We originally bought a 2018 Subaru impreza and a 2011 mini cooper from Steve Lewis back in August of this year. Shortly after, the mini started having several issues, it ended up needing several thousand dollars worth of work, and possibly an engine on top of that. They were kind enough to set us up with a loaner car for free, towed the problem vehicle to the nearest mini dealer and had them diagnose the vehicle with no cost to us. They proceeded to let us know what was wrong with it, and offered to give us a credit back for every penny we paid towards the car. We just picked up our 2012 outback from them today and couldn't be happier! Paul was our salesman for both purchases, and he was great! He has an upbeat attitude but he's also a real person you can talk to, not just some guy who is trying to force you into buying a car. We will definitely be coming back, and recommending them to our friends and families!
Eric LeSiege was my helpful guide in the buying process of a new 2019 Subaru Legacy. He spent all the time needed with me on my questions and final search for the vehicle I was interested in. In the end, he spent time with me going over the entire car and electronics. He was one of the most helpful sales person I have had, ever. The industry needs more like him.
Dave Hanks was great! He let me look at the cars I wanted with no pressure. That was greatly appreciated!!! During the test drive of the vehicle I finally decided on, he showed me the features I had been sceptical about and how they could benefit the driver! Then the process of getting to an agreeable price was painless and quick! Thank you! When I picked up the car he was there to explain how to operate the vehicle and all the little buttons. I left a proud owner of a Subaru! I had been to several dealers before and had a real bad taste for salesmen but Dave was so awesome! No quick fast scheme ???to get me into that car today!??? I went to Steve Lewis Subaru after having gone to another Subaru dealership first. The test drive with the other dealership went poorly, the sales rep did not accompany me on the test drive and just told me to do a U-turn at the first intersection because the car wasn't loaded up with gas and it took them 30 minutes to print out two quotes for leasing and financing. My experience at Steve Lewis was completely different. My sales rep Dominic Yestramski made ample time to show me everything about an Impreza and a Legacy and test drive both on the same day under 3 different routes, one of them being off-road! My folks accompanied me to Steve Lewis and English is not their first language and most sales people brush them off but Dominic treated them with more than ample respect. We shopped around with other dealerships too and did get a lower quote than Steve Lewis but the total cost would have only been a difference of $200-300 or so. I went back to Steve Lewis because my experience there was much better than the other dealerships, there is value in taking your customers seriously.

This five star rating is for our salesman Derek. Not only was his knowledge about the vehicle top notch, he made taking a test drive feel like a ride with an old friend. He stayed with us throughout the entire process, made sure we were taken care of and had everything we needed, and even came in on his day off when I picked up my new car. Although the vibes from the finance department and a few of the other salesmen walking around were less than stellar, our experience with Derek was above and beyond enough to earn the dealership a great rating. Thanks Derek! Our kiddos are loving our new Ascent!
Everything but just your job. Brandon and people like him are why the dealership can still be a comfortable place to be with out pressure or feeling like you know nothing. My new preowned jetta is fantasuc in every way and how Brandon asked me the right questions and steered me away from spending more money by showing me how the car met my needs was perfect. Ill be seeing you in 3 short years.
While buying a used vechile is a challenging experience Dave Hanks was very easy to work with. Very patient with our questions. He explained the various options clearly. Made a suggestion on a vechile which was appropriate for our situation. The store was clean and comfortable.
