Frank got back to me immediately and was able to give me a clear, honest offer within a day. I had the best closing experience ever on my Forester lease. The paperwork was prepared in advance, I just walked in, signed and left with my vehicle, exactly as expected. I have dealt with many dealerships in the past, having purchased or lease many cars. This experience was, by far, the best one I have ever had. I am a real customer. I would definitely come back again for my next vehicle. This is a class act dealership. Thank you.
Our son needed a car and had expressed interest in a Subaru Legacy. We had visited another dealerships but felt most comfortable here even though Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru was a distance from home. Glen was helpful, patient and made the experience a good one. It was our second time at the dealership with Glen to review our options of used versus new car purchase. We love that our son will be in a safe vehicle and he's excited to own his first car.
Thanks to Alex for all his help from the beginning of process to driving off with the new car on th same day. This is our third family Subaru. And we all happy with the process of buying them. Thanks again. And will be back in a few years to buy new Subaru
Alex was the person I sealed with at Ramsey Subaru. From start to finish, he went to the extra mile to identify the vehicle I want and worked to get it with the reasonable price point. After the car arrived to the dealership he immediately set up the appointment to pick up the car which I couldn???t make due to my flight arriving late from overseas. He still accommodated us same day even they were so busy and delivered the car to us without any issues and problems.
Just purchased a CPO Crosstrek last night. The total experience was terrific. We never felt that we were being given a sales pitch. We went in knowing what we wanted and there was never an attempt to talk us into anything else. All employees were professional and efficient. It began with Karen at the front desk. She was friendly and accommodating. Then we took a test drive all over Ramsey with Christopher Fuchs. It wasn't just a quick drive. Chris answered all technical questions about the vehicle. We got a real feel for the vehicle. Then we worked with Alex Petrushin for the trade-in and the purchase. Alex was fair with us and efficiently completed the required paperwork to get the deal moving. He was knowledgeable and friendly and top notch. Then we sat down with Michael Pandolfelli for the financing end of things and Michael was also efficient and friendly. There was one last gentlemen that we dealt with and not sure of his name who assisted with the app along with Chris. Another pleasant and helpful person. All in all I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. This is our first Subaru and it will not be our last because of the great experience at Ramsey Subaru! Well done Gentlemen!
I would recommend this place to everyone. Worked with Sam he made the whole experience of buying a car very pleasurable. He knew exactly what I was looking for when I had no idea, he was very thorough and I left with no questions!!
Two years ago, when we were ready to move to Conn from Ohio, we asked our Subaru customer rep in Columbus to recommend a Subaru dealership that we could depend on. He gave us Garavel's specific contact info and that was very helpful when we needed some minor adjustments to one of our leased cars after we moved to Conn. More recently, in October 2018, we had a real catastrophe when both of our Ohio Subaru Foresters were totaled in a flash flood so we got in a rental car and went back to Garavel. We met Gary Bauman who understood our dilemma. We knew that we wanted two Foresters and Gary knew everything about the great new features and he explained and demonstrated them to us. When we said goodbye to Gary the first time, Joe drove home in a 2019 Forester that was available in the lot - it had his name on it. Jeanne was happy to wait a little longer for her beautiful red 2019 Forester that is the envy of everyone, and when we said goodbye to Gary the second time, we were completely satisfied. Since then, we have recommended Gary and Garavel to others whose cars were destroyed in that flood. We are certainly satisfied customers. Thank you, Gary and Garavel! Hafiz was my salesman and he made it so effortless to buy a car. He worked the numbers and helped me in my research and you can reach out to him even after buying a car for any concerns or questions. Everyone in the dealership was helpful and clearly a tight knit group. It was my first Subaru and surely not my last but I know where to go when I'm buying again. Would suggest this place and Hafiz to anyone.
I found Dave to be most helpful at helping to find the right car and features, and I loved the fact that it was a best fit conversation rather than steering me to the top of the market as other dealers may do. I???m on day 3 of my new 2019 Sport Forester and very happy with my choice. I???ll happily recommend you.
Kind, courteous, and straight forward. Rockland gave me the bottom line price, as well as the best price, from the very first inquiry over the phone with Trish, with absolutely no surprises when I walked in the door. And, it was by far the best price available, after lots of shopping around. Jeff and Fausto were wonderful, especially for my first car buying experience. Couldn't be happier with Rockland Hyundai.

I had an amazing experience at Koeppel Subaru when I was buying my CPO Forester. The staff was extremely nice, especially Jordan at the CPO office and Jose (both managers) and Angel. They are very courteous and professional. They happily answer any questions you have. The whole process was very transparent. When I first saw the car, Jordan gave me on paper what the "out-of-the-door" cost is. I did not pay even a dollar more than that amount. The price was already reasonable, so I didn't negotiate much. In fact, they promptly returned my holding deposit and the little amount of over-payment my bank made. They did not try to upsell their financing options when I told I have a pre-approval from my bank. Jose mentioned to me about the Extended Warranty Coverage, but did not upsell it when I said I couldn't afford to buy it at that time. A few issues came up when they were trying to do my registration due my temporary visitor status, but they were very patient and explained to me exactly what I needed to do. Overall, I think Koeppel Subaru is an excellent dealership as far as the purchasing experience goes. I won't be living in this area for too long to see if their maintenance service is equally good, but I'm guessing it will be as good as this experience. Bottom line - If you are looking for a Subaru around NYC, this is the place you must go!
Gary Mendelsohn was honest, very helpful and easy to deal with. I purchased a 2019 Forester from Gary Their finance dept. was very helpful, they contacted Subaru of America to find an Owner Loyalty coupon in the amount of $ 500.00 that I couldn't find.
I got a great deal on my 2017 Nissan Rogue that I purchased at Nissan 46. I dealt with Rick and Anthony they teated me with respect and honesty. The process was a little long but I am hapoy with the outcome.
