We were not able to come to an agreement, my trade wasn’t worth what I had hoped, but the experience was amazing. I am selling my car myself and will be back to buy the vehicle I had found at the dealership.
I was amazed with the courtesy provided this dealership. I was expecting to get a ride home until they completed the repairs on my car. Kathy asked me if I wanted a loaner car? I responded how much per day is it. She replied it’s free! I nearly spit my coffee out when I heard this. I said thank you to her.
The problem with my car the check engine light comes on. I went to Autozone and the ran a test that revealed P0101. ITunes U videos showed this being an Mass Airfow Sensor as the cause of the problem. I had 29,300 miles on the car, thinking that it would cost me an arm and leg if I took the car to the dealership. I bought some MAS cleaner from autozone thinking I could fix this on my own. To make a long story short. I went ahead a took the car from the dealership. This was the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and Kathy said they would start the repair on Friday due to the holiday. On Friday around noon I received a call from Kathy and she told me I could pick the car up anytime before 7 PM.
At end of the conversation I had ask how was it going to cost me? I held my breath! All repairs were free! Yes Free!
I went to pickup my car and and came home a happy man.
Today is sad that more businesses doesn’t that type of service! I appreciate Nissan dealership in Lewisville their staff for making my day just a little bit better. If the scale was 100 I would them 100 stars for the courtesy, professionalism and desire to give quality service to the people who bought cars from them.

I had such a Great experience at Subaru of Plano. This is the first time visiting a Subaru dealer in TX. I had an airbag recall on my 2006 Subaru Outback and Kyle Reynolds (service advisor) took absolutely the best care of my wagon. He was very experienced and patient. After the airbag replacement, I complained of the dash being little bad due to the above repair. Kyle went out and beyond and was happy to take care of it, replaced with a new Dash free of charge.
I have been to other Subaru service centers, but never got such a royal treatment. Thank you Kyle and Subaru of Plano for being so AWESOME!! I highly recommend Kyle Reynolds and Subaru of Plano for their service.
I have purchased 3 new Outback vehicles from Subaru of Plano. My next vehicle will without doubt be a Subaru and likely another Outback. My reason for another Outback is simple. I have complete confidence in the car and enjoy driving a vehicle I know I can rely on. Oh yes I am sure my next purchase will again be from this dealership. All my experieces here have been positive. In particular I must underline the service department that is so very well managed by a gentleman who while being customer oriented keeps the long term interests of the dealership in mind. That is in my best interest as I know Subaru of Plano will be with us for a very long time. Please note my lack of comments on repairs. My 3 Subaru's have always been serviced here but no repairs have been required.
Went in during the "hail sale" and picked up a 17' Crosstrek. Immediately greated, held the door opened for us and gave us something to drink. Facility was clean and comfortable, everyone was kind and respectful of our time. Would definitely do business with them again!
I just finalized the purchase of a used 2016 BMW 535i and the transaction when very smoothly. Mariette was wonderful to work with and very easy going. My father and I stopped in to test drive the car and afterwards she offered to have me take the car for the rest of the afternoon to get a better feel for it as well as for a separate pre-purchase inspection. They were very fair during negotiations. She went the extra mile by removing a coffee stain on the seatbelt I had noticed, with a household cleaner she brought from home. I really liked how she made the transaction painless and not stressful at all. I would highly recommend working with her!
