Power is not that high, but comfort ease of driving, leg room heated seats, 6 speed, gas mileage 37.8 mpg, great little car but not for 10,000 ft in elevation
Even though the heading on this post is "Almost" I would like to recommend this dealership with full and high regards. The staff that is in place here starting with Jae Chong, and Brian Farrell and finally Lisa Sweet are exemplary! I did not buy a vehicle from them, but not for any reason focusing on the Dealership, the staff, or the vehicle I went in looking to purchase. These folks treat you with the utmost respect, and have the customer in mind yet at the same time trying their very best to find a compromise to fit the needs of the consumer. I would highly recommend any potential buyer to be sure to look at Chambers Motor Cars of Natick at the first stop in the process. They have high quality, low mileage vehicles at reasonable prices. I desired this car for maybe 6 years now (since it was released) and of all the criticisms it has received, the only one that makes a real impact is its speed. This is not a fast car. You cannot "thread the needle" or zip into a pocked when merging onto the highway, so you always need to account for the lack of acceleration and maybe wait a little longer when entering higher-speed roads. Other than that, I love this car. Everything about it. I live in NY and need something that can put up with snow, poor road conditions, and the occasional unfinished (dirt) road. This car does all of that and more. I feel confident driving it, and I can put my trust in its safety features. The one addition I have made to the car is a front and rear dash cam hardwired into the car, because you never know.
I worked with Hamilton at Copeland Toyota in Brockton and he found the best possible option for me and the best possible price. Love my 2016 Toyota Corrolla, so glad I went to Copeland. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great vehicle.
Today, my wife and I picked up our new car at Planet. This is our fifth Subaru and our third Forester, plus we have only ever had one car at a time. Over the years, I had done business with another area dealership, but was urged by Carolyn N. (a couple of years ago) to give you guys a try.

This car exceeded my expectations and they were high. Great gas mileage all wheel drive and plenty of storage space for all of my work related needs.
…. Oh yes - and the Subaru is pretty fab also ;)
I have never bought a new car in the US but have been well aware of the challenges and mythology surrounding said endeavor — all of which were quickly confirmed the instant I was pushed through the front doors of two Subaru dealerships - So a couple of weeks ago we broke free from the gravitational pull of the “Atlantic nebula”, took a wide birth around and away from the blackhole better known as the “Quirk-effect” and plotted a course to Planet Subaru.
Planet Subaru - It is obvious to us that you value both your employees and customers. Everyone we met in the sales Debt, Dave in finance, the service desk and the customers by the coffee machine … where all simply smiling - chatty and relaxed, and from our perspective that is all that was required.
Dale - Beth and I are so pleased with having met and worked Derek and Milo - intelligent, funny, patient, knowledgable and a great sense of asking the right question and the right time ……… and that was just Milo ! Both Derek and Milo are indeed assets to your company.
My only complaint is the ridiculous long services intervals as 6000 miles is way too long to wait to drive up to Planet and absorb some more of your positive and relaxed energy. I will be up sooner than my scheduled service decrees - no doubt !
I am not sure what you raison d’être is but … “bloody well done" and keep at it !

From the moment I purchased the Crosstrek, I have found a new admiration for the Subaru brand. Although it doesn’t have the crazy 0-60 speed like some cars do, it does provide a comfortable ride that can take you places those other cars cannot, and definitely has better fuel efficieny. I just reached 6000 miles in my Crosstrek and average around 28-29MPG in the city. I was also wowed by the award winning safety features that came with it as well. All in all, great car!!!
My lease will run out in a few months and saw that prices were quite good at this dealership. Dealt by email only. Very helpful and advised to wait as I would indebted on the lease if I broke it. Very honest and helpful in my opinion.

I have had a number of positive interactions with Andy over the last couple years and every time I come into the undealership he greets me by name and with a warm smile. He is such a pleasure to interact with and one of the many reasons I continue to service my vehicle at Planet. This morning’s visit to Planet was another example of Andy welcoming me to Planet regardless of whether he will be coordinating my vehicle’s service for the day. Allie welcomed me into the undealership this morning for my scheduled 60,000 mile service. She was, as she always is, very welcoming and friendly. I always feel like I am leaving my car in very capable hands. Allie takes the time to clearly explain the details of the service and makes sure I am fully aware of every important detail. Later this morning she contacted me to advise that my driver’s side front tire should be replaced due to a puncture on the sidewall that I was unaware of. She suggested that an alignment be completed as well with the replacement of the tire and also provided a clear service recommendation for fuel injection service. I was so impressed by how knowledgeable Allie was and how accommodating she was with the use of the Passport loaner vehicle.
Since purchasing our 2015 Subaru Outback, I have been a fan of Planet Subaru. From Sales to Service, my wife and I have been treated like a valued part of the Planet Subaru family. It is because of the unprecedented level of service from people like Andy and Allie, that we will continue to service our vehicle at Planet and plan to purchase many more Planet Subaru vehicles in the future.
Best car buying experience I've ever had. There was a communication issue between the dealership and Subaru USA which cost Planet Subaru about $3500. Other dealerships simply would have abandoned the sale or passed the $3500 on to the customer, but Planet ate the difference. Very impressed with their integrity and customer service focus.
While I didn't buy a car from them (I live in PA, 365 miles away) I found their website extremely informative. I am researching Subarus and the amount of information Plant Subaru provides on its site is absolutely amazing. I learned a great deal that helped me decide which model I wanted (Forester). I wish I lived closer - I'd buy from them in a heartbeat! Based on their website alone I give them 5 stars! I can't imagine how good the actual visit must be.
We recently bought from Village Subaru and the experience was flawless. Erik Holm was delightful to work with. He had the most competitive price among 8 dealerships we reached out to. Eric found the car matching our specs within a day and threw in for free a few accessories that came with the car that we hadn’t asked for. All the negotiations were over email and on the pickup day Erik had all the paperwork ready and we were able to leave with our purchase in less than an hour. We highly recommend Erik and Village Subaru if you are in the market for a car.

Best car I have ever owned so far. It is truly a winter bitter specially for someone living in Canada and driving long distances. It has met all my expectations so far.
Thank you to the Service Department at Village Subaru! The battery in my 2010 Outback started to fail. I called Village Subaru and asked if they could verify what the problem was. I dropped it off, and they replaced the battery for me that afternoon. They went above & beyond for me. I highly recommend the Service Department. Way to go, Service people!

My car is way better than I expected. It has everything I needed and more. I couldn't be more happy with it. Back up camera is very helpful, living in Portland I'm always having to parallel park and it makes it super easy. Love the seat warmers, they're so nice for the fall and winter weathers. It's a very safe car, it has lights on my side mirrors that lets me know when someone is in my blind spot, it beeps if I'm accidently going into the next lane or if a car has stopped suddenly, it also stops its self if it gets to close to a stopped car. It has a sunroof which is a huge bonus! And the color is so beautiful, I get so many compliments on it. I love it!
This is my 2nd review of the Village Subaru Service department. These guys are still doing a great job. I had them put on new tires the other day and was told by the service tech that they usually do an alignment when they put on new tires. I also was concerned that the brakes may be waring down. I told them that I was more concerned about the brakes, but if I need the alignment its ok to do both.
I left and came back a half hour later and they were ready. Expecting the worst I looked at the bill. $88? I said I must be dreaming somebody pinch me. I said with a smile looks like the alignment and the brakes were ok? I was ready for a puzzled look and a, "whoops we forgot to check". But; without even taking a breath, he said nope the brakes are fine, you probably have another 10k on them and the tires were worn perfectly even no need for an alignment. I got up off the floor and said "you guys are amazing, I cant brag enough about you ".
To top it off I always get a call for the service mgr (its recorded, but we can cut em some slack on that, after all who else even cares?), and am reminded that my satisfaction is important to them,and to call if there are any questions.
Keep up the good work guys, there are some service places you can trust. Correction there is a service place you can trust.

My first Subaru and I love the car. Wasn’t looking for a lot of frills and for the price I’m satisfied. Looks sporty, especially in black and with my bike racks on top. I drive to Tahoe to bike and ski and it has plenty of power to get me there with no issues. Plenty of room, I fit a 6ft Xmas tree in the back no problem.
The only thing that I wish was different is that it’s hard to see the speedometer when driving. It’s tucked to the right side of the dash, I have to look around the steering wheel to see it, wish it was in the middle or as a digital heads up display.
Had a great experience prurchasing my 2018 Subaru impreza from Anchor Subaru. We were able to negotiate a price I was happy to pay, that was less than any other dealer in the area. After owning my Subaru for two weeks, someone dented my car in the parking lot, brought in in to see if it could be "poped" out and the dealership was able to get the dent out and did not charge me. I would highly recommed Anchor Subaru to my family and firends.

This is a daily driver/commuter for me. I am pleased with the fuel economy and the driving quality of this car. It is responsive and comfortable. The bad road capability is the principle reason I traded my Mazda3 for this car and I am quite pleased so far. I will say that the head unit (audio, bluetooth, etc) is less than stellar. I travel out of cell coverage a lot and rely on my iPod for tunes and podcasts. This unit is not compatible with my 4th Gen iPod. My 2017 Toyota Tacoma has no issues and my 2015 Mazda3 had no issues. It makes zero sense to me that this simple compatibility could not be included. Fortunately there is an aftermarket.
Al Pagliarulo was excellent to work with on the purchase of my 2019 Forrester Limited which I picked up yesterday. This is my first Subaru so I had lots of questions before I purchased the car, did 3 test drives, and had lots of questions when I picked up the car to be sure I knew how to work everything. Throughout the process Al was professional, no pressure, and answered all my questions. In general, I was pleased to find the atmosphere at Patrick friendly and respectful. I liked being greeted by the sales manager Susan whenever I walked in. All the staff seem to work well as a team. None of the craziness and hard sell you find at other places. I LOVE my new Subaru! It was a great choice for me!

I have purchased Imprezas and Outbacks, driven Foresters and Legacys. But the Crosstreks are by far the best! I have driven in snowstorms, rain storms and ice storms - and the obnly thing I have had to worry about are the other drivers on the road who are NOT driving Subarus.
Purchased New Forester. Purchased first forester here 2003, Impreza 2012. Always courteous and went beyond expectations, from Cooperstein in sales and Paul in service in 2003 to Yvonne in service and Kim and Scott in sales in 2018.
After reading reviews of Joe Dinneen -- some from customers who had purchased multiple cars from him -- on this DealerRater website, I specifically made an appointment with Joe. Initially, I was interested in more than one Subaru model, and Joe seemed genuinely interested in finding the right "fit" for me. Throughout my purchase of a 2019 Crosstrek, Joe was very respectful, low-pressure, and extremely responsive to my questions and emails. Tri Le handled the paperwork upon delivery and was also very low-pressure as I declined extra services. I did not finance.
Sales guy Michael Morin was a great help with my purchase of a used Forester. Thanks to his dedication I’m crushing in my new to me Subaru.
