My husband first met Coco the day prior to our purchase when he came in to look at a few vehicles. He made a point to tell me that he really liked working with Coco and he felt Coco truly listened to what he was looking for. He didn't find anything that day, but the following day we scoured the internet once again and came upon a Forester for sale. So we headed back to the dealership and arrived 10 minutes before closing! Coco was very professional and efficient! We took the vehicle for a test drive and was able to work through the purchasing process very quickly. We did not feel pressured at all. This purchase is for our son who drives in the mountains and snow frequently, so we are excited for his new Suburu experience - it's reputation is impeccable! We would definitely return to Suburu of Las Vegas!
When I started looking at new cars it was just shapes I was drawn to so I had a list of ones to test drive. I had heard Subaru???s are good cars so I went to take a look. I was originally interested in the Crossover but fell in love with the Impreza in the showroom. We met Coco as we walked in and he was fun from the beginning. He listened to everything I wanted and then went and got that car with everything down to the color for me to test drive. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car, pointing out all the features. We talked vaguely about purchase price that night and he went over everything that???s included in the price. I still had more cars to look at so without being pushy in anyway he gave me his information if I decided I was interested. After test driving elsewhere I decided immediately the Impreza was for me. I notified Coco and we started the process over text. I couldn???t be back because of my schedule but he handled all the preliminary stuff for me over the phone on his day off. I set up an appointment after the Thanksgivings holiday to finalize the paperwork and purchase the car. Again super professional and easy process. He had everything ready for me and the car I fell in love with was ready for me to take home. Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and helpful. They truly listened to my needs and made it happen. The process was more like a Birthday celebration than a car buying experience. I got all kinds of free gifts, they donated to a charity on my behalf and they had my car all shiny and sparkling ready for me in the showroom. They went over how all the tech stuff works in the car and encouraged me to call or come back with any questions. Since that day Coco has reached out to me to assure me if I need anything at all to contact him. He is more like a friend than a salesperson. I truly feel like I can hit him up for anything I need. Sweet guy. This truly has been the best car buying experience I???ve ever had. When I knew I needed to buy a new car I was dreading dealing with car salesman. Coco and the crew at Subaru has changed how I feel about the process. I would and will and have recommended them to anybody looking to purchase a new car. Oh and I absolutely love my sorry new red Impreza with all the bells and whistles. 😊
we had a great experience with Daniel and the dealership. thanks for taking care of us so well. we tend to avoid buying cars from dealerships and would definitely come back to Wilsonville again. We would have like to have made a donation in the physical area we live, so, this was a little disappointing that they only allowed us to choose a few local ones to them.
We traded in our Equinox in a new Forrester after meeting Curtis & Alex at the auto show. They were wonderful, positive and helpful without being pushy. Alex took a ton of time to answer all our questions and take us around the lot. He stayed with us through the entire process, even delivered the vehicle to me 2 days later (in the Salem area) and went over every detail of the car to make sure I knew how everything operated. Came in for some repairs to be done on my 2013 kia optima. Walked outside and looked around while i was waiting, and found a 2018 Kia Optima that i really wanted. KIRK and TRAVIS are amazing. They did everything we asked for and were super friendly. Great group of people. I got my 2018 Optima! Sure am going to miss my 2013 tho . CJ (Curtis) from service did an amazing job repairing my 2013, but I just had to have the new one. Again thank you KIRK and TRAVIS for all your time and hard work gettin us in the car i wanted. It was a pleasure getting to meet you guys!! Would highly recommend KIA OF WACO!
My husband and I went to Ferguson’s to look for a late model used pickup recently on a Saturday afternoon. We we able to shop by ourselves without being bombarded by salesmen. At the right time Tim Flusche came out and asked if he could help. He gave us prices on the trucks we were interested in. My husband selected his truck and Tim got the paperwork done quickly and we were on the road. There was no pressure to buy and that’s how we like to shop.
We checked out two other local dealerships (Toyota/Chevy) and Village Pointe earned our business hands-down. Justin D'Angelo was thorough, answered all of our questions and made sure that everything from the vehicle features to financing was transparent. We received two other quotes on our trade in and Justin was able to match that plus offer a better deal on the vehicles. We walked away with fully loaded autos and a great maintenance package for each for less than the other dealership was quoting a purchase / lease combo for two vehicles. If the service department is half as good as the sales / financing is then I will be extremely happy. Thanks for all of your hard work and professionalism Justin. I had a great experience with Jeff Hepler (Sales), Bekah Wehman (Finance) and team at My Auto Import Center. Even though a long distance transaction, Jeff and Becka were very helpful and took care of the details. There was never any high-pressure sales tactics. On day of pick up, I only had a couple of forms to sign and I was on my way. This is my first VW and I am very happy with my GTI so far! Gene H. contacted me by text while I was still researching Subaru dealerships. When I got lost in Tampa, he called and stayed on the phone with me until I got there.. This is before I had even met him. He was patient, answered all my questions,explained about the company, and never once pressured me. He was the best salesperson I've ever dealt with in my life. Next I went to see Julio A. He was amazing. He was very thorough with his explanations, and went out of his way to help me get the financing. Both Gene and Julio spent over an hour on hold to the credit bureau to make it possible for me finance the car. They both treated me like family. They introduced me to Rachel W. who will be calling me to follow up on any concerns or questions. I even met the people in the service department because they had to reprogram something so I could have a phone in the car.
