Best Service Department and Customer Service I've had in many years. The people are very nice, the dealership is clean and comfortable if you're waiting on your vehicle. Needless to say, the Subaru cars are amazing. I'll always have a Subaru.

The service was great. The sales person was very knowledgeable and experienced. But the explanation of all the extras of the car was not very good. Had to come back to have more explanation and I still don't have my manual. asked for it twice and haven't heard back yet. they had to order one. the only negative things are. cup holders are not good. too shallow, everything falls out when you take a corner and spills drinks. No door opener unless you dig for your keys every time. Very annoying. Should be standard by now in all new cars. also the trunk corners are too high. every time you look over your shoulder it gives you the impression there is a car in your dead corner.
Made an appointment, when I arrived a representative was there to greet me and processed me in. She explained everything they were going to check and do. Then escorted me to the lounge. Very pleased with entire process.
Matthew Sethi was extremely helpful and patient with us in our car buying process. We are busy and he stayed in contact and made sure we got the car we wanted. I highly recommend.
