I recently purchased my second Subaru Forester from Don Miller East (Madison). I found the vehicle on-line and my questions were quickly answered by the Internet Sales Manager. The Sales Representative and Finance Manager treated me with respect and assisted in completing the deal with humor and in a hassle-free manner. The ending price was exactly as that quoted by the Internet Sales Manager - there were no hidden costs. I drove off the lot with a smile on my face and a low-cost monthly payment. The qualities of the vehicle and of the staff have made me a life-long customer.
Mike, the service shop's manager, is one of the most strait forward, honest, customer service based people I've ever come across. I came in for a simple oil change and was in and out quickly. I had questions and he had no problem taking time out of his day to help me. Thanks again!
Just bought a 2002 Mazda 626 LX. Had DJ as my salesman and he was great. He was informative about the cars he showed me and picked the perfect car for my budget and the situation I was using it for. Came and looked at a car on a saturday, filled out the paper work on monday, and drove away with it on tuesday. Gave me a good price for the car and trade in, and even agreed to give me a new radio deck for my car so i could have a aux port for no extra cost.
Dealing with Apple Valley Hyundai and my great salesman Steven Trevor was one of the easiest and enjoyable experiences that I have ever had in purchasing a new vehicle. He was very professional and curtious and caring. Not pushy or being in a hurry for me to purchase my new vehicle.
We owned three Subaru's and this purchase makes four. This was our third experience with Matt at Ramsey Auto Center. We shared with Matt what we were looking for in a new vehicle and he quickly found a car in their inventory that matched out wants. The purchase process was reasonably fast and not too painful. We've looked at other cars at other dealerships, but seem to be drawn to the quality and affordability of a Subaru, and Matt has continued to give us excellent service.
I arranged the deal for my 2018 Forester on-line as I live 7 hours away in West Virginia. I first found the vehicle I wanted and was then swept away by the ease with which the deal was made...and it was a GREAT deal or I wouldn't have traveled 7 hours and paid for a motel and rental car to take ownership. My salesperson, David Saint, did everything I would try to do for my customers if I had his job. The general manager introduced himself to me and asked if there was anything he could do; he also gave me a dealership gift. My experiences at other dealerships have not been this pleasant. I was made to feel that I am more important than my money and I like that very much.
I hate buying cars. Everyone does, but the last time I went through this process I ended up having an emotional breakdown in the middle of a dealership. Needless to say, I was not looking forward to the car buying process. I would have rather gotten a root canal with a dentist that doesn't believe in painkillers.
I can honestly say Minooka Subaru changed my panicked thoughts on car buying. From the beginning, they were honest and forthright (they actually advertised their cars at the price they offer you, can you believe it?). The entire experience took less than two hours and I walked out with a smile on my face, a new car, and a great deal.
If you are looking for a dealership that won't make you feel like you just gave up your firstborn son when you leave, look no further. I drover an hour and half based off a friend's recommendation, and it was worth every mile.

Great team (you do not need a review so you get a pat on the back. This is the downfall of companies. People spend to much time trying to get a 5 that everything else suffers. As I stated the experience was great. However this side of the experience is going downhill. Do your job everyday the best you can, enjoy it or get out. I HATE this side of your business, do not let it consume you) you do your job well, keep up the good work. Get rid of the survey.
Kelly Redmond was the best sales woman I have ever personally experienced. She was not pushy at all and was willing to test drive every single car until i found the perfect one for me. She is very family friendly and made sure my 1 year old was just as happy as we were!
Every time we went there we felt that Lars was there to help us. He is knowledgeable and was willing to work with us until we fully understood and felt comfortable with our transaction. There was never any pressure or slant towards a specific offer. He continues to help after delivery.

I have to say up front that I’m not a fan of the number of emails and phone calls after a visit to just look. When it comes time to buy though, they make it easy. This was my second Suby purchase from LHM, and it was just as great as the first. Thanks Mike and Dustin!

I had a failed clutch at 5000 miles on my 2018 WRX and it was replaced full warranty. I really appreciated the fact that I was supplied with a rental for the two days and was given 5 star treatment - Eastside Subaru in Kirkland WA always comes thru for me - their Service and Sales is top notch!. Being a woman driver and having a failed clutch at first brought question I think which is very reasonable having a clutch go out at 5,000 miles on a WRX but really all I got was a casual "so, is this your first stick" ? I answered no and said it was at least my 7th stick since 1981, including a 2002 Boxster, so I knew it wasn't driver error! Also from the beginning my clutch was very stiff so there may have been friction? When I got it back, it is feather light and amazing! OMG it is like a true race car! I love my WRX and Eastside Subaru!
Great service and selection at Southern Oregon Subaru. Ben helped me get started before I made the trip from the coast; Bob finished the deal with prompt and kind service. They were both easy to talk with and seemed very knowledgable about subarus. They went out of their way to find me the right car and loan. Valerie made the loan signing proccess easy with her prompt service. I would highly recommend getting your subaru through them.
