I spoke with Justin on the phone, a few days before I went to the dealership. The day that I arrived, I was greeted by a couple of the reps, which were very hospitable and courteous. Justin came in and was very nice and helpful. I had already saw the car that I wanted online, but wasn't sure if everything would work out, as far as payments, being as though it was a current model of Lexus. I test drove the car and instantly fell in love. I told Justin that I wanted this car. We went back inside to do the paper. He made my buying experience very warm and painless. I was so happy and over joyed. They don't know that I cried when I left the dealership, but that's how happy I was. I then signed all of my paperwork with Tim, which was very helpful. Needless to say, I drove home in my Lexus ES 350, and payments were where I needed them to be........Yessss! If you want a reliable car, and work with people that possess exceptional customer service, I suggest you go to J&S AutoHaus. They are the best, hands down. I leased a 2014 Ford Focus from Pacifico Ford back in 2015. I had every intention of purchasing my car at the end of my lease (and had driven about a 100 miles over the lease as a result of this intention). However, when I went to the dealership to schedule my lease end inspection I got hit with the I-Need-A-New-Car-itus. Initially, I went to the GM dealership down the road to look at the Chevy Traxx. While it was a very nice car, the lease payment within my budget was for a very stripped down model. I then went back to Pacifico and encountered the same unpalatable numbers when looking at the Ford Escape. Neal then asked me, "So, you wanted to keep your Focus because you liked your Focus, yea?" I said, "Yes, but I don't like the subsequent redesign of the Focus." Neal said, "Come on, let me show you." Despite the fact that it was early January 2018, and like 9 degrees and windy, I let Neal drag me outside to look at the new Focuses. As we walked down the isle, I was generally unimpressed. (Note: I still prefer the grill on the Focus from the 2014 model year). But Neal knew what to show me. He showed the SEL Hatchback in magnetic. I figured okay, fine, this was a nice version of the Focus, definitely nicer than my 12014 model, but I also figured it was still out of my desired price range. We went back inside and I told him, "Let's not dance. Show me you the best you can give me on this car." He went back and spoke with Stan, the sales manager, and got me the same number I would have paid for the base model Traxx. After a short deliberation, I decided to lease the Focus. Neal, Stan, and the rest of the dealership were incredibly pleasant throughout the entire process (even the finance guy...he wasn't pushy and didn't try to pressure me to take additional coverage I didn't need/want) and I will be back to seem them in three years when my lease ends.

As the title states, this is the most fun car I've owned. I purchased my 2013 Subaru BRZ Limited about a year ago. If you've heard of the BRZ, you may know it was built for driving and cornering and the car lives up to that hype. It may not have the most power in the world but it's plenty for how small the car is. That said, if you're looking for space, this car is probably not for you. The back seats are pretty useless unless you feel like cramming people in the back seat and the trunk is 1/3 the size of any other car I've owned. I personally was looking for something sporty and fun to take to meets and enjoy driving on nice days and I absolutely love this car for that reason. Equipped with the 2 liter boxer engine, you'll get a nice sound while driving and the reliability to go with it. There is an extremely large aftermarket market for this platform so if you want to make this car a "one-of-a-kind," you can do so for relatively cheap. The interior isn't the most elaborate and isn't even close to anything luxury but that's to be expected for what the car was designed for.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

The BRZ is absolute pure joy to drive. The naturally aspirated engine sounds great with no artificial engine sound presented in many turbo cars of today. The manual shifter is short and precise and provides a superb mechanical feel. Flat cornering with no brake dive. Super sleek body shape. Stand out in the sea of mustangs and many other sport cars.

This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

Great car. It comes with thr performance package. A good upgrade for the price. You get keyless entry. You just place you hand in the handle and it unlocks even on the passenger side. Auto climate with dual zones. All lighting is bright LEDs. I am 6.3 feet tall and fit. A helmet will just brush the roof. The tachometer is in the right spot with redline at the top with adjustable shift light and tone. Not a perfect car but close enough. Good gas mileage about 24 in town.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Buying through Carvana was one of the best transactional experiences ever! I shopped for several months, test drove several cars to understand the models and features I was looking for. Then, boom, the car that matched come up in my search and I pulled the trigger. Within minutes, I had a value on my trade-in, purchased the car, (to include a very well priced extended warranty), and arranged for financing it through the Carvana website. And, while that was a very easy, non pressure experience, what made it really special was the delivery. Rachel, the Caravan rep, called me the day before the delivery to confirm, then called while in route to be sure not to leave me hanging. She was right on time, professional, and extremely upbeat. I had a genuine feeling that her priority was not only to deliver the car and pick up my trade in, but it was to make the final part of my experience a pleasure as well. Rachel was extremely knowledgeable of the process and did an excellent job of assuring I was informed of the "7 day, no questions asked, test drive" as well as the final paperwork to be processed. A few signatures and the trade-in was her's and the keys to 2014 BMW 535 were in my hands.

A good friend of mine let me drive his brz and I loved it so much that I had to get my own, just the raw feel of the car makes you enjoy driving it, those moments when you’re able to let loose and enjoy the backroads is amazing, it may lack power but I’m always smiling when driving.

Dear Mr. Glanzmann, We, Alex and Marina Vishnevsky, would like to share with you our great experience with Glanzmann Subaru in Jenkintown. We live almost across the street from the dealership. In 1998 we decided to lease our first Subaru and, of course, we visited your dealership first. However, it was not a very pleasant experience because people there were not friendly to us, and we had to find another dealership. When our lease had expired, we came again to your dealership. Unfortunately, after 3 years, the story repeated again. Since we are fans of Subaru, we have a new lease every 3 years. Before 2014, we got three Foresters and one Outback. In 2014, we had to lease a new car and we decided to try your dealership one more time. We were really surprised! The entire atmosphere there was completely different: sales consultants were friendly and knowledgeable. We remember that in the middle of our conversation with a consultant, Robe Shintaku (sales manager) came to us. He asked a few questions about the options we would like to have in our new lease, and then he went to check out our car. In 15-20 minutes, he came back with an excellent offer. We could not believe this is the same place: this team completely changed the business for better. We remember final part of our business ??? it was a very pleasant meeting with Gary Segal. Three years passed quickly. Several weeks ago, without any scheduled appointment, we came to Glanzmann Subaru again to get our Subaru #6! Our sales consultant was a very nice young man Scott Fields. We began our conversation and suddenly we saw Rob Shintaku. He came to us and after a short pause, he said, ???Are you Vishnevsky? Sorry, I don???t remember your first names???. We were completely shocked ??? after three years, he remembered our last name. It is impossible, especially with the last name like ???Vishnevsky???. All procedure took no more than 20 minutes: we got an excellent deal; by our request, Rob promised to add several features to our new Outback. In a week we got a beautiful Subaru #6! Dear Mr. Glanzmann, we would like to thank you and your fantastic team for an excellent service and understanding of client???s needs, being professional and courteous and willing to satisfy a client. Great little sports car

Great car for the price. Not a muscle car but fun to drive especially on back country roads. Has the power to be exciting. Would recommend getting if you're in the market.
