I made an inquiry online and got a call back from Shannon but was busy and kept getting call backs from other salesmen. The last caller was Braden so I settled with him as my representative. Braden convinced me to purchase used 2013 Honda Fit with an excellent exterior/interior. Before purchase I was going to take it for a $200 pre-inspection at the Honda dealership down the road but the salesman Braden assured that nothing is wrong with it mechanically. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, he seems like a honest dude but that???s their job I suppose. Anyway, they offer 3,000 miles or 60 day warranty that covers 100% of any repairs. It was hard to one up this dealership, I didn???t get the price point I wanted but I got the KBB fair market value price. Braden also threw in a coffee mug and a hat to make me feel like I left something more LOL. After agreeing to price point, I met with their finance manager, nice man and easy to talk too. Didn???t give off the ???better than you??? vibe. I think his name is Timothy? Not sure but bald head. I felt like most of the staff at this dealership were friendly. I would buy again from them.
I love to get my infinity JX35 serviced here! They are all so nice and it's a beautiful facility. They have a big TV, snacks and drinks and free wifi. My car always comes back vacuumed and washed.
We drove over to Redding from the coast just to look for one (maybe 2) trucks. We knew we wanted Toyota because well the name should explain it all. 😊 Anyway, we went to Lithia Toyota of Redding to look at a few trucks, but decided to drive around and check out other options. Ultimately, we ended up back at Lithia Toyota... Not only did we leave with one Toyota, but we left with two Toyota Tundra???s!! The sales staff that we worked with were so great and made the whole experience so positive and easy! Even when a problem did arise, I was able to call Casey and get it resolved quickly! The customer service at this dealership is amazing! They truly go above and beyond to make the customer happy!

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Dropped in without an appointment at almost closing time and spoke to our service advisor Danielle. We had a trip scheduled the next day in our motorhome and when I was getting it ready for the trip noticed a problem that needed repair. Danielle was very professional and was able to get the motorhome serviced and ready for pickup before noon the next morning. A big thanks to Riverside Ford and Danielle for we were able to make our trip and everything worked great!
Kristine VanWinkle was very rude and disrespectful when I went in for my estimate. She was very rude on the phone when I was told I would have the estimate emailed to me and had to call and remind them because I had yet to get it. She rolled her eyes when I had to go to my car to get my insurance information as if i was wasting her time and she would rather be doing other things.I wouldn't ever go back to have to deal with her. Haris was very nice and helpful during the process. I was updated by him on the progress and when they found additional damage. I wish I would have also had a time it would have been done so I could have had set time in getting my rental car back to the shop and get my car in the same trip.
Wonderful experience purchasing my new Forester at Baldwin Motors. From Jake, sales rep, to John, finance manager everyone was so helpful and made it such an easy experience.

It all starts with my purchased back in 2006 from then Salesman Ryan Drouin, now General Manager. He gave me an incredible deal back in '06 on my Outback XT. That had me contacting him for my 2015 Outback. Sadly he could not find me one. But he was the first call I made when I was trading that '15 in for a new 2018 Outback Premium. Enter Kiril Velkov. I kinda knew that Ryan, being now General Manager, would be in an overseeing capacity rather than a hands on salesman. When my schedule allowed for me to travel the 300 miles to visit the dealership I jumped at the chance to show off my very nice 2015 and to reacquaint myself with Ryan after 12 long years. They would evaluate my trade and also I could drive the newest model of Outback. Little did I know I would meet another terrific salesman in Kiril. He and I hit it off swapping stories of our own Subaru history and trips made. Two guys with a passion for the mark of Subaru sharing with one another our history. Awesome. Kiril worked tirelessly, and I do mean to use that word, as he kept in constant contact with me to make sure the deal was good enough and that the plans of making the trade were firm and settled before I made the next trip up 300 miles to Bensenville to do the trade. He made it a "business marriage", and I accepted the terms before I even gassed up my '15 to make the trip. Everything was easy that day...from Kiril making me feel at home, to getting the needed finance and paperwork completed and accurate. Kiril was a one stop, ALL questions answered, complete fulfillment of all of my wants and wishes. In short, it was a no-brainer. Kiril made it easy, made it painless, made it not like other dealerships I've been to. The team of Ryan & Kiril will continue to be my "go to" place for Subaru's. In fact, my wife will be purchasing a new 2019 Forester coming up this Fall 2018. Guess who I'm gonna call...? If I could have more than 5 stars they'd all get more..!!

We searched high and low for the perfect used vehicle for our son (and us) - well maintained, safe, great mileage, very reasonably priced, and gorgeous. After many weeks, we finally found that unicorn at Grand Subaru! The hitch? It was 500 miles away from our home in TN. Our apprehension was very real. There was so much risk for something to go wrong. The save? Grand Subaru's incredible sales savant, Joe Lewicki! Joe quickly built genuine rapport with us-he's clearly experienced, highly knowledgeable, attentive, efficient, thorough, transparent and friendly. He physically walked through the lot to ensure the vehicle was in stock and was very patient as I asked about the features while he examined for me and described them clearly. He was very open and accommodating to my request to place a small deposit and to have it independently inspected. He was timely and gracious to my mechanic, allowing a thorough inspection. The vehicle checked out to be our dream on wheels! Joe promised that the car would be extra spiffy to delight our son when he laid eyes on it - and he delivered! We made the long haul to Chicago and the onsite transaction couldn't have been more swift and satisfying. The car handled beautifully, solidly. The general manager, Ryan Drouin, greeted us warmly shortly upon arrival. The business manager, Brandon Metz, was thorough, concise and very personable. After everything was wrapped up in short order, Joe even provided contact info for a few great options to pick up a deep dish pizza on our trek back! Grand Subaru is a top notch operation that excels in offering the trifecta of exceptional people, products and processes. While everyone we interacted with was sincerely outstanding, Joe holds a special place for us. Ask for him. From first hand experience, he's a gold standard.
Buying our 2019 Outback at Autobarn is hands-down the best new car buying experience we've ever had. Our sales rep Mike was a pleasure to work with to get us the right car and the right deal - knowledgeable, polite, professional. He volunteered to pick up the title from our home so we wouldn't have to make drive it back to the dealer with it - that's really personal service- and he arrived at our house exactly when he said he would. Paperwork was handled professionally and efficiently. The dealership facility is clean, comfortable, friendly, we got a very good feeling there. We're animal lovers and were delighted that the dealer was generously sponsoring a community pet event that day. The Encore re-delivery is a wonderful program, very beneficial to have a review after spending some time getting acquainted with the new car.
I booked my appointment online and received a confirmation number. I arrived early for an 11:45 appointment, I was greeted and my representative explained everything asked for a couple of signatures. I was out the door at 12:07 with a $20.00 mail-in coupon for my next oil change. Awesome!
I started my car buying adventure more than 6 months before meeting Jenny. I communicated regularly with more than 5 dealerships. Going in I new what I wanted and the price I was comfortable with and elaborated my needs to each sales professional. With a strong background of customer service that determined I felt comfortable with. Jenny was attentive, professional, and extremely knowledgeable and unlike any of the previous agents she truly works hard to ensure you're getting what you need. I walked away with good deal for my trade in towards a 2016 Toyota Camry SE. It's hard to come across great customer service these days but Jenny Park is ambassador of it. If your looking for a excellent experience ask for Jenny at Russel Toyota in Baltimore off of route 40.
Let me start this review by saying that I've been a Subaru owner going on a decade and a half. That being said, I knew exactly what I wanted in my new WRX and searched far and wide to find it. Having abandoned almost all hope of finding a manual base model in WRB, short of ordering from my local dealer (where I was quoted a 3-4 month wait and having to pay the sticker price), I happened upon Premier's website after broadening my search. They had a 2017 WRX in WRB with two options: a vortex generator and a short throw shifter at over $1,300 and change below MSRP. Bear in mind this was one of about a dozen WRX and STI models they had listed, all below MSRP. After I decided to buy the car, my salesperson, Jeff, and the business manager, Rob, didnt try to push any extra warranties or "deals" beyond mentioning that they we were available. All in all, this was a great car buying experience and well worth the long drive.

I spoke to a salesman over the phone he was very helpful and pleasant.this is where I will buy my next car.its a bit of a drive but I think it will be worth it.

These brzs are the Best! Really couldn’t find anything on the market even comparable. Also go for the Ts model definitely worth it great value for the money with all of the extra parts and features! Apple car play is the bees neez btw.
