, 12 years old. I would rather drive a more modern car on the road, expressway or trip. I love this car around town, it has been wonderful. I am totally impresssed.
