Buying Experience With Kyle & Blaise Alexander

I worked with Kyle Engel during my purchasing process. I had been to 7 different dealerships over the course of a few weeks and was tired of car-shopping by the time I got to Blaise Alexander Subaru. I thought I had made my decision but wanted to test-drive and have numbers run on one last car, an impreza, just to please my boyfriend who was concerned about me not having an AWD vehicle. He suggested we try this place because he had a good buying experience when he purchased his new Subaru from here 6 years prior. I was impressed with Kyle's honesty. Right from the start I knew I was being treated fairly and that he was trying to give me the best deal he could. On the test drive he took me on a dirt road so I could feel the handling, let me drive it on the highway since I have a mostly highway commute to work, and took me on road that was a little "hilly" for lack of a better word to feel how it handled the different terrain. He answered all of my questions and ultimately I changed my mind and bought the Subaru. I have had it for 4 days now and already made a 300 mile holiday drive to NEPA. I was pleased to find that Kyle was right-- the car handles great in rain and on the back roads very nicely. He was knowledgeable about the car and the process and never pushed me into buying, nor did the manager at this one (thankfully, because if one more manager came over and walked on their sales associate I was going to lose my mind--some are so rude to their employees). I highly recommend this dealership over other Blaise Alexander Dealers and other dealers in the area.
