Went in for an oil change and free multi point inspection. I received the inspection report at the end and everything checked out. However, I know for a fact that I came in with my windshield washer fluid light on and it came back on while I was on the road. Their report said that all fluids (including the washer fluid) level was good. If they made this up, not sure what else they made up on the report.
Very clean facility and friendly associates and lots of nice cars to choose from. However, the car I had made an appointment to View they had already sold the day before and didn’t notify me about and a couple other similar cars they mentioned they had just gotten in they didn’t have information on to give me so that was a little unprofessional.
I recently purchased my 5th Jaguar from this location. The customer service has greatly increased since it become Stevens Creek Jaguar. David the sales person was very attentive and get me updated and informed, he did a wonderful job. The financial person, Sal was also very customer service oriented and detail oriented. Jesus was excellent and went over all the applications in the car and was very meticulous. I noticed that all the staff great the customers and asked if they needed help. I also ran over something on the freeway and had to go into the dealership for a repair and Eric in the service department handled this right away, took my car and instantly had it fixed with such a positive attitude and efficiency and didn't charge me. I had my 2012 Corolla LE receive the 15K maintenance service on 5/19/2016 and was very satisfied with service advisor Gabriel Garcia. He called to tell me the car was ready when he told me he would. He was pleasant to talk with and I appreciated his attitude and service.
