Friendly Transparent Process
by Will3030 from DealerRater.com
December 4, 2018
I went to Glanzmann after my car broke down with the plan to finance a used Subaru. I took a few cars for test drives and decided I was interested in a 2012 Subaru Forrester. During the underwriting process I was sitting next to another gentleman and we were both discussing how we expected to get hit with loads of hidden fees further into the sales process. We ended up both being pleasantly surprised that the fees and closing costs were the same from the first time we saw them to the completion of the purchase, and consisted of basic charges such as recording fees, transfer tax, small doc prep, etc. Like a lot of people I expect a real hassle when buying a used car especially when financing one but this process was extremely transparent and straightforward which I think is a real differentiator. Additionally the employees were incredibly accommodating of us. Arron Faison was great to work with as was his manager ( his name escapes me -- Southern accent), and the assistant manager (in training for a management role, also great), who we worked with once it got to the financing and final close stage. The Subaru itself is great, and is in meticulous condition (the detailing here is great). My only regret is that I didn't buy a car from here sooner. I'll also say this -- You can tell when a business is well run, with robust management and employee accountability. I inquired as to whether this was a family business and whether the family was present and was told that yes it was and, yes, they were. That really shows. Kudos. The only dealership I would think of to recommend.
Our 3rd Subaru

We've had 2 Subaru Foresters previously and had no problems what so ever. Buying an Ascent was not a hard decision. We wanted more room and comfort so we bought the Limited model. 4 months and aprox 7500 miles, both city and highway miles with no problems at all. Excellent vehicle

Very Happy With Glanzmann Subaru
by Andy B. from DealerRater.com
November 27, 2018
We were very happy with our car buying experience at Glanzmann (a 2016 Subaru Forester). Our Sales Consultant (Arron Faison) was very professional, knowledgeable and polite while walking us through the process and during the test drive, and answered all of our questions. We indicated that we thought we could get a better financing rate through our Credit Union, and Dana Goodman went the extra mile to chase down an even better rate for us. The Finance part and paperwork is usually pretty long and tedious, but George Shaffer was polite, efficient and patient (we read everything) in guiding us through that process. Overall, a good team, a good experience. We were happy with the Glanzmann Dealership, and we'd use them again. Andy B.
Love the Ascent

We are about 2 months into our Ascent ownership and it’s one of the best vehicles we’ve ever owned. We compared it to the Toyota Highlander, Acura RDX, Lexus RX and Infiniti QX50 and 60 and nothing else compared. The Ascent had so many more features for the money, rode better and had all of the latest tech. Super comfortable seats and a smooth ride is what we enjoy most. Highlander is ancient next to the Ascent, Acura had a terrible ride and the Lexus and Infiniti’s lacked basic things like Apple CarPlay and were so over priced when adding features. It’s not the flashiest suv on the road but it’s the best all around SUV out there for the price.
