A great sales person is one who listens, takes mental notes of the customer's needs and wants and suggests options with no pressure. This is what Tony did for me and I am very grateful for it! I appreciate his patience with me, as this was a big decision for me. He has extended his services by inviting me to call if I have any questions or concerns about the car after the purchase. This was very comforting. Tony is definitely the one I will refer my friends and family to when they need to buy a car.
We came in to look at a vehicle and test drove a couple Lincoln MKZs, we found the one that we liked and with no pressure sat down with the sales person and talked about pricing and different options for financing and within 40 minutes we were finished and driving home a new car.
