My husband and I will never shop at another car dealership in the area now that we have experienced the excellent customer service at Ozark Chevrolet. They are fair, friendly and actually care about their customers. We have traded many vehicles over the years and other salesman haven’t come close to the customer service “Hank” gave us!!

Purchased the Ascent Touring edition 2 weeks ago, after test driving the Audi Q7, VW Atlas, and Volvo XC 90 (and having had the latter 2 models as recent rental cars as well). We liked the Subaru just as much as the Audi and Volvo in spite it being a dramatically less expensive car. Visbility is better than its peers. The 7-seat layout with 2 second-row captain's chairs fits our family perfectly; usually there are 4 of us +/- a large dog, and then sometimes some soccer kids or friends join us as well. The interior on the Touring is very attractive, first and second-row seating are extremely comfortable (the 2nd row much plusher than the Atlas), and the center stack and instrumentation is intuitive and pleasant to use. The car is very feature-rich for the price. The moonroof is huge and beautiful. Sometimes I feel like my head is near the top of most cars, but the Ascent has a ton of headroom. Bluetooth integration is great, and both the Bluetooth and the seat memory are very well-designed for two-driver families. The 2.4L engine is way peppier than I would have expected; it's not quite as powerful as the 3.6L version of the Q7, but it is more-than-sufficient; much better than my old Toyota Sienna. It's fun to drive and it feels like a luxury car. I'm happy every time I get to drive it. And because Subaru is so reliable, we were able to buy a manufacturer's extension to the standard 3/36,000 warranty to take it up to 10 years/100,000 miles (excluding wear-and-tear items like breaks and rotating electrical) for only $3,700 more.

Chuck Lucas was our sales person, and he was amazing! He treated us like family, and that made us feel like we were exactly where we needed to be. One of the first things he told us was that he is a Christian, and he feels called to make sure that his customer's car buying experience is a positive and blessed one. He was in no way pushy, and even asked more than once if we had any questions or concerns about the vehicle. Before I test drove a car, I explained to Chuck that we had just been discharged from a 5-year bankruptcy. I needed to let him know about that up front, because I knew financing would be a problem due to our credit situation. I did not want to waste his time or ours, if the dealership did not deal with people that have credit issues. Chuck told me that they are a family-owned and operated business, and they understand that life is not easy, and that hardships arise. At no time were my husband and I made the feel uncomfortable due to our credit situation. The finance department did a great job of getting our credit approved, and our payment where it needed to be. I would 100% recommend the Dick Dean Subaru team, and when it is time for another vehicle we will be back.

We just bought the Ascent a week ago but it has already proved to be a very versatile and family-friendly SUV. Our kids outgrew the passenger cabin in our Forester so the Ascent was a great next step for us because we love Subaru's reliability and ability to go almost anywhere. Our 16, 14, and 12 year old fit very well in the Ascent with room to spare.

I???ve been researching the Subaru Outback for some time. Ex-Volvo guy looking for a wagon with the market offering limited options. I had just got out of a BMW 3 series wagon, but it did meet all my requirements; a wagon with ground clearance and a great safety record. That lease was over and I was back in the market for a new car. The VW Alltrack caught my eye, a wagon with some ground clearance. I went on a test drive and soon realized it was not the car for me. I was going to drive home and saw Kennesaw Subaru across the street. I decided to pull in and was greeted by Ralph Kurland. As opposed to a car salesman, he was a Subaru ???aficionado???, and knew the product extremely well. Ralph asked a few basic questions and narrowed down the trim to the 2.5 Limited ??? ???L??? for leather as Ralph said. Before the test drive, Ralph did a quick overview of all the options the car had. During the test drive, Ralph pointed out features that could only be experience while driving. He discussed how some of the safety features in the car were also in the Subies both he and his wife drove. Before the test drive was over, I knew I wanted to buy the car, but did not want to show all my cards. I was ready for the hard negotiation. First, the car did not come with LED headlights standard on the Limited. Ralph soon found it on the lot. Ok, this it, all check marks were checked. Ralph then started the negotiation process. Surprisingly enough, there were no games, tricks or gimmicks. Great financing, and no back and forth with the finance manager. I was happy with the price and the product, and pulled the trigger. To say that I bought the car because of Ralph is an understatement. I???ve bought quite a few cars in my lifetime, but the experience with Ralph has erased years of bad experience with other dealers and car brands. While you may want to buy the car online, it???s worth your while to step into the Kennesaw Subaru dealership to see the product and have Ralph Kurland talk about the car. He???s passionate about the product, the brand, and his job. I now understand why people love Subaru???s ??? I???m a convert.

We have had two exceptionally satisfying experiences with South Ogden Subaru. In both instances, Nathan Walker was our principle contact (salesman and overall guide through the purchase process). We purchased our first Forester in March 2016 and knew we had found the right dealership and salesman. Unfortunately, we were involved in a serious accident (not at fault) that "totaled" the car this past August (2017). We made an appointment with Nathan and he guided us, again, through the selection and purchase of a new 2017 Forester. We picked it up just two days later!! Nathan treated us "like family"; very sympathetic about our misfortune and personally supervised every detail of our second transaction. The only reason I didn’t get this car was because it hasn’t been on the market long. I’ve had a past purchase of a new model jeep in the past and ran into all sorts of issues. So I did lease an Acadia. I can’t wait for the lease of my vehicle to be up though because by then it will have been on the market for longer and I will Definitely will get the ascent!

I had a battery with one bad cell (or so AAA told me after they started my car). So I called and then drove straight to Paul Miller Subaru which, as it happened, was having a sale on batteries. I checked into Express service and asked them to put in a new battery and check my wiper blades. The whole thing took about 20 minutes and I was back driving to work with a new batter for $100 plus installation and a new free set of wiper bladed that happened to be under warranty after 8 months. Pretty cool.

While shopping for a used, low-mileage Subaru Legacy I stopped in to Ramsey Subaru to test drive a 2014 2.5i Limited and a 2011 3.6R. One young sales associate took me on a test drive and was very knowledgeable and personable. I decided although I enjoyed the 3.6R's added horsepower, the fuel economy and super low-mileage on the 2.5i Limited made it a better value (not to mention the fact that it was also a CPO -- Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle. I was not set on the sticker price at the time, came in spoke to another sales associate and it didn't seem like they were willing to budge on it. I gave them my information and asked them to call me when the price came down. I went to several dealerships in the area to test drive other used Subaru Legacys and other comparable cars (Acura TL, Acura TLX, etc). After returning home the following weekend, I noticed that the car had dropped near $1900 on car gurus. It was Saturday night and I knew the dealership was closed on Sundays, but I called and e-mailed anyway. I told My sales consultant Dan Willis that I'm ready to put a deposit down on the 2014 Subaru Legacy 2.5i Limited that I had test drove the week before. He got back to me first thing Monday morning, I put down a $1000 deposit. The dealership was very patient with me as I wanted to get a couple of fixes done to my 2005 Subaru Legacy that I planned on giving my nephew for his 17th Birthday. When working out the numbers with the Finance Manager, Michael Pandolfelli, I was given a couple of interest rates for different finance terms, I told him that he absolutely has to continue to work and get me a lower rate. A day or two later he called me back with an excellent rate with my bank of choice! When I came in to pick up my new car and finalize the paperwork, I noticed the price had dropped AGAIN on the dealership website, when I asked him to honor the newly discounted price, Michael said he can do that for me. When discussing extra options like extended warranties, it was slightly over the monthly payment I had OK'd myself to spend. He asked me what that monthly payment would be (difference of $3 or $4 / month), he made that happen, as well. After signing off, Dan Willis the Sales Consultant, brought me to my immaculately clean new (used) car and gave me a full walk-through on all the features the car included: Power-Sun Roof, Hill Assist, Cruise Control, Heated Seats, Back-Up Camera, Stereo and many other features. He made sure he answered any questions that I had for him and was happy to drive home. These two made my buying experience a pleasure and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Ramsey Subaru in the future!

The Subaru Ascent is a pleasant surprise, even though all of the reviews I read about it were positive. It's a very comfortable car, and to me drives more like a car than an SUV. I was a Honda owner previously (Pilot, Accord), and thought that I would end up with another Pilot, but the Ascent blew me away. Great features for the price, comfortable seating, and plenty of room in the back for the kids and dogs. The controls and technology are exactly what I wanted - comprehensive, yet easy to operate (and reach). Great design. Plenty of USB ports for the kids. Very happy with the decision to buy, and love this car so far. The only shortcoming so far is the acceleration (where you can feel that this is a turbo 4-cylinder), but the Ascent does get up to cruising speed relatively quickly - and the ride is so comfortable I have to remind myself to slow down because I'm going faster than it feels!

Let me just start by saying I???m NOT someone who writes reviews, about anything. My experience at Ramsey Subaru however, with Kyri, has made me actually rethink my ???ahh who cares about a review, I got what I want??? mindset lol. So to start, I went there interested in seeing the new Subaru Ascent. We were welcomed by Kyri as we were looking around the vehicle. He didn???t bother us after that, just a friendly ???hello and welcome if you need help I???m Kyri??? kind of approach. We eventually approached him with some questions. He was more than open and very down to earth with me and my wife, as well as my mother whom were with me. And since he was so down to earth I feel I should be blunt about my review and honest. From the start I didn???t get the ???xxxxxxx salesman trying to push a car on me??? feeling I???ve gotten other places. this is my 7th car I???ve owned, my first Subaru. Ive owned Audi, Toyota, Mercedes, Mazda, & 2 BMW???s. He was very straight forward with a lot of his answers and didn???t mind that we of course, were trying to pinch some pennies (or more of course). He made numerous trips to his boss to talk over what we can do as far as getting the best for our money, as well as our trade in on our BMW which we were negative in equity! All in all a very great experience. I can go on and on but nobody is going to read that big of a review. In the end what???s important was we were all happy. And got what we wanted without feeling like the dealer still ???won??? lol. Very great experience and would recommend Kyri to family and friends anytime. Thank you Kyri from the Porter family!
Best car ever except for mud

I currently own two Subaru models. A 2016 Forester and about 3 days now a brand new 2019 Ascent premium. The only problem that needs to addressed on both cars is muddy road conditions. These cars are mud collectors. The undercarriage needs to be smooth with added mud guards to protect the brakes. Alloy rims should not be so deep inside. The Forester will hold mud in the rims making them go out of balance. Mud will also get under the lower door seals. When it feezes opening the door damages the seals. And they are very expensive to replace. Mud collects under the rear bumper. Wheel wells also. The Ascent is not as bad but mud still gets under the door seals. For an off road capable car this should not be happening.

Please note the 2018 Explorer Sport I recently leased through Hassett is the 4th vehicle I've obtained through your dealership within the past decade. When I returned on October 28th Mike knew exactly which vehicle and options I was interested in and he offered me several vehicles with different color combinations to choose from. I decided to go with another Explorer Sport only this time in white with a black interior so I placed a deposit on the car the very same day. The following day I returned with a bank check and received delivery of the vehicle. Due to Mike's professionalism and knowledge doing business with Hassett is truly a pleasure. My latest transaction with Mike and Hassett was by far the quickest and smoothest I've ever experienced during my lifetime of purchasing or leasing new Ford or Mercury vehicles. I've also dealt with your finance manager Danny during the the past three vehicle transactions. Danny is also extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly so you have an excellent team in place at your dealership. When ever it comes time for a new vehicle purchase or lease I'm assured I can always find what I'm looking for and do business with at Hassett due to the excellent team of professionals you have on staff at your dealership. Both my wife and myself love our new vehicle even more that we did our 2016 red Explorer Sport.

In mid-November, 2015 I bought my 2015 Subaru Legacy with help from Gus (no longer w/Steve Lewis) and he was great - articulate and efficient. The tech person who helped me e.g. sync my phone etc. (Julie) was helpful too. The 1,000 mile "check-up" was uneventful. I had the 6,000 mile service conducted at about 5,800 miles b/c it was convenient to me; that was about three weeks ago. It was done quickly; and when I left the lot I felt all was good. I did however need follow-up help with two issues: (a) once my odometer reached 6,000 miles, when I turned on the car I was offered help to schedule my 6,000 mile service (which had been done); and, (b) my phone had become "unsynced" from the car. So, I called expecting it to be a hassle to figure things out. I was told to come over at my earliest convenience, which I did that day (afternoon of Friday, March 11). The guy at the service desk (sorry I didn't get his name) listened to my description of what I needed help with and summoned Benny Cruz who accompanied me to my car and in 15 minutes he had me on my way with everything "made right". I want to thank the Steve Lewis Subaru staff who fielded my call and emphasized they wanted to fix my problems ASAP, the gentleman at the desk who listened carefully to my "problems" and then summoned the aforementioned Mr. Cruz who was quick, very competent and polite. While I have only owned the Asent since January I have been impressive. This replaces my 2002 Toyota 4-Runner. I compared to Highlander but one test drive in the Acent and I was impressed. Adaptive cruise control is amazing. The dealership kept selling out of the mid-level trim so bought the Touring model off the showroom floor. I have bad back and these seat are wonderful. Seat have both heat and a/c. Yes cooling front seat (I live in Florida). Has power when you need it. Gas mileage is in 20 mpg range and great is regular gas. I looked at Audi Q5 but was out of my price range and this Ascent has all the same bells and whistles for $10k less. All the folk that have Subarus say I will be very happy with reliability. Hope it will be good as my 4Runner was!!

When I arrived at the dealership I noticed they were busy and did not know where to begin. I was greeted by Mark who gave us a realistic time frame to be seen, 45 minutes. The manager Dan checked in on us. Mark actually was the salesman to help us, it was worth the wait. He knew the Forester lineup and was able to ascertain which model would be the best for us. He listened to our concerns and why the Forester might be better for us than the RAV 4. With other customers staring at us waiting to be helped Mark never took his attention off us despite letting him know we would be buying before the winter. When it comes time after revisiting each of the dealers and choosing which car we will lease, we will give Mark the opportunity to earn our business.

I purchased a Forester in RI after an exhaustive study of reviews on the "best snow cars". I was initially shocked by the maintenance cost and disappointed in the quality of service I was receiving. I was let down by 2 dealerships before deciding to become an educated consumer. I read many online reviews before scheduling the next big service appointment even though I was concerned that reviews can be skewed or unreliable. Two dealership service departments in MA, NH, RI climbed to the top of my review scale. AutoFair ranked No 1 and Patrick No 2 when I filtered online reviews through my own quality criteria and weight factors... (Yes... I'm an engineer with 35 years of service). Once my first visit at AutoFair was completed, I revisited my review table (Pugh Matrix) and AutoFair has climbed even higher. I do not want to mislead anyone about cost, though. Pricing was NOT one of my evaluation criteria because I have resigned to the fact that Subaru service prices sizzle everywhere. I will also caution that techs can be absent-minded or "miss a spot" under pressure, like everyone else. In this case, the mishap was that I was pulled over by a cop outside the dealership because I was driving away on a flat tire (nobody noticed it while replacing 4 brakes and rotors). Please feel free to ask "how many engineers does it take..." because I was equally guilty. How silly of me to drive away, turn on the radio, and drown out the thumping noise of a flat tire. Most importantly: The front desk managers, as well as the techs were courteous and personable. Being too old and impatient to stay seated for long, I paced back and forth (like an expectant father in a waiting room) in front of the service desk watching the maintenance process through the glass wall. I was often in the way but nobody lost their patience or their smile. OK... maybe a salesman pointed me twice to the coffee machine in the waiting room. Neither the mechanics nor the managers tried to sell unnecessary work to me. I was extremely happy NOT to get a lecture on "recommended" service or materials intended to inflate bills. I showed up 95 minutes before my appointment time, and nobody tried to "correct me" or to protest that I was messing up their scheduling software. Even though they respected customers with earlier appointment times, they also drove mine in a bay and a mechanic who was winterizing cars also found time to make progress on mine. At the end, I left 60 minutes earlier than expected. I can testify that my experience was great and that I look forward to socializing again with the two coordinators and the mechanic I met. Nice people that treat customers with respect. I am going back, and I have already pre-paid for a package of 4 oil changes through their Service Rewards Program.
Powerful a few really poor issues

The car is powerful, handles really well. Having owned five Subarus, I expected nothing less. That said, after six months, several annoying trais have emerged, which I consider to be game changers:1) dumb auto locking doors drive me nuts. They have been set, to supposedly unlock all doors when driver's door is opened. Only half the time, rear doors remain locked. 2)The radio can not be turned off. Consequently, unless you just leave it on, and turn volume to zero, you are confronted with scresming radio, seconds after you start the car. 3) interlock on tranny is sorely screwed. If you accidentally take it out of park before starting, you are screwed for about five minutes, begging it to start. Just returning to park doesn't work. Gotta tirn off ignition (another joke), open and close doors, wait for it to actually go off, then try to restart. 4) oh screw it, suffice to say, electronics are half baked. THEN, there is a flap to hide the trailer hitch. If you ever take it off, good luck ever getting it safely re attached. Finally (I hope) the glove box is a joke. Think it might be a good car in a year or two.

I would give 10 stars if I could! But 5 stars across the board easily! I was looking all over for the perfect vehicle for me, and was about to give up hope until I came across the Exeter Subaru website! Not only was the website easy to access, the prices were the best around! I inquired in and started working with Jessica Taft in the internet sales department, and she was absolutely wonderful and pleasant throughout the whole process. I had requested everything be done beforehand, as I would be making an hour plus drive. I had never even test drove a Subaru, nevermind owned one, but if it worked out. It was meant to be, right? So I was a complete pain in the a$$, yet Jessica was always so nice! Everything worked out and I was on my way to Exeter Subaru to pick up my new ride. As I walked in, I was greeted at the door by a very polite, nice and funny salesman, Zach Hawkins. He was such a pleasure to work with! He made the whole process such a breeze. We were offered some refreshments and everyone who walked by greeted us with a smile! No pressure, no troubles and got us in and out in an efficient and timely manner! The car I came in on was ready to go for a test drive and when we got back, we did the paperwork, Zach got the vehicle ready and we were out of there in no time happy as can be!!! Huge thank you to Jessica and Zach and everyone else involved that made this experience so great! I will for sure be back and you have earned a customer for life! I absolutely love my brand new 2017 manual Subaru Impreza, by the way! :)

This car is amazing and so much fun to drive. Too many features to name here. Can’t even pick a favorite. For a three row seater it handles like a sedan but has room room galore. The third row is so comfortable and has its own vents. Cup holders everywhere. This is a must drive. You will be blown away. Subaru has thought of everything

I made an inquiry online and got a call back from Shannon but was busy and kept getting call backs from other salesmen. The last caller was Braden so I settled with him as my representative. Braden convinced me to purchase used 2013 Honda Fit with an excellent exterior/interior. Before purchase I was going to take it for a $200 pre-inspection at the Honda dealership down the road but the salesman Braden assured that nothing is wrong with it mechanically. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, he seems like a honest dude but that???s their job I suppose. Anyway, they offer 3,000 miles or 60 day warranty that covers 100% of any repairs. It was hard to one up this dealership, I didn???t get the price point I wanted but I got the KBB fair market value price. Braden also threw in a coffee mug and a hat to make me feel like I left something more LOL. After agreeing to price point, I met with their finance manager, nice man and easy to talk too. Didn???t give off the ???better than you??? vibe. I think his name is Timothy? Not sure but bald head. I felt like most of the staff at this dealership were friendly. I would buy again from them.
