This is the only KIA Dealer that would FIX a KIA that they didn't even sell! Not to just trade it in and rid of the problem,they have Fixed the problem on Bank 1 and are fixing the same problem on Bank 2! All under warranty that the seller would not FIX! Salem is not the place to Purchase a KIA! Unless you never have a problem! 10 yr 10000 mile warranty means nothing to them! If its 2 good 2 be true,it always has been for me! Cheep and Good don't go together! Never Has!
This is the best dealer I have ever been too! I always stress out so much while shopping for cars. I am in sales, so I know how things work. This makes it even harder for me to be in a high pressure sales environment. My husband and I went to Buick expecting to be stressed out. But let me say, our experience was AMAZING!!!! They were able to do things other dealers couldn't do, as far as a trade in is concerned. Got me into the car I wanted. Broke down all the numbers for us, and showed us the break down. Explained it all in detail. Needless to say, I drove away in an amazing vehicle, at an excellent price. And within a week my husband went back and got himself a vehicle as well! Jerry is the GM there and let me tell you, I will recommend him to anyone I run into looking for a car! We also did business with Layla and John! What amazing people. What an amazing experience! I will never ever purchase anywhere else!
Dealing with Apple Valley Hyundai and my great salesman Steven Trevor was one of the easiest and enjoyable experiences that I have ever had in purchasing a new vehicle. He was very professional and curtious and caring. Not pushy or being in a hurry for me to purchase my new vehicle.
I came in to service my 2012 Tiguan and left with a 2014 Tiguan!! Marek is a really good guy and he spoon fed me the whole way! I would not have done this if it was not for him!!!! I felt like it was a fair deal. I recommend Marek if you want transparency! Thanks Marek... You Rock!

Salesman Brian Trask was a great help in buying a rare car from out of state. All emails and questions were answered quickly and thoroughly, and the whole process was smooth and easy. Great customer service, would highly recommend Brian and the Romain team.
We recently bought from Village Subaru and the experience was flawless. Erik Holm was delightful to work with. He had the most competitive price among 8 dealerships we reached out to. Eric found the car matching our specs within a day and threw in for free a few accessories that came with the car that we hadn’t asked for. All the negotiations were over email and on the pickup day Erik had all the paperwork ready and we were able to leave with our purchase in less than an hour. Best service experience I've ever had. Superb, professional and personal service, with top-notch free espresso bar (and dogs) to boot! Worth buying a Subie just for this. Also, Susan, my "case worker," was especially terrific. Both friendly and professional and interested in my personal experience with the car and quality of service and operation.
Jamison was very friendly and knowledgeable. He knew the ins and outs of the car very well. Did a great job demonstrating the features on a test drive. He was very helpful breaking down the financing and what was/wasn???t included.
Staff was very courteous, and attentive to covering all my questions. Never felt rushed or pressured. Negotiations were ok, if you???ve done your research, and know what you want they are fairly straight forward.
Excellent experience, no headaches, no hassle, left with a new Crosstrek. Tylor was excellent thru the whole process, answered all our questions, no pressure whatsoever. If I'm looking for another car, I'll visit Sangera first.
