Ask for Colin Thompson - he's the best!

In April my mother and I wandered into Wilsonville Toyota to see what the different blue hues looked like on the latest Camrys. Colin met us in the parking lot and took us right to the vehicle we had seen online. He took the time to compare the different trim lines and to answer all the questions we had. We had been shopping at various Portland-area Toyota dealerships and had felt much more pressure, both in-person and via email and phone, than we did with Colin. He was so low-key that we never felt like he was trying to make a sale with us. Instead, it truly felt as if he was there to help us explore the world of 2018 Camrys! During the test drive, Colin patiently explained all the new "bells and whistles" on the 2018 model (my mother was still driving a 2002 model so much had changed) while giving my mother the opportunity to try them for herself. He earned our trust and respect by treating us with the utmost courtesy and respect. Once my mother decided to make the purchase, it was wonderful to not be shuffled from sales person to sales manager to finance department, etc. Colin handled all of the paperwork while other staff completely cleaned the car, inside and out. I'm not sure the total purchase time was any less than I've experienced at other dealerships, but it certainly was much more pleasant. And the detailers did a fantastic job! Wilsonville Toyota's slogan "One Person. One Price. No Bull." was completely right. In fact, I think they ought to add "No Pressure." to their mantra. I live 2,400 miles away so mostly likely won't be purchasing my next Toyota here, but I am telling all of my Oregon/southwest Washington family and friends to go visit Colin Thompson at Wilsonville Toyota next time they're in the market for a new vehicle.
