Was looking for a new car for my son and he liked the Subaru BRZ. I made an appointment to come in for a test drive, and left that same day with a new car. There was no pressure to buy like at some dealerships and the salesman was very nice . All in all we had a good experience and would recommend this dealership
I brought my car because the oil light came on well within my 6,000 mile service period. The car will be monitored for oil consumption. The vehicle has only 16,000 miles on it, so I am hopeful that the problem can be resolved.
It was very easy making an appointment.
During the appointment the facilities were very nice for awaiting completion.
The facility location is reasonably close to fast food outlets.
The service coordinator came to me (in the lounge area) when the service was completed.
One nice "extra" was having my car washed during the service appointment.
Overall, this was an efficient, pleasant and comfortable environment.
Diablo Subaru always provides the best customer service. That is why I also say that going there with my Subaru Outback is like going to a car spa. Service is prompt, welcoming and gracious. The shuttle is always available if needed, the waiting area is comfortable and coffee, tea and hot chocolate are available as well as flavorful popcorn. When the routine maintenance is done, they wash the car. The only thing that weighs on me is the cost of routine maintenance. When I brought my car in yesterday and was shown the cost, I was in shock. So my service person said they could do half the items on the list and the other half after quite a few more thousand miles. But even at half the initial cost shown to me, it was a whole lot of money. That is the only downside for people who live on a tight budget.
Bought a used car. Came from out of town and drive 100 miles to dealer location. Everything went well with the purchase. Financing agent explain all the details of the sale. We felt no pressure and was dealt with honestly.
Drove down from Sacramento just before closing to buy a certified 2014 Honda Odyssey...the internet salesman Jim Bautista took his time showing us the vehicle..went over everything and made sure all our questions were answered..did not pressure us on any extras and same with the finance department...best dealership experience yet...thank you for a great experience!
After seeing the vehicle that I was looking for on cars.com at Livermore Honda, I called to find out if the car was still available. Moe assured me it was, so I drove 1 hour and 45 minutes to see the car. The price and mileage was amazing! Dan, Moe, and Q were so helpful and made the buying process simple and quick. I love my car!
Submitted an online inquiry from cars.com for a used Subaru Outback 2015 2.5i Limited. Ahmad Rahimzadah replied the morning after. We took our time and pondered before driving out 2 days later to Livermore (~40 miles drive). Rang up Ahmad to let him know we're coming in and if the car's available for viewing, it was!
Ahmad told us there was great deal on going (4th july weekend, yes!) for similar model 2017 version, new car, and with the trim options I was looking, for about $1.5K more than the pricetag on the used one. There was 1 left in their inventory, took it for a spin, fortunately everything worked out fine! And we left the dealership with a brand new car! Ahmad wasn't pushy, and he give us all the time we need to decide although we could see he was tired and it was almost end of the day. Thanks, Ahmad!
Went in for an oil change and free multi point inspection. I received the inspection report at the end and everything checked out. However, I know for a fact that I came in with my windshield washer fluid light on and it came back on while I was on the road. Their report said that all fluids (including the washer fluid) level was good. If they made this up, not sure what else they made up on the report.
This is the first vehicle that I have ever purchased from Carlsen Subaru. Bret McElroy is an amazing person to work with. He answered all my questions promptly and was very friendly to speak with.I can honestly say that he made my experience painless and helped me out so much when I was looking for my 2019 Subaru Outback. Super great guy and I would highly recommend him to all my friends and family. Everyone I came in contact with at Carlsen Subaru was very friendly and outgoing. All around great experience.
