Hallmark Hyundai made buying a new car from a dealership an enjoyable experience. Their salesmen were not pushy, or overbearing. They answered all of my questions honestly and made me feel comfortable while shopping for a new car. While waiting for my new car to be detailed I mentioned I was getting hungry, and the salesman brought me a BBQ sandwich from where they had lunch catered that Friday. Now that's customer service! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Our Odyssey broke down while on vacation in Nashville and Kris Halmstead was amazing to work with. He and the mechanic worked with our mechanic back home in Milwaukee to rectify the situation. They were extremely methodical, thoughtful and devoted to solving our problem. Again working with Kris was a wonderful experience.

this is the worst place to ever buy a car at in Nashville Tennessee. I have had more problems out of a 2014 Honda Accord Sport buying it from this dealership then I ever had with any of my Hondas. I took it in because little balls of look like hell was coming out of my vents and they said nothing was wrong with it come to find out it's Way Beyond its limit on freon, then I took it in because it took me about 6 times for the car to start they charged me $77 to tell me nothing was wrong with it then come to find out a month later it was a thorttle switch.

My husband and I were looking for a new SUV. I was hesitant to check out the new VW Atlas for fear of being too small. So glad I did, because it was very roomy. I am now the proud new owner of a 2018 VW Atlas. I never felt pressured at any point. The salesman, Jonathon, was very knowledgeable and helpful. The manager was wonderful to work with as well as the finance department. Test drove several different makes at other dealerships and came back to this one. Their customer service and the warranty they offer just can't be beat! And their new building is beautiful and very easy to get to and turn in and out of. Go check it out for yourself.

So I’m writing this for Bryan my salesman. I have a daughter and I told him I would need a fast and simple transaction. He went above and beyond from finding the prefect vehicle to making sure we stayed cool when moving everything over to my new car. He fully explained everything since it was a big upgrade for me. I’ve had problems with their service department but he has been doing everything on his end to fix the problem. I have told many of my friends that if they need a new car Bryan is the man to see.
Our salesperson, Zachery, was a great help and extremely nice to work with. We came in looking at trucks and ended up buying a 2018 Toyota Sequoia, fully loaded. This is our 2nd Toyota and I hope it last as long as the first one, 200,000 miles and no break-downs. I am a Toyota believer.

This is the second car I bought from Keith Haynes! He was great as he was the first time I bought from him!! It started just talking about getting a new one, and I ended up buying again! I was interested in something new but had to have my payments a certain amount, Keith and the group made it happen super fast!! Being there to buy or for service is like hanging out at a friends house with all your buddies there! Everybody is down to earth, and super helpful! The next time I'm ready to buy regardless of where I live, I would go to wherever Keith Haynes is to buy a car!!! He is the man!! Go see him, you won't regret it!!!

When we were ready to trade in an older car for a RAV4 Keith Haynes was the first salesman my husband dealt with. As most good shoppers do, my husband checked with several other dealers in the surrounding area. None of them treated him with the same no pressure, respectful, easy going attitude that Keith displayed. So of course he came back to deal with Keith and got a great deal. We are so pleased with our RAV4 and you can be sure that Wyatt Johnson will be our first choice the next time we are ready for a new vehicle. Thanks Keith!
The GM of the dealership reached out and took care of my complaint/issues in a profession and empathetic manner. No business is perfect and will make errors; however, the measure of a great business is how they handle those errors. In this case, handled beautifully and I am again a fan (more so now than before seeing how issues are professionally resolved) of Wyatt Johnson.
I highly recommend BMW of Nashville for both sales and service. Jeff Pereira was awesome in listening to my needs/desires in my X5 purchase, getting directly to the options and giving his opinion when I asked for it. Fun, relaxed, no pressure purchase. This week, I did not have a service appt. but had a very low tire and was nervous to drive my car as I'm a realtor in it all the time with clients. Michael and the team in the service department immediately found the issue (screw), worked me in, replaced the tire and washed my car for me. Its awesome being able to rely on help when its needed AND to have a happy, clean, classy lobby to wait in while my X5 is being serviced. Loving being a BMW owner.
