Dealership did not have the car we wanted on their lot, however they were able to locate a car exactly like we wanted on our first visit. we took delivery two days later. great experience, very helpful start to finish.
Was bringing vehicle in for a checkup and while waiting was just walking through lot. We were in near future thinking of purchasing a vehicle good on gas and happened to walk by a VW Jetta and it really caught our eye. Howard came out and was very helpful in looking it over a test ride (actually two!) and comparing some other vehicles. He was extremely helpful through whole process. This was our third purchase through a Bill Walsh location and have had great experiences. Thanks to Howard for such great care!
Drove 70 miles to look at a very specific Toyota Camry. It turned out to be worth the trip. Worked with Todd Salazar and GM- Dave Brooker. After listening to my buying concerns, Todd recommended a different Camry. I am glad he did and ended up buying the car he recommended. Throughout the process they listened and were very helpful. I would highly recommend their dealership. I have purchased many cars and this was without question the best experience I have ever had.

We were allowed to take a long test drive that included interstate, secondary roads, and a bit of stop n' go.

Joe Andres is a top notch salesman. I contacted him and told him the make/model van we wanted to see and that we would not have much time as we were traveling to visit family the day before Thanksgiving.
Joe had five mini vans pulled up the the front of the building with the exact options and miles we requested ready to go. He had our car appraised while we test drove the vans and presented us simple numbers all within 45 minutes of arriving. I have bought many new and used cars and his professionalism and timeliness was greatly appreciated. We came back a couple days later and bought a used 2018 van and Joe had all the paperwork ready to go which allowed us to be in and out of the dealership within an hour. I highly suggest working with Joe for your next vehicle purchase !
This is the 2nd vehicle I've purchased through Kyle. He listens and gives his input without pushing. He is a trustworthy man. Jeff in Finance treated me very well each time. I will not shop these folks because it is not necessary. You buy from people, and I buy from these folks. Need I say more?
I was able to make a great deal on a newer Buick Lacrosse in less than an hour at Heller Motors! Their used car was well priced and they gave me good trade in value on my 2015 Buick Lacrosse. It was a great experience!
We purchased a vehicle from Tony and were very pleased with the process. Tony was very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. He made the purchasing process easy and quick! We drove 90 minutes to the dealership and the vehicle we purchased needed some brake service before we could take it. Tony brought the vehicle to us the next day free of charge, which was much appreciated!
Was interested in a 2015 GMC 1 ton dually and was immediately responded to with my inquiry. They were great about contacting me. I went and looked at the truck on a Sunday and talked to a salesperson the following week about the truck and spoke about concerns with the truck. Unfortunately that was as far as I got as someone else was looking at it the same time and they purchased the truck but I thought it was very professional that the dealership took the time to call me and tell me that it had been sold. I appreciated that.

Pleasant greeting. Respectful. But admitted they used a "back door" to show a car they had ordered as if they already had it. Honesty would have saved me a trip! Not likely to believe anything from them in the future.
I have never had a more pleasant buying experience. I left my home in Shorewood at 8:45 AM. Drove to Morris and went to Greenway motors. I had been to 5 other dealers over the last few weeks. John met me when I entered was very pleasant and easy to deal with. He showed me the vehicle I was interested in looking at. I asked for a price which he figured right in front of me. He didn't low ball the price. He gave me a quick fair price. I then asked for a price for my trade in.
The price was the best price I had received and the amount they offered for my car was $3000.00 more than the next highest offer and $6000.00 more than 2 others. They did the paperwork switched everything over with no pressure to buy anything else. They did show me a video and they offered an extended warranty. I declined and we were done. I was back home in Shorewood at my home before noon. This was like a dream. I absolutely hate buying cars because of the mysterious unknowns most dealers use against their customers. Greenway didn't try any of that. In the future they will be the first place I will visit, when car shopping.
