Purchased a new WRX from another dealer and was having alignment issues from the get-go. Went back to that dealer to get an alignment under warranty -- only to notice the alignment was never really corrected properly 100 miles later. Decided to go to Brilliance Subaru for two reasons: 1) MUCH closer to home and 2) We purchased a Forester from them very recently and was impressed by not only the sales/financing staff, but also the punctuality & quality of work from the service team's pre-delivery inspection (couldn't say the same about the dealer I purchased the WRX from...). This gave me a good idea of the kind of work they do and made me more confident in Brilliance. Brought the vehicle in on an appointment for the alignment and had a pleasant, professional interaction with Adam Mennella - got checked in and was told it'd be an hour or so. Enjoyed a few cups of water, perused the vehicles on the lot, chatted with Phil Liang (who we purchased the Forester from), and was out of there in under 45 minutes! Alignment was now how it SHOULD'VE been in the beginning and I even got a print out of the pre- and post-alignment numbers (had to poke and prod at the other dealer to get a copy). Went off on my day with a quick turn-around time, complementary car wash, and even more confidence in Brilliance Subaru's service team. I will be returning to Brilliance for the foreseeable future for all my service needs!
