My salesman, Joe Iucci, took a lot of time with me in setting up my sale and explaining the features on the car. After the purchase process was complete, he sat in the car and showed me/demonstrated all of the cars features. He was extremely helpful! The female finance person, whose name I forgot, was also very helpful.

My car is way better than I expected. It has everything I needed and more. I couldn't be more happy with it. Back up camera is very helpful, living in Portland I'm always having to parallel park and it makes it super easy. Love the seat warmers, they're so nice for the fall and winter weathers. It's a very safe car, it has lights on my side mirrors that lets me know when someone is in my blind spot, it beeps if I'm accidently going into the next lane or if a car has stopped suddenly, it also stops its self if it gets to close to a stopped car. It has a sunroof which is a huge bonus! And the color is so beautiful, I get so many compliments on it. I love it!
Clinton Declue is by far the best in the business!!! I'm a very critical person and expect to be treated the way I treat others. Everyone in the service department was exceptional and friendly. I will continue to come to Grand Prix Subaru for any service my 2018 WRX needs. Thank You!!! WRXMombo

My first Subaru and I love the car. Wasn’t looking for a lot of frills and for the price I’m satisfied. Looks sporty, especially in black and with my bike racks on top. I drive to Tahoe to bike and ski and it has plenty of power to get me there with no issues. Plenty of room, I fit a 6ft Xmas tree in the back no problem.
The only thing that I wish was different is that it’s hard to see the speedometer when driving. It’s tucked to the right side of the dash, I have to look around the steering wheel to see it, wish it was in the middle or as a digital heads up display.
Being familiar with Subaru's I came into the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted and what it would take to make a deal that day. The staff was friendly and courteous. The premises was clean and inviting. My salesperson, Joe Iucci, was excellent. Buying a new car can be a nightmare but it was NOT at Grand Prix Subaru and the deal was sealed. I would highly recommenced both the dealership and specifically Joe Iucci. Will definitely come back and recommend to my friends and neighbors.

From the moment I purchased the Crosstrek, I have found a new admiration for the Subaru brand. Although it doesn’t have the crazy 0-60 speed like some cars do, it does provide a comfortable ride that can take you places those other cars cannot, and definitely has better fuel efficieny. I just reached 6000 miles in my Crosstrek and average around 28-29MPG in the city. I was also wowed by the award winning safety features that came with it as well. All in all, great car!!!
I walked into Hassett Subaru and was greeted by Aladin Omar. He was very thorough in intruducing us to the Ascent, including a test drive. I have purchased Imprezas and Outbacks, driven Foresters and Legacys. But the Crosstreks are by far the best! I have driven in snowstorms, rain storms and ice storms - and the obnly thing I have had to worry about are the other drivers on the road who are NOT driving Subarus.
Two years ago, when we were ready to move to Conn from Ohio, we asked our Subaru customer rep in Columbus to recommend a Subaru dealership that we could depend on. He gave us Garavel's specific contact info and that was very helpful when we needed some minor adjustments to one of our leased cars after we moved to Conn. More recently, in October 2018, we had a real catastrophe when both of our Ohio Subaru Foresters were totaled in a flash flood so we got in a rental car and went back to Garavel. We met Gary Bauman who understood our dilemma. We knew that we wanted two Foresters and Gary knew everything about the great new features and he explained and demonstrated them to us. When we said goodbye to Gary the first time, Joe drove home in a 2019 Forester that was available in the lot - it had his name on it. Jeanne was happy to wait a little longer for her beautiful red 2019 Forester that is the envy of everyone, and when we said goodbye to Gary the second time, we were completely satisfied. Since then, we have recommended Gary and Garavel to others whose cars were destroyed in that flood. We are certainly satisfied customers. Thank you, Gary and Garavel! Power is not that high, but comfort ease of driving, leg room heated seats, 6 speed, gas mileage 37.8 mpg, great little car but not for 10,000 ft in elevation
I found Dave to be most helpful at helping to find the right car and features, and I loved the fact that it was a best fit conversation rather than steering me to the top of the market as other dealers may do. I???m on day 3 of my new 2019 Sport Forester and very happy with my choice. I???ll happily recommend you.

Best car I have ever owned so far. It is truly a winter bitter specially for someone living in Canada and driving long distances. It has met all my expectations so far.
Hafiz was my salesman and he made it so effortless to buy a car. He worked the numbers and helped me in my research and you can reach out to him even after buying a car for any concerns or questions. Everyone in the dealership was helpful and clearly a tight knit group. It was my first Subaru and surely not my last but I know where to go when I'm buying again. Would suggest this place and Hafiz to anyone.

This is a daily driver/commuter for me. I am pleased with the fuel economy and the driving quality of this car. It is responsive and comfortable. The bad road capability is the principle reason I traded my Mazda3 for this car and I am quite pleased so far. I will say that the head unit (audio, bluetooth, etc) is less than stellar. I travel out of cell coverage a lot and rely on my iPod for tunes and podcasts. This unit is not compatible with my 4th Gen iPod. My 2017 Toyota Tacoma has no issues and my 2015 Mazda3 had no issues. It makes zero sense to me that this simple compatibility could not be included. Fortunately there is an aftermarket.

They do all the leg work, all you have to do is sign the papers and drive off in your new car! No trips to the dealer, no pushy salesman to deal with at the dealership. Love my 2018 Crosstrek. Sporty AWD vehicle that is perfect for me. Highly recommend for a reliable and safe vehicle that is fun to drive.
Everything was quick, smooth, and proficient. James Boyd is an excellent salesperson. This is the 3rd Hyundai that I bought from 112 and from James. That alone should say something!!! There aren't any surprises!

I desired this car for maybe 6 years now (since it was released) and of all the criticisms it has received, the only one that makes a real impact is its speed. This is not a fast car. You cannot "thread the needle" or zip into a pocked when merging onto the highway, so you always need to account for the lack of acceleration and maybe wait a little longer when entering higher-speed roads. Other than that, I love this car. Everything about it. I live in NY and need something that can put up with snow, poor road conditions, and the occasional unfinished (dirt) road. This car does all of that and more. I feel confident driving it, and I can put my trust in its safety features. The one addition I have made to the car is a front and rear dash cam hardwired into the car, because you never know.
Robert, my salesman, was pleasant and knowledgeable. He also went the extra mile (no pun intended) to makes sure I could take a good test drive of the car I ended up buying. They registered the car for me in New York, where I live, and Robert even put the plates on for me. They were attentive to my e-mailed questions, and follow up was good. I only gave 4 stars for “Facilities” because it’s a small showroom. I would highly recommend them as a place to buy a new Subaru.

I had an amazing experience at Koeppel Subaru when I was buying my CPO Forester. The staff was extremely nice, especially Jordan at the CPO office and Jose (both managers) and Angel. They are very courteous and professional. They happily answer any questions you have. The whole process was very transparent. When I first saw the car, Jordan gave me on paper what the "out-of-the-door" cost is. I did not pay even a dollar more than that amount. The price was already reasonable, so I didn't negotiate much. In fact, they promptly returned my holding deposit and the little amount of over-payment my bank made. They did not try to upsell their financing options when I told I have a pre-approval from my bank. Jose mentioned to me about the Extended Warranty Coverage, but did not upsell it when I said I couldn't afford to buy it at that time. A few issues came up when they were trying to do my registration due my temporary visitor status, but they were very patient and explained to me exactly what I needed to do. Overall, I think Koeppel Subaru is an excellent dealership as far as the purchasing experience goes. I won't be living in this area for too long to see if their maintenance service is equally good, but I'm guessing it will be as good as this experience. Bottom line - If you are looking for a Subaru around NYC, this is the place you must go!
We just purchased our second Subaru from Julian Gill at Westchester Subaru (we've owned 3 total). He's a gentleman and a true professional. First, we looked at the inventory on their easy-to-use website, which includes prices. Called Julian and he guided us thru the options. He does all the work for you! Our new Forester was ready at specified time and we had a positive experience with their finance professional. A great car from a great sales associate at a great dealership, and at a very reasonable price. In addition, I've been using their service department for about 20 years. It too, is run very professionally.
